Abstract

This research employs a quantitative method with a caisal-comparative design. The population for this study consists of Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority, selected through purposive sampling criteria determined by the researcher. The 2018-2022 period was chosen because it represents the most recent years, during which the global economy was impacted by the negative effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. This period saw a weakening of the banking system, particularly affecting Islamic banks in Indonesia. Based on the established criteria, there are 9 Sharia Commercial Banks that meet the researcher’s criteria. The total sample size for this study is 45 data points. The results of the study indicate that, in partial testing Net Operating Margin has an influence on Capital Adequacy Ratio, while Financing To Deposit Ratio does not have an influence Capital Adeqyacy Ratio. Net Operating ­Margin and Financing To Deposit Ratio collectively contrubute to 23,3% of the influence on Capital Adequacy Ratio, with the remaining 76,7% influenced by variables outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Product dan Price Bundling terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Belikopi Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausalitas. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengisian data berupa kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Belikopi di Kota Kediri yang berjumlah 96 orang. Selanjutnya metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 26. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji t untuk pengaruh Product (X1) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh, hal ini berdasarkan nilai thitung yaitu 3,464 > ttabel 1,98580 sehingga Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima. Lalu untuk pengaruh Price Bundling (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh, hal ini berdasarkan nilai thitung yaitu 5,079 > ttabel 1,98580 sehingga Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi nilai R Square sebesar 0,337 atau 33,7% . Artinya pengaruh Product dan Price Bundling secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 33,7%. Sedangkan sisanya 66,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Sharia financial literacy in accordance with Islamic principles is still considered low among society, especially among the younger generation, including students. The level of sharia financial literacy in Indonesia only reaches 8.93% of the total population, far below conventional financial literacy which reaches 38.03%. This shows that the awareness and understanding of Indonesian society is still very limited. The research method in this journal consists of three main stages. The first stage is data search, which is carried out to understand the conditions and problems faced by GIS administrators. The second stage is problem analysis, where the collected data is analyzed systematically using qualitative methods. Next, there is the discussion stage to resolve the problem, this is done together with the GIS administrator. The FEBI IAIN Kediri Sharia Investment Gallery (GIS) was founded in response to the need to increase student financial literacy, especially in the context of sharia investment. GIS functions as a digital financial education center, providing training, seminars and workshops to increase understanding of sharia-based financial technology. GIS not only focuses on theory, but also provides practical experience to students through investment simulation programs. Running of GIS Febi IAIN Kediri. Kediri, at this early stage, has contributed to increasing digital financial literacy among students through increasing understanding of sharia financial products, getting used to the use of financial technology, increasing awareness of digital security, and integrating sharia principles with technology.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital membuka peluang bagi usaha lokal untuk berkembang melalui e-commerce. Namun, warga Desa Pehserut masih menghadapi kendala dalam memanfaatkan platform seperti Shopee akibat keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan digital. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital warga agar dapat memanfaatkan e-commerce dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dengan memanfaatkan potensi dan aset lokal. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada 27 November 2024 di rumah salah satu warga desa, dengan materi mencakup teknik pemasaran digital, pengelolaan toko di Shopee, serta pemanfaatan fitur promosi. Program ini diikuti oleh 20 peserta yang mayoritas merupakan pemilik usaha kecil dan pelaku UMKM desa. Evaluasi keberhasilan dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan peserta. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menguasai keterampilan dasar pengelolaan toko online, seperti pembuatan akun, pengaturan produk, dan penggunaan fitur promosi. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman terhadap strategi pemasaran digital, yang tercermin dari peningkatan jumlah produk yang diunggah serta interaksi di platform Shopee pascapelatihan. Pelatihan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi berbasis aset lokal dapat meningkatkan kapasitas digital warga desa. Untuk keberlanjutan program, disarankan penyelenggaraan pelatihan lanjutan yang lebih mendalam, termasuk pendampingan intensif bagi peserta dalam membangun dan mengembangkan toko online secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The scope of accounting for zakat, infaq and shadaqah (ZIS) that is the recognition, record and present of the financial statements of the ZIS managing institution. Accountability is carried out as a form of accountability which explains and describes the performance of an institution. This study aims to analyze the application of ZIS Accounting from the perspective of PSAK 101 and PSAK 109. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study explained that the application of ZIS Accounting in terms of PSAK 109 shows that this institution has not fully implemented this article, especially in the fair assessment of infaq and shadaqah receipts without cash, then the distribution of cash comes from infaq and shadaqah. In presenting the financial statements as well as originating from the details of the funds received from zakat, whether individuals or entities in the report on changes in funds have not implemented them. In addition, there is no explanation for financing activities in the statement of cash flows. Then implementation of accountability in the figures in financial reports as well as reporting has almost completely implemented PSAK 101. In this case, accountability indicators and the amount of financial reporting to donors have been implemented.

