Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, imported brands and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Royal Store Thrifting clothing in Bima City. This study was conducted at the Royal Store Bima located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta, East of Serasuba Field, Paruga, West Rasanae, Bima City. This study is an associative type using a Likert scale questionnaire as a research instrument. The population used in this study were all consumers who had purchased Royal Store thrifting clothing in Bima City whose number was not known for certain (Unknown Population). A sample of 96 people who had purchased Royal Store thrifting clothing in Bima City. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data with primary data as the research data source. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination test, correlation test, t test and F test. The results of the study stated that product quality, imported brands and lifestyle have a significant influence on purchasing decisions of Thrifting Royal Store clothes in Bima City. These results prove that when a thrifting product has good quality, the original imported brand product and the product is in accordance with the customer's lifestyle, it will influence the customer's purchasing decision.

Abstract

A pharmacy is a place that carries out pharmaceutical activities which has an important role in obtaining information about drugs. In this case, pharmacists have the responsibility to create customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of a business. Different services will also have a very significant impact on a pharmacy. Apart from that, the company must also market its products by implementing the right sales strategy, because by implementing the right strategy the company will get the expected results. This research aims to determine the sales strategy, service quality and customer satisfaction at Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Bima City, which is located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta Paruga.

Abstract

Desa Samili Kabupaten Bima memiliki potensi ekonomi lokal yang signifikan, terutama di sektor pertanian (sayuran dan padi) dan beberapa UMKM penghasil jajanan tradisional. Namun, masyarakat menghadapikendala klasik berupa akses pasar yang terbatas, manajemen keuangan yang tradisional, serta minimnya literasi digital untuk mempromosikan produk. Koperasi desa merah putih sebagai soko guru perekonomian diharapkan menjadi solusi, namun pembentukannya belum optimal baik dari legalitas anggota dan administrasi persyaratan lainnya. Adapun tujuan Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan menginisiasi membantu pembentukan dan sosialisasi kegiatan koperasi merah putih melalui kegiatan seminar yang di fasilitasi oleh mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata kampus STIE Bima dan memberikan pendampingan dalam aspek legalitas, manajemen, dan memanfaatan platform digital untuk operasional dan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakanadalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui beberapa tahap: (1) Sosialisasi dan FGD; (2)Pendampingan administratif dan legalitas (3) Seminar manajemen koperasi merah putih. Hasil program ini berhasil menginisiasi berdirinya anggotakoperasi merah putih sebanyak 30 anggotakoperasi telah dibentuk dan masih melakukan pengurusan berkas administrasi lainnya. Inisiasi koperasi merah putih terbukti efektif sebagai strategi penguatan ekonomi lokal di Desa Samili. Kolaborasi akademisi,pemerintahdesa, instansi pemerintahan terkait dan masyarakat berperan penting dalam keberhasilan program. Keberlanjutan program memerlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan dan perluasan jaringan pasar

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Palibelo District Office. The research is based on the issue of low motivation and discipline among employees, which affects their performance. The study employs an associative quantitative approach. The population consists of 48 employees, all of whom were used as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results show that both work discipline and motivation have a significant partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the two variables also significantly influence performance. The coefficient of determination indicates that work discipline and motivation contribute 44.45% to employee performance, while the remaining 55.55% is influenced by other unexamined variables. The study recommends enhancing discipline and motivation through the enforcement of firm regulations and the creation of a supportive work environment.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide outreach to the Merah Putih Cooperative and prepare simple financial reports in Karijawa Village, Dompu Regency. This program stems from several key issues, such as limited access to capital, low cooperative literacy, and the lack of institutional economic governance at the village level as an effort to strengthen the local economy sustainably. Through a participatory, collaborative, and educational approach by the STIE Bima Impact Community Service Team in Karijawa Village, Dompu Regency, social identification and outreach were carried out in accordance with Law No. 25 of 1992. The outreach was carried out through face-to-face meetings and group discussions regarding the urgency of the Merah Putih Cooperative. This community service activity demonstrated an increase in community understanding of cooperatives as an instrument of sustainable local economic independence, as well as encouraging academic-community collaboration in the development of cooperatives and economic nationalism. This cooperative is expected to have a significant contribution in improving the sustainable economic welfare of the community.

Abstract

Ntobo Specta is a community service program implemented by students of the Community Service Program (KKN) of the Bima College of Economics (STIE) as an effort to support the development of a creative economy based on local potential in Ntobo Village. Ntobo Village is known as one of the centers of traditional weaving craftsmen who are the main source of income for most of the community. However, promotion and marketing of woven products are still limited, so innovative activities are needed to increase the attractiveness and economic value of local weaving. Ntobo Specta activities are packaged in the form of a bazaar for weaving MSMEs and a fashion show made from typical Ntobo woven fabrics involving elementary, middle, and high school students. This activity aims to introduce Ntobo weaving to the wider community, increase the interest of the younger generation in local culture, and open marketing opportunities for weaving MSMEs. The implementation method is carried out through the stages of coordination, activity preparation, event implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activity show that Ntobo Specta is able to be an effective medium for promoting culture and the creative economy. The enthusiasm of the community and participants has a positive impact on increasing the existence of Ntobo weaving as a superior regional product. Furthermore, this activity also stimulates economic growth in the community by increasing awareness of local woven products and expanding the marketing network for MSMEs. Thus, Ntobo Specta is a form of community empowerment that integrates cultural preservation with strengthening the creative economy based on local wisdom.
