Abstract

Library management at SMA country 1 twin lake in this time not yet optimal and not based on computerization. aim from library information system sma country 1 twin lake based on web is a information system that designed to give and optimize operator performance. in give service to library member, in service search book, loaning service and library book return, accessinged according to online. this application planning uses language java with idea netbeans and place to keep database that is mysql. program implementation at require medium shaped computer that integration webserver. implementation result from information system library this is library operator can make recapitulation member report, book total report, fine report, loaning report and return. Keyword: Library Information System, Java, Mysql And Idea Netbeans.

Abstract

The Student in a collage  who have finish their study  will  get  an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet.  Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process  that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and  information.  This  information system give  provide  services  in  an  order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of System e-Xamp Editor users in SMKN 3 Pariaman. The evaluation was conducted based on the perception of the end user by using End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. EUCS Model has 6 factors i.e. content, accuracy, format, ease of use timeliness and flexibility, these 6 factors used as independent variable to evaluate e-Xamp editor user satisfaction in SMKN 3 Pariaman. This research using questionnaire as a primary data as well as scientific journals, reference books as secondary data. This research uses validity test, reliability test, normality test and linear regression analysis as methods of data analysis. The results showed that 6 factors of EUCS model affects 61% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction. Content affects 6,15% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, timeliness affects 15,76% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, ease of use affects 15,36% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, format affects 5,52% of e-Xamp editor user sastisfaction, accuracy affects 2,5% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction and flexibility affects 6,4% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction. Kata kunci: User Satisfaction, e-Xamp editor, End-User ComputingSatisfaction (EUCS)

Abstract

Boarding houses has its own problems in finding. The problems are boarding house location, price, facilities, surrounding environment and time to gather about boarding houses information. Landlords of boarding house also have its own problems, like disseminate information about the boarding houses is limited. Mobile application of boarding houses and support facilities is built to solve the problem in finding suitable boarding houses and also to inform the others about the boarding houses. The method used is the client-server based waterfall model. Application server side’s use the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) and web services Json and MYSQL for Database Management Systems (DBMS). Application client side’s use the java programming language and java script that can run on the android platform. The design application of boarding houses and support facilities is based android to generate three applications which are one server and two application client. The first client application has function to search information of boarding houses. Abstract

The capital city of West Sumatera, Padang, had so many event to increase its tourism. Every year, the domestic tourist coming and passing by to Padang, increasing the consumption of fuel in Padang. However, the information about location of gas station in Padang is not easy-to access. The focus of this project is to provide the information about location of gas station in Padang. This project aims to help people to find track between gas station. The systems are designed with a web-based map layers represented by MapServer. The data (maps) was made with ArcGIS and MapInfo, digitized into shapefile form (vector model), the track finder using Dijkstra’s Algorithm. As well as general contained in the database storage system using the application postresql and PostGIS, implemented into web pages via PHP. This outcomes of this project is a geographic information system that provides general information of gas station in Padang. Visitors can find the location based on the name of the gas station. Then the system provide the track between gas station and track from the point that visitor decide. General information will be displayed in tabular form and location information is displayed in the form of maps showing the location of the point. Keywords: Geograpic Information System, Algorithm, Dijkstra, MapServer, OpenLayer, PostgreSQL/PostGis.

Abstract

Pemilu merupakan kegiatan demokrasi di Indonesia yang dilaksanakan setiap lima tahun sekali untuk memilih pemimpin, namun dalam proses perhitungan pemilu secara manual, hasilnya bocor dan dapat menimbulkan masalah keamanan data. Melalui penelitian ini, kami dapat memberikan solusi dengan mengimplementasikan teknologi blockchain pada aplikasi pemilu yang akan memberikan keamanan terhadap data hasil pemilu yang tersimpan di blockchain. Teknologi Blockchain adalah rantai blok data yang terhubung satu sama lain secara peer to peer. Aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Solidity dan menggunakan database blockchain ethereum lokal (Ganache). Menggunakan metode dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall dengan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dimana metode visual modeling pada perancangan sistem berorientasi objek. Dari hasil pengujian berdasarkan aspek dasar blockchain hasil diperoleh aplikasi ini  bisa menyimpan data hasil pemilu yang akan tersimpan di  node pada setiap transaksinya.Kata kunci : Pemilu, Blockchain, Ganache (Local Blockchain Ethereum) Elections are a democratic activity in Indonesia which are carried out every five years to elect leaders, but in the process of manual election calculations, the results are leaked and can cause data security problems. Through this research, we can provide solutions by implementing blockchain technology in election applications that will provide security for election results data stored on the blockchain. Blockchain technology is a chain of data blocks that are connected to each other by peer to peer. This application uses the Solidity programming language and uses a local ethereum blockchain database (Ganache).Method used to build  this application is the waterfall method with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling where the visual modeling method is in object-oriented system design. From the test results based on the basic aspects of the blockchain, the results obtained that this application can store election results data that will be stored in nodes for each transaction.Keywords: Election, Blockchain, Ganache (Local Ethereum Blockchain).

Abstract

This article discusses about management of student activities in the process of submitting activity proposals, reviewing and reporting activities. Carried out by student activity units at the State University of Padang  which aims to minimize the time, energy and cost of implementing procedures for submitting proposals and reporting activities. In meeting Head of Students Affairs, WR III (interest and talent section) and KaBag (treasurer section). Submission of proposals and activity reports should be in accordance with technological developments at this time to effective and efficient. In designing this information system using the method waterfall method and the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) method. This system also uses the Model View Controller (MVC) technique. This system is design usimg Yii2 Framework with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS) programming languages. Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peran utama dalam proses pengembangan potensi diri anak. Orang tua memiliki kewajiban dalam memberikan pendidikan yang layak untuk anaknya. Memperoleh pendidikan sebagai warga Negara tidak terlepas dari biaya pendidikan. Sehingga sebagian orang tua tidak dapat memenuhi kewajibannya karena faktor ekonomi yang lemah. Pemerintah hanya menanggung biaya pendidikan warga Negara hingga jenjang pendidikan dasar. Peran masyarakat beserta pegawai akademik di perguruan tinggi dalam meringankan beban biaya pendidikan mahasiswa dapat disebut sebagai donatur. Peran donatur sangat diharapkan agar proses pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan meringankan beban biaya pendidikan. Sistem Informasi E-ORA (Electronic-Orangtua Asuh) dibangun dengan tampilan berbasis Android yang berperan sebagai sarana penyaluran donasi, sehingga dapat membantu donatur dalam memberikan bantuan terhadap mahasiswa yang kurang mampu. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting untuk menentukan rekomendasi mahasiswa terbaik berdasarkan kriteria, menggunakan bahasa pemograman Java dan khusus digunakan oleh pengguna platform Android.

Abstract

In line with the increasingly rapid technology, not a few Vocational High Schools (SMK) are using technology in the service of students and even parents. In order not to compete with State and Private Vocational Schools especially in the North Aceh District of Aceh Province, the Web-based New Student Admission Application is important to be developed at the Babussalam Baktiya Integrated Private Vocational School in North Aceh District of Aceh Province to facilitate new prospective students in the New Student Admission process (PSB ) One effort to improve the New Student Acceptance process and improve service to prospective students, it requires an application that can carry out the New Student Admissions process which is not limited by place. Keywords: Information Systems, New Students, Based on Web, Web, PHP, SQL.