Abstract

Latar Belakang. Kegiatan ekonomi tidak berdiri sendiri, tetapi banyak dipengaruhi oleh perilaku sosial yang mengelilingi terjadinya aksi ekonomi. Perhitungan ekonomi tanpa disadari mempengaruhi tindakan sosial. Demikian juga, tindakan ekonomi sering dipengaruhi oleh pengaturan sosial di mana tindakan ekonomi dilakukan. Sosiologi Ekonomi Islam adalah studi yang mempelajari hubungan antara masyarakat di mana interaksi sosial dan ekonomi terjadi. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku para pedagang cabai di pasar utama Pare dan perilaku para pedagang cabai di pasar utama Pare dalam hal sosiologi ekonomi Islam.Metode. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil. Perilaku pedagang tidak terpisahkan dari faktor untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, mulai dari cara mendapatkan barang dagangan kemudian menjualnya. Cabai dijual dengan mencampur cabai yang baik dengan yang busuk, sehingga berat timbangan meningkat, perawatan harga untuk konsumen juga rata-rata tidak sama tergantung pada siapa pembelinya, jika pembeli terlihat dari luar kota, harga dinaikkan. Kebersihan pasar yang tidak dijaga menyebabkan bau menyengat, cabai dikemas dalam kantong plastik, sehingga konsumen tidak diberi memiliki kesempatan untuk melihat dengan bebas. Dipandang dari sosiologi ekonomi Islam, perilaku pedagang cabai di pasar utama Pare menunjukkan interaksi dengan beberapa pihak, termasuk: hubungan dengan petani, pembeli, pemerintah, dengan sesama pedagang cabai, dan hubungan dengan masyarakat sekitar.

This study aims to analyze the Category of Accessibility Index, Avalability and Usability at BSM, Muamalah Bank, BNI Syariah Bank, BRI Syariah and Mega Syariah Bank. In addition, t also analyzes the BSM Financial Inclusive Index category, Bank Muamalah, Bank BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah and Bank Mega Syariah. This study uses descriptive non-statistical quantitative research methods The results of this study indicate that Bank Muamalat and Bank Syariah Mandiri have a high category of accessibility and usability index, however for the Avalability Index, Bank Muamalat is in the medium category and Bank Syariah Mandiri is in the high category. BRI Syariah and BNI Syariah have a medium category for the Index of Accessibility, Availability and Usability. Meanwhile, Bank Mega Syariah has a low category for the Index of Accessibility, Availability and Usability. The Financial Inclusion Index is in the high category at Bank Muamalat and Bank Syariah Mandiri, for BRI Syariah in the medium category and Bank Mega Syariah in the low category.

Abstract

Oishi Chicken Fillet Kediri faces challenges in increasing customer engagement and loyalty amidst increasingly tight culinary business competition. This community service activity aims to develop creative content that is visually and emotionally appealing to increase brand appeal and strengthen relationships with customers. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, this activity actively involves the owner and team of Oishi Chicken Fillet in the process of identifying problems, formulating strategies, and implementing solutions. The stages of the activity include food photography and videography workshops, emotion-based storytelling strategy training, and assistance in implementing digital marketing through social media. The results of the activity showed an increase in customer engagement of up to 40%, marked by more active social media interactions, and an increase in customer loyalty of 25%, seen from the increasing number of loyal customers. The PAR approach is effective in creating solutions based on real needs while empowering the business community to grow sustainably.

Abstract

The corporate value that is reflected from share price hanging on operational cash flows future and has positive relation connected with dividend policies, recall that operating cash flows are: (a) measure all from reward; and (b) measure liquidity companies. These cases show that operational cash flows are very important to explain dividend policies, so operational cash flows that good forester from dividend policies to be compared to accounting return. Those become the main subject of this research, that is accounting return, operational cash flows, and corporate value. Populations in this research are all companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the observation period 2006 to 2008 and 18 companies are selected using non-probability purposive sampling Reference Pasar modal (PRPM-Indonesian Capital Market Reference Center) Indonesia, BAPEPAM, and Pusat Dokumentasi Bisnis Indonesia(Indonesia’s Business Documentation Center), and Indonesian Securities Market Database (ISMD) PPA UNIBRAW. The result shows that accounting return and operational cash flows have influenced positives with corporate value
