Abstract

The development of mobile communication technology leads people to use technology not only as a communication tool, but also as a tool to find a variety of information, and news. Today's society considers mobile communications media as a very practical needs in its use and has high mobility. Many news portal now also includes news portal applications for mobile devices. Ganto UNP news portal does not provide the application which led to the news portal infrequently accessed through mobile devices because of the view that is not user-friendly when accessed through the device. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design a mobile application for Ganto news portal. So that mobile device users no longer need to access the Ganto news portal through a web browser. Simply by using the mobile application. This application was designed with the Java programming language, Eclipse as an IDE, Eclipse ADT as a plugin on android, and the Android SDK for Android application development, as well as the AVD emulator to run the android system. Programming language used to build web-service is PHP programming language and MySQL DBMS that has owned news portals Ganto as data storage server. By utilizing the Android mobile device technology, successfully obtained an application that can accommodate the needs of people who have a high level of mobility to access information on Ganto news portals anytime and anywhere effectively and efficiently.  Keywords   : News Portal, Ganto, Android, web-service.

Abstract

This paper aims to resolve the transaction problems at the KPRI UNP mart which are still going on manually and require the buyer to come to the mart to buy the items to be purchased. Bookings should be able to use smartphones through the use of applications so that customers can make transactions immediately. The waterfall method is used for designing client-based applications and the Object Orientit Programing (OOP) method, besides the application applies the OOP-based Model View Controller (MVC) technique. Server-side applications use the Framework Code Igniter (Framework CI) with the main language PHP equipped with the use of the json web and MySQL DBMS. Application on the client side uses the Java Java Development Kit (JDK). Designing an e-commerce android application KPRI UNP mart has 3 application results, the first application 1 application on the server that manages management for the client, the second 1 client buyer application that is used to view goods information and ordering, third 1 sending client application used to retrieve order the buyer and deliver it.Keywords: Android, e-commerce,  KPRI, client-server, framework CI

Abstract

This Article describes how to develope of interactive learning media, that it can be used  in teaching and learning activities in school. This development aims to design an Interactive Learning media that is suitable for Komjardas (Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar) in Vocational Schools. The method used is the Instructional Development Institute (IDI), namely by determining the principle of the system approach which includes three stages including define, develop, and evaluate. Interactive learning media is designed using Lectora Inspire Software, Adobe Flash Cs 6 and Wondershare Quiz Creator that function as makers of evaluation questions. The results of designing instructional media in the form of an application that can be run on all computers / laptops of each student.Keywords: Interactive Learning Media, Instructional Development Institute (IDI).

Abstract

The problems of union can arise in various parts of the business process implementedthat are services to members and consumers, financial management, sales management, promotions and other various services, both the main process and supporting one. For service business processes, the union uses social media and other similiar platform. For reporting business processes, it is still carried out in a manual way. To improve the results of the business process in the system of union, it requires web-based e-commerce in order to help all of the aspects. The presence of an e-commerce system is to help promoting the products and facilitate consumers to do everything within the business processes. The design of the e-commerce system uses the MVC (Model, View, Controller). The programming language used is the PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) based on Codeigniter framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS) and Sublime Text 3 as the editor. Business processes that exist in this union could sell products in a larger area in order to convey the information about the products to consumers quickly. With the system in the union, consumers will be much easier in ordering the producs they want.Keywords :  Codeigniter Framework, MySQL, E-Commerce.

