Abstract

Pelatihan peningkatan daya saing pengrajin batik melalui kewirausahaan sebagai bentuk program kreativitas masyarakat bagi pengrajin batik. Kegiatan ini melibatkan dua puluh mitra yang memiliki kemauan dan bersedia menjadi mitra binaan. Hasil program kreativitas masyarakat adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan, simulasi serta praktik antara lain: 1) pengetahuan kewirausahaan; 2) pengetahuan kreativitas dan inovasi; 3) pengetahuan digital marketing; 4) pengetahuan e-commerce dan marketplace; 5) praktik ecoprint; 6) praktik pembukuan bagi pengrajin batik sangat bermanfaat dalam memberikan motivasi dan memanfaatkan peluang usaha serta informasi dalam pengelolaan keuangan pengrajin batik. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini sebagai bentuk pelaksanaan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi bagi Universitas Djuanda dengan hasil kerja dosen yang digunakan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Kreativitas dan Inovasi, Kewirausahaan, dan Peningkatan Daya Saing

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment on the work performance of Emela Garment employees in Bogor City. The population and sample are 55 daily employees using a sampling technique, namely the saturated sample technique. The results of the data instrument test use validity and reliability, and statement items are valid and reliable. Analysis of research data includes multiple regression analysis, correlation, determination, and significance test simultaneously (F test) and partial (t-test). The results of the study through multiple regression analysis of motivation and organizational commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance a. The results of the F test state that motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously ve a positive and significant effect on work performance. While the results of the t-test state that partially the motivational variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Emela Garment employees in Bogor City. Suggestions for companies should manage employee cohesiveness to be able to work as a team, maintain and maintain relationships with employees, and reward employees who take the initiative.

Abstract

Micro Small Enterprises (MSEs) have an essential role in increasing the capacity of the national economy, contributing to employment, and increasing people's income. However, MSEs need help with significant problems, namely access to finance and capital, technology in the production process, human resource capacity, and marketing. This study aims to explore empirically related to the impact of the flow of Special Allocation Funds (SAF) on the development of micro and small enterprises in Indonesia. The research objectives covered 32 provinces. The data used secondary data collected from 3 (three) sources, consisting of the data on the value of SAF obtained from The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, the data on the number MSEs received from the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia, and the data of GRDP, number of population obtained of Central Bureau of Statistics. This research is a quantitative approach. The Method of analysis used the econometric model, namely the panel regression model, which is a regression that combines time series data (t = 7) and cross-section (i = 32) of the Specification model using the Chow and Hausman test. Based on the fixed effect model (FEM) showed that SAF from the central government to regional governments can significantly develop MSEs in Indonesia. Implies that the programs/activities proposed by the Local Government with SAF funding significantly increase MSEs. Therefore monitoring and evaluation of programs that use SAF funding to improve MSEs must be carried out so that the role of MSEs is getting higher in national/regional development.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan bagian yang sangat esensial untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan baik kualitas maupun kuantitas diantaranya menurunnya disiplin kerja karyawan, menurunnya motivasi kerja karyawan, dan tingginya tingkat kecelakaan kerja. Kinerja karyawan yang dialami oleh perusahaan ini dikatakan menurun hal tersebut didukung oleh data produksi yang tidak dapat mencapai target perusahaan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan K3 terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi berganda dan analisis koefisien determinan. Sampel berjumlah 70 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan dan parsial variabel disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan K3 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tirta Investama Legos.

Abstract

Product quality, price, and promotion are all important variables in business growth. Good product quality, affordable pricing, and appealing promotions are all strategies that can be utilized to convince people to purchase. The study's goal is to investigate the simultaneous or partial influence of product quality, price, and marketing on the choice to buy shoes at a Shoe Store. Test the instrument using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and data analysis methods such as descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination (R square), and hypothesis testing. According to the findings of the study, product quality, pricing, and promotion all have a favorable and significant effect on shoe choice in shoe stores.

