Abstract

Adoption of the exam objectives in a learning process is to determine the quality of one’s learner after going through the learning process. Exams are also an evaluation of the monitoring process carried out continuously and sustainably will ultimately be able to fix the quality of education. Determination of the ever-increasing standards expected to encourage the improvement of education quality, which is the determination of educational standards is the determination of the limit value (passing score). Someone said to have passed / are competent when it has passed the limit value. In the world of Education in Higher Education Raharja for example, in order to obtain the concentration Communication and Innovative Technology (CCIT) who have exam system that v used Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Benchmarking the learning standards. But it was not as easy as expected, due to problems regarding the exams are still using paper based are not inaccordance with the standard CCNA Benchmarking using computer-based exam. Benchmarking standard exam is CCNA is a computer based exam where students can do the exam questions on a computer that random such questions, which makes each student can work on the problems at the same time but each working on different problems. In the matter of computer-based working time limits there are also questions it. In Higher Education Raharja, test is still manual (paper based) where the students are still working on the exam questions and answers contained in the paper. The concept paper based is much less effective,can not even detect students who work together when the exam. At present it has developed a new method is more effective and certainly the most can help overcome these problems. Example for computer Based exam is CCNA exam and The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) computer based and Raharja high-standard universities. In this article also identified at least four fundamental problems concerning the concept of computerbased exam, defining test methods based computer as a new way of tackling paper based exam, and final test of is to implement a computer based on the Higher Education Raharja. Computer-based methods is very important to be developed, because its function is effective in providing quality improvement exam in Higher Education Raharja thus continues to provide ease in doing the exam students and faculty in terms of giving value to students. In addition, computer-based exam process is also well suited to the needs. It can even be said that the computer based exams can erode the operational work of approximately 80% of original work not to perform the correction process answers all students who did a paperbased exam.

Abstract

The fan is a tool that we usually find in everyday life. This is because the fan is a tool commonly used to lower the temperature or refrigerate something. However, the current use of the fan can be developed into a cooling device that can be controlled using an electronic device such as a microcontroller. Therefore we need a system for room temperature control in order to create a good temperature in conducting cooling system. Not just make the climate control, but also made the monitoring system. The data obtained from the LM35 temperature sensor is processed and then displayed in real time in the form of graphs and tables that can be seen by the computer using an LCD that can show the actual temperature in a room that has been installed LM35 sensor. Atmega16 microcontroller used is an 8-bit microcontroller which has a high capability and low power, in addition to all of the instructions executed in one clock cycle. AVR has 32 general-purpose registers, timer / counters flexible with compare modes, internal interrupt and power saving mode, the internal ADC and PWM. AVR also has in programmable system-on-chip flash program memory allows the system to be re-programmed using the serial SPI relationship.

Abstract

Monitoring Data on the presence of Usig Fingerprints is a strategic approach towards improving the discipline of employees, to achieve improved discipline such officials then needed an application monitoring system using Fingerprint time & attendance data are not effectively separated the human, infrastructure and overall management system for centralized employee fee payment process with SAP/ERP as expected and did not experience any delay in payment. Attendance System Monitoring application is capable of helping the PA (Payrool Administration) in favour of an increase in the accuracy of the data centralized employee fee payments with SAP can be realized should be supported by a reliable Technology Informatics infrastructure. Attendance Monitoring System application using the Fingerprint are created in this journal is an application programming examples that use the programming language visual basic 6.0 and SQL Server database, which is expected to help resolve problems existing in HUMAN RESOURCES in General and the ADM. Personnel in particular. The design of monitoring data on the presence of using fingerprints only handles input from someone who has been registered in the database, whereas the output that is displayed showing the reports relating to the attendance reports to be used as the supporter of the accuracy of the data centralized employee fee payments with SAP.

Abstract

The development of technology over time has proven to give a lot of changes in humans. Changes that occur generally for the better, as it easier to do a job One of the technologies developed at this time is with the development of mobile technology is not only used as a telephone and sms only, but also can be used as a device to control a microcontroller. Microcontroller is a chip that can perform digital data processing in accordance with the command given programming language. So today microcontroller applied to many everyday life, one of which is in use in smart home automatic Bluetooth media ATMEGA 328 microcontroller based smart home automatic is a tool that can function automatically based on the input to the bluetooth and the existence of programs that are embedded in in an IC microcontroller. Bluetooth as a communication medium to transmit data or input from android application that is using BlueTerm application that acts as a device to control home appliances remotely. In general, the control of home appliances is still work manually so it is less effective, the objective of the design tool automatic smart home is to create a tool that can help people to carry out activities in the home that is to control the home appliances using smartphones automatically through the application BlueTerm with media bluetooth

Abstract

Nowadays, utilizing surviellence cameras was very popular because is user friendly and it has many usefull as a monitoring and as a part of security system at home, institution, office, etc. The existing surviellence camera using computer as a control system and as a media storage so it’s need a energy and high cost for implementation. Surveillance cameras are designed using the Raspberry Pi B, PIR sensor, webcam Logitech C 170, SD Card, Twitter, Raspbian operating system, and python programming. Automatic input data is performed by PIR sensor that will be detected human around of range area frequently. Output 3.3 - 5 volt (High) will be generated when sensor detected the human around of range area. Otherwise 0 volts output ( Low) will be generated when sensor not detected the human around of range area frequently. Then, The input will be processing by Raspberry Pi using python programming that has made to a command to capture or not.implemetation outcome is a surveillance camera that will capture image in (.jpg) format when the input system detected human around of range frequently. Capture result will save to SD Card that have integrated system. Then the sistem will provide immediately report the situation in a real-time notification through a twitter application device.

Abstract

Nowadays human and computer communication has changed from time to time. The change is aimed at making communication between humans and computers more efficient. Human needs for information and communication are increasing with digital communication, the microcontroller used is Raspberry Pi 3. The traffic conditions are very congested, using a manual system does not work optimally due to the number of undisciplined road users and the increasing amount of volume vehicles every year. Therefore it is very necessary that the LEDs are turned on to reduce the volume density of the vehicle, especially at the intersection, and can control the time of the traffic lights in accordance with the specified time. Internet of Things (IoT) uses Raspberry Pi 3, ESP8266 Wi-fi Module, Sensor RCWL 0516 and Blynk. Raspberry Pi 3 as the main controller uses wireless networks, and makes devices able to communication such as sending and receiving data. The Blynk application is able to provide information in real time as well as remote control monitoring. When the sensor detects, the ESP8266 Wi-fi Module will send traffic density notifications via Smartphone so that it can provide information on road conditions periodically. The purpose of this study is to monitor the condition of the road from a distance so that road users are disciplined in driving and do not commit violations when the red light is on.

Abstract

The Emergency Panic Button tool has been developed to provide quick response and accessibility in emergency situations. In this research, we designed and developed an Emergency Panic Button tool using the Arduino ESP32 Devkit V1. This tool allows users to easily trigger emergency signals, send help messages to Telegram, and includes user location information and monitoring of the user's body temperature. The development method includes the integration of electronic components such as buttons, communication modules such as GSM or Wi-Fi, and body temperature sensors. We use Arduino ESP32 Devkit V1 as the main platform and utilize the Telegram API software to send help messages to specified contacts. In this research, we study the theoretical foundations related to emergency systems, Arduino technology, integration with the Telegram API, and user body temperature training. We design and implement tools by developing Arduino programs that allow training panic buttons, sending emergency messages to Telegram, acquiring locations using GPS modules or other methods, as well as training the user's body temperature using temperature sensors.