Abstract

The daily prayers are an important thing that should be done by every moslem in this world. One of the priorities in praying is to pray on the right time with directed to mecca  Nowadays, most of moslem tend to neglect the time to pray as they are busy of their works. At this time, a moslem have to be discipline in splitting  the  time  to  do  shalat.  Those who  earn  and  have enough income  is supposed to pay the Zakat Mal according to the amount of their income. In this modern era, handphone has been used by the people in facilitating their works in daily life, because handphone have many functions out of its main function. Android is an operation system that is inserted into handphone which has function to help the user in installing the application that they need. In this final project, the writer proposed a title “The designing of application in calculating Zakat Mal, Determining the Time of Shalat, and Direction to Mecca by using GPS with android system base. This application will remind the user of the time of shalat and  show  the  direction  to  Mecca  that  is  supported  by  GPS  system.  This application also includes the menu for calculating the Zakat Mal.   Keywords:  Android Application, Zakat Mal, Shalat time, Direction of Kiblat. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan rancangan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi E-Rent berbasis Android yang dapat memberikan informasi barang atau jasa, lokasi, harga, dan stok barang atau jasa yang bisa disewa sehingga mempermudah masyarakat pencari dan penyewa barang atau jasa sesuai kebutuhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah Waterfall. Aplikasi menerapkan arsitektur Model View Controller (MVC) yang mengelompokkan modul-modul berdasarkan fungsinya. Pendekatan di dalam pemrograman menerapkan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP), dengan pemodelan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Dengan bahasa pemrograman Java untuk Android client user dan CodeIgniter Framework untuk Web Servis. Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi E-Rent ini adalah memberikan layanan secara elektronik mengenai informasi penyewaan (rent), serta aplikasi ini memberikan fitur rating dan testimony terhadap barang dan jasa yang telah selesai disewa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi pemasaran kopi di Sumatera Barat serta memberi kemudahan dalam pemasaran kopi bagi petani kopi dan tersedianya informasi penjual kopi bagi penggiat kopi atau pemilik kafe kopi. Perancangan dan pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan model Business System Planning (BSP), yaitu metode yang berkaitan dengan upaya bagaimana sistem informasi seharusnya distrukturkan, diintegrasikan dan diimplementasikan oleh organisasi dalam jangka panjang. Hasil riset menunjukkan, rancangan sistem E-Coffee memerlukan fasilitas terkait layanan pengelolaan informasi pemasaran kopi, pengelolaan pemasaran/promosi, layanan pemesanan dan penjualan, pengelolaan jasa perendang dan kafe kopi serta pengelolaan tester dan review. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework codeigniter berbasis PHP yang mengintegrasikan semua layanan menjadi suatu aplikasi berbasis web yang utuh dan mampu membantu kelancaran usaha kopi.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Pemasaran, Kopi, Framework Codeigniter

Abstract

Melakukan transaksi peminjaman buku, pengelolaan data buku,pengelolaan denda, pengelolaan donasi, serta pengelolaan pendaftaran anggota perpustakaan secara offline sangatlah tidak efektif dan memakan waktu. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola perpustakaan secara efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan di SMK Semen Padang. Perancangan dalam sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode  waterfall model, yaitu sebuah metode yang sangat struktural, dimana langkah-langkah dari metode ini adalah: proses perencanaan, analisa, desain, dan implementasi pada sistem. Arsitektur dalam merancang sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan ini menggunakan arsitektur MVC (model,view,controller). Fitur utama dari aplikasi ini adalah: manajemen user, pengelolaan transaksi peminjaman, pengelolaan buku, pengelolaan donasi, pengelolaan denda, dan pengelolaan kritik dan saran. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework codeigniter yaitu sebuah framework yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP. Dengan melakukan uji coba mandiri terhadap sistem yang dikembangkan, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa aplikasi sistem informasi perpustakaan ini dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan transaksi peminjaman buku, pengelolaan buku, pengelolaan keuangan, dan pengelolaan kritik saran.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Manajemen Perpustakaan, Framework Codeigniter Performing book lending transactions, managing book data, managing fines, managing donations, and managing offline library member registrations is very ineffective and time consuming. The purpose of this research is to build a library management information system at SMK Semen Padang. The design in this information system uses the prototype model method, that is, a very structural method, where the steps of this method are: the planning process, analysis, design, and implementation of the system. The architecture in designing this library management information system uses the MVC architecture (model, view, controller). The main features of this application are: user management, loan transaction management, book management, donation management, penalty management, and criticism and suggestions management. The system is built using a codeigniter framework, which is a framework built using the PHP programming language. By conducting independent trials of the developed system, the results show that this library information system application can facilitate the management of book lending transactions, book management, financial management, and management of criticism suggestions.Keywords: Information System, library management, Framework Codeigniter.

Abstract

Scholarship is income for those who receive it and the purpose of thescholarship is to help ease the burden of the cost of education students receiver.Through the Directorate General of Higher Education scholarship disbursement isdone by several agencies to help someone less capable in economic terms and forthose who have achievements . and the State University of Padang is one of thecolleges that distribute scholarships to students each semester .At the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang distributedscholarships PPA and BBM annually. The selection of who is entitled to get thescholarship using the calculation of the specific criteria. These criteria, namely, thecumulative achievement index, total parental income, number of dependent parental,and semester. For the sake of the effectiveness, taking the right decision is needed.For it is necessary to develop a decision support system that can help the process,and in the development of this system is used SAW method.SAW method is a method for determining who is entitled to receivescholarships based on predetermined criteria . The process begins by finding theweights for each criterion , and then rank the ranking based on the amount of thehighest weight value obtained from each alternative . Alternative that has the highestamount of weight that is more entitled to get a scholarshipKeyword : Scholarship, Decision Support Systems, SAW, JSP.