Abstract

Performance is an important factor to measure the results of employee work so that the achievement of company goals in productivity is also measured. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Honoris Industry Bogor. This research design uses descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique in this study used a type of probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The number of respondents was 100 people. The subjects of this research are employees of PT Honoris Industry Bogor, and the objects of this research are motivation, work environment and employee performance. The tools used in this analysis are path analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test and T test. The results showed that employee responses to motivation variables were in the high category, the work environment was in the very good category and employee performance was in the high category. Motivation and work environment have a direct and positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Honoris Industry Bogor. Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu komponen penting dari perekonomian suatu daerah maupun suatu negara. Dalam melakukan pengembangan UMKM tersebut dapat memberikan makna tersendiri dalam meningkatkan nilai pertumbuhan perekonomian negara serta dapat mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan suatu negara. Objek penelitian yang dilakukan adalah UMKM Ibu Nyai dan Ibu Uum yang berada di Desa Kuta, Kecamatan Megamendung. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini secara umum ialah memberikan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM di Desa Kuta terkait pembuatan akun dan cara mengurus legalitas usaha melalui Online Single Submission (OSS) dan memberikan sosialisasi terkait tata cara pencatatan laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah didapat dari wawancara dan observasi dengan para pemilik UMKM yang terletak di Desa Kuta, Kecamatan Megamendung, kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan NIB dan Pencatatan Laporan Keuangan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kuta yaitu UMKM Ibu Nyai dan Ibu Uum agar dapat mengembangkan usahanya dan memperluas kegiatan pemasaran. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini merupakan salah satu penerapan dari tridharma perguruan tinggi yaitu pengabdian terhadap masyarakat. Kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha dan Pencatatan Laporan Keuangan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok 10 KKN-T pada pemilik usaha yag terdapat di Desa Kuta, kecamatan Megamendung ini ber tujuan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM di Desa Kuta terkait pembuatan akun dan cara mengurus legalitas usaha melalui Online Single Submission (OSS) dan memberikan sosialisasi terkait tata cara pencatatan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

UMKM are businesses or businesses owned by individuals or business entities that meet the criteria for micro businesses. As regulated in statutory regulation no. 20 of 2008, according to the definition of UMKM, the criteria for UMKM are differentiated individually, including micro businesses, small businesses and medium businesses. However, UMKM in Cigombong Village are experiencing many problems, such as Cigombong Village MSMEs still don't understand digital marketing, how to make attractive logo designs, banners and packaging, how to promote a wider market, how to keep UMKM products attractive (Innovation). Based on the results of the discussion, Tahu Pak Eman UMKM were selected and for the digital marketing work program for all Cigombong Village UMKM. Activities are carried out through the Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN-T) program, which is a community service-based activity to increase student empathy for the conditions of society and the environment. The 2023 Thematic KKN will be implemented in Cigombong Village, Cigombong District using service methods such as counseling, training and group mentoring. The results show that there is a positive response and high active participation from the community, including designing logos and banners, taking part in the Digital Marketing Training program, training in making innovative tofu dregs into tofu dregs chips, understanding how to improve good financial reports.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress (variable X1), work motivation (variable X2) and compensation (variable X3) on employee performance (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The data collection techniques used by researchers in this research were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from data preparation, data tabulation to the testing stage. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis research calculations. The coefficient of determination (R2) value can be obtained from the variables work stress (X1), work motivation (X2) and compensation (X3) which influence employee performance (Y) by 73.4%. The remaining 26.6% is influenced by other factors that Career development and work discipline were not included in this research. In conclusion, work stress, work motivation and compensation have an impact on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Job Stress

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and discipline of work on employee performance in PT. Dwi Cipta Usaha Jakarta. Data analysis method used is the product moment coefficient analysis to measure whether there is any relationship between variables and determination analysis to determine the percentage contribution of each variable were further tested through together and partially. Fourteen employees were taken as samples, and the results prove the supervision and discipline partial and simultaneous significant effect on the performance of employees. The results showed that more supervision than the effect on employee performance employee discipline.Keywords: Monitoring, work discipline and employee performance
