Abstract

One of the famous culinary industry brands in Pematangsiantar City is Toko Roti Ganda. The famous brand Of Toko Roti Ganda makes many visitors who have an impact on traffic jams. The phenomenon is due to the famous Toko Roti Ganda in the community makes the brand a top priority of the community compared to other brands for visitors who come. This study aims to determine the effect of brand loyalty on purchasing decisions at Toko Roti Ganda. This research was conducted on all residents of Pematangsiantar City and Simalungun Regency who have ever made purchases at the Roti Ganda. Furthermore, the results of respondents obtained from the study were 123 respondents. The research method was carried out by qualitative and quantitative. The results show that the research criteria are declared valid and reliable with the indicators met. For normality results that all research variables are normally distributed, the coefficient of determination shows that brand loyalty can explain purchasing decisions by fifty-four percent. At the same time, the rest is influenced by other factors not discussed in the study. Then the regression equation test shows a positive effect of brand loyalty on purchasing decisions and accepts the hypothesis that brand loyalty affects purchasing decisions. It means that brand loyalty for consumers greatly influences them in making purchase decisions, and brand loyalty can be a factor that can make consumers make decisions about purchases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hadirnya facebook marketplace terhadap minat beli. Populasi dari penelitian adalah warga kota Pematangsiantar dengan menggunakan cluster sampling serta waktu penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Oktober 2020 dengan jumlah responden yang diperoleh 168 orang. Hasil data kuisioner dari penelitian dinyatakan valid, data reabilitas penelitian menunjukan hasilnya realiabel, data dalam penelitian berdistribusi normal, besar kemampuan variabel bebas facebook marketplace terhadap variabel terikat minat beli sebesar 60 %. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh positif hadirnya facebook marketplace terhadap minat beli, karena ketika facebook marketplace meningkat kontribusinya maka minat beli juga akan meningkat

Abstract

The rapid growth of internet usage has affected several sectors of human life, not least in the transportation sector. The implications of mobilizing the use of application-based transportation (GoJek) are now a trend among people to travel from one place to another. This condition illustrates that the intensity of the use of application-based transportation will have implications for the level of user satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of price and consumer confidence to consumer satisfaction of users on the basis of application transportation. This research uses a case study model by involving students in one of the tertiary institutions in Pematang-siantar City. The number of samples in this study were 322 students obtained through non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling method. Data collection uses an online questionnaire that is distributed to all samples in the form of a link (URL). Data analysis uses SEM test models consisting of measurement models and structural models. The results of research and hypothesis testing explain that price has a significant effect on user satisfaction of application-based applications. Furthermore, consumer confidence has a significant influence on user satisfaction based on application applications.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study, analyze and study the competencies and performance of the board, and improve competency towards the board's performance. Research on 109 administrators of the Credit Union (CU) in the Highlands Region under the PUSKOPDIT Bekatigade. Data were analyzed with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study were obtained from competence and good performance, and were positive results of competence on the management's performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mengkaji secara mendalam tentang kompetensi dan kinerja pengurus, dan besarnya pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pengurus. Penelitian pada 109 pengurus Credit Union (CU) Wilayah Dataran Tinggi di Bawah Naungan Pusat Koperasi Kredit (PUSKOPDIT) Bekatigade Sumatera Utara. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptip kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kompetensi dan kinerja sudah baik, dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari kompetensi terhadap kinerja pengurus.

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1) Consumers declare that promotion, brand image and purchase decisions A Mild cigarettes are categorized well. 2) Regression analysis result Ŷ = 15,181 + 0,297X1 + 0,765X2, meaning there is positive influence between promotion (X1) and brand image (X2) to decision of purchase (Y) A Mild cigarettes offered by PT Duta Media Indonesia Pematangsiantar Area. 3) Correlation value r = 0,653 which means there is moderately high and positive correlation between promotion, brand image and purchase decision of A Mild cigarettes offered by PT Duta Media Indonesia Pematangsiantar Area. The coefficient of determination is 0,427, meaning that the strongness of purchasing decision is explained by 42,7% by promotion and brand image. 4) Hypothesis Ho rejected, meaning promotion and brand image has a positive and significant effect on the decision of A Mild cigarette purchase offered by PT Duta Media Indonesia Pematangsiantar Area. The suggestion from the research result concludes that A Mild cigarettes offered by PT Duta Media Indonesia Pematangsiantar Area in the influence of purchasing decision, hence company must improve and improve promotion and image of A Mild cigarette brand. The better promotion and brand image of A Mild cigarettes, it will improve the purchase decision of A Mild cigarettes. Keywords: Promotion, Brand Image and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

The result of this research: 1.Compensation and work environment is good and the job satisfaction is already categorized as satisfied. 2. The results of multiple regression analysis is: Ŷ=7,358 + 0,756X1 + 0,532X2, meaning that there is positive influence between compensation and work environment on job satisfaction. 3. Analysis coefficient is r = 0,790, which means there is moderately high and positive correlation between compensation and work environment with the job satisfaction.The value of the coefficient of determination (KD) 0,624, meaning that the level of job satisfaction can be explained 62,4% by compensation and work environment. 4. Hypothesis test result stated that H0 is rejected, it means compensation and work environment have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction at CV Sinco Jaya Abadi Pematangsiantar either simultaneously or partially.The suggestion of this research for financial compensation, the company can provide holiday allowance according to the length of service period of the employee. For increase comfort in office room, company can add an air conditioning. For non physical work environment to resolve relationship issues with colleagues, the colleagues need to listen to opinions and advice provided by colleagues. Meanwhile, to improve job satisfaction the company needs to hold an event that involves all employees so that they can interact with each other. Keywords: Compensation,Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 35 pegawai dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel. Sumber data dipakai adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. disiplin kerja, karakteristik individu, dan kinerja pegawai sudah baik; 2. hasil analisis regresi yaitu Ŷ = 7,450 + 0,336 X1 + 0,230 X2, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara disiplin kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3. hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh nilai r = 0,797, artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara disiplin kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai; 4. diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi dapat dijelaskan tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai 63,5% dan sisanya 36,5% disebabkan faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil pengolahan dan perhitungan kuisioner, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan karakteristik individu yang dilakukan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Pematangsiantar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji hipotesis secara simultan, dimana hasil uji fhitung (27,840)> ftabel (3,29) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000< 0,05.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to test the influence of recruitment and placement to employee performance in a simultaneous and partial. The population used in this research are 23 employee. Research data were primary data and secondary data. Data were throught questionnaires, interviews, and documentaries. Analyzing method used was Qualitative Analysis and Analysis Quantitative. Quantitative Analysis proceed with application of SPSS version 21. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Pininta Coffee Pematangsiantar. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah 70 konsumen sebagai sampel. Analisis dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen adalah pelayanan karyawan, harga, promosi, produk, dan suasana. Penelitian ini memperoleh temuan, yakni dimensi kepuasan konsumen tertinggi pada produk dengan indikator kemudahan memperoleh produk. Dimensi terendah pada dimensi pelayanan dengan indikator sikap ramah karyawan.Kata kunci: analisis, kepuasan, dan konsumen
