Abstract

Pendidikan Merupakan Faktor Penting Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Menentukan Kemajuan Suatu Bangsa. Namun, Sistem Pendidikan Di Indonesia Masih Menghadapi Berbagai Permasalahan Yang Bersifat Kompleks Dan Saling Berkaitan, Seperti Ketimpangan Akses Pendidikan, Rendahnya Kualitas Guru, Tingginya Beban Biaya Pendidikan, Kompleksitas Kurikulum, Serta Keterbatasan Sarana Dan Prasarana Pembelajaran. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Berbagai Permasalahan Pendidikan Di Indonesia Serta Mengidentifikasi Strategi Penanggulangannya Berdasarkan Kajian Literatur Ilmiah. Metode Yang Digunakan Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Dengan Mengumpulkan Dan Menganalisis Berbagai Artikel Jurnal, Buku, Dan Hasil Penelitian Yang Relevan, Hasil Kajian Menunjukkan Bahwa Ketimpangan Akses Pendidikan Masih Menjadi Permasalahan Utama Yang Memengaruhi Pemerataan Mutu Pendidikan Antarwilayah. Selain Itu, Rendahnya Kompetensi Dan Distribusi Guru, Keterbatasan Infrastruktur Digital, Serta Ketidaksesuaian Kurikulum Dengan Kebutuhan Peserta Didik Dan Dunia Kerja Menjadi Faktor Yang Menghambat Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan Nasional. Permasalahan Pendidikan Juga Berkembang Pada Aspek Sosial, Seperti Perundungan, Kekerasan Di Lingkungan Sekolah, Dan Rendahnya Literasi Digital Peserta Didik. Di Sisi Lain, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Pendidikan Dinilai Memiliki Potensi Dalam Mendukung Pemerataan Pendidikan, Namun Implementasinya Masih Menghadapi Kendala Infrastruktur Dan Kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia. Berdasarkan Hasil Analisis, Strategi Penanggulangan Permasalahan Pendidikan Perlu Dilakukan Secara Komprehensif Melalui Pemerataan Layanan Pendidikan, Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru, Penguatan Pendidikan Inklusif, Penyediaan Infrastruktur Teknologi, Perbaikan Kurikulum Yang Lebih Fleksibel, Serta Penguatan Dukungan Pembiayaan Pendidikan Yang Berkeadilan. Keberhasilan Strategi Tersebut Sangat Bergantung Pada Kerja Sama Antara Pemerintah, Sekolah, Guru, Orang Tua, Dan Masyarakat Dalam Mewujudkan Sistem Pendidikan Yang Berkualitas, Inklusif, Dan Berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid development of globalization, digitalization, and social change has created new challenges in educational management. Education systems are required to adapt to the dynamics of modern developments in order to produce competent, adaptive, and character-driven human resources. This article aims to analyze several contemporary issues in educational management, particularly education in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0, strengthening character education through the Pancasila Student Profile, disparities in educational quality between regions, and governance of higher education facing the challenges of internationalization. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing relevant scientific journals, books, and educational policy documents. The results indicate that digital transformation in education is inevitable, but it must be balanced with the strengthening of character values. In addition, disparities in educational quality between regions remain a major challenge that requires more effective equity policies. At the higher education level, improving governance and internationalization has become an important strategy to enhance global competitiveness. Therefore, synergy between the government, educational institutions, and society is needed to manage education in an innovative and sustainable manner

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping the quality of human resources in the modern era. This study aims to analyze the functions of education and the role of educational institutions in developing individual character and competencies. This research employed a qualitative approach through a literature review by examining various scientific sources related to educational functions and institutions. The findings reveal that education serves as a medium for developing individual potential, character building, and facilitating social mobility. Educational institutions—formal, non-formal, and informal—play a significant role in implementing these functions systematically. Furthermore, educational institutions must adapt to technological advancements and global challenges through innovative learning approaches. Therefore, the synergy between educational functions and institutional roles is essential in producing competent, adaptive, and character-driven individuals in a rapidly changing world.
