Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Discipline, organizational climate, placement, and motivation in improving the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) performance at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Banten Province.The research method used is the quantitative analysis and associative descriptive to test the relationship and the amount of influence contribution between each variable. The number of samples in this study was the entire population, amounting to 69 State Civil Servants (ASN) at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Banten Province.The research results show that Discipline, organizational climate, placement, and motivation have a role, both about or contributing to a positive and significant influence in improving the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Banten Province Regional Library and Archives Service

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation, and work environment on work discipline. Population and sample are employees with the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) status in the Office of Library and Archives Banten Province as many as 70 employees. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, and the analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that 1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. 2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. 3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. 4) motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work discipline

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing, the outbreak of this virus does not only hit the health sector and public services, even worse, it has the potential to paralyze various sectors of human life, including the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector. This phenomenon is also very impactful and felt by MSME actors in Kamurang Village, Cikande District, Serang Regency whose type of business is very dependent on the turnover of money from the sale of merchandise. Partners in this service program are Banana Chips SMEs..This community partnership program aims to provide knowledge in terms of MSME management, innovations related to optimizing online product marketing media in order to maximize marketing or sales, and the process of applying for business licenses in order to obtain a Business Identification Number (ID Number). Micro Small Business Permit (NIB) (IUMK). This is based on issues with administration and usage of online media in terms of marketing identified by MSMEs themselves, as well as the lack of a government-issued company license. As a result of this activity, MSME actors' knowledge and understanding of MSME management increased, as did their use of social media (Instagram and Facebook) and chat apps (Whatsaap) as online marketing tools, as well as their ability to obtain a Business Identification Number (NIB) or Micro Small Business License. (IUMK) and product developments, such as flavor and packaging variations, are becoming more diverse. By using a positive approach in the form of a participatory, reflective and innovative approach, banana chips SMEs are expected to be able to compete with other types of businesses.

Abstract

The variables of this research are Leadership (X1), Compensation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), Work Environment (X4), Work Supervision (X5) and Work Productivity (Y). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 on variable Y partially and simultaneously during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a statement instrument distributed to 68 employees of PT. "X" as the research sample. Data analysis using the PLS method which is an alternative method of analysis with Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on variance. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, compensation does not have a significant effect on work productivity, work discipline does not have a significant effect on work productivity, the work environment has a negative and significant effect on work productivity and work supervision does not. has a significant effect on work productivity. From the analysis of the factors that affect work productivity, only leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah investasi terbesar dari institusi pemerintah yang harus selalu dijaga dan ditingkatkan kualitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan disiplin, pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Citangkil Kota Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan asosiasional korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 52 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,972, koefisien determinasi adalah 94,4% dan signifikansi 0,000 ˂ 0,05, yang berarti bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel disiplin dan kinerja pegawai. Pengujian pada variabel pendidikan menunjukkan bahwa ada koefisien korelasi 0,022, koefisien determinasi 0,0484% dan nilai signifikansi 0,876 76 0,05 yang berarti bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel pendidikan dan kinerja pegawai. Uji koefisien korelasi pelatihan dengan kinerja 0,251, koefisien determinasi 6,3% dan signifikansi 0,072 ˃ 0,05, yang berarti bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel pelatihan dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji pada variabel disiplin, pendidikan dan pelatihan menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,972, koefisien determinasi sebesar 94,5% dan signifikansi 0,000 ˂ 0,05, yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel disiplin, pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada hubungan parsial dan simultan antara disiplin, pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Citangkil, Kota Cillegon

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Disiplin, Pelatihan dan Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja PNS di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif assosiatif atau korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh yaitu sebanyak 69 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS. Pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS. Motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS. Disiplin, Pelatihan, dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Banten.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the most dominant factors affecting employee work productivity in Carita District, Pandeglang Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The data collection method used in this research is the questionnaire method, while the analysis method uses a Likert scale and rating scale. Of the three factors that affect Employee Work Productivity in Carita Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic, namely Education and Training received perceptions from respondents with agreed criteria, while Motivation received perceptions from respondents with strongly agree criteria meaning that these three factors affect employee work productivity. The most dominant factor influencing Employee Work Productivity in Carita Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic is Motivation, because it has the highest average value among the other two factors, namely 175.5, this shows that motivation has an important role and is a condition self-directed employees to achieve organizational goals

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze poverty and determine the impact of the Human Development Index (IPM) variable, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK) on Poverty in Banten Province with Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) as a Mediation Variable . The analytical tool used is PLS SEM analysis. Based on the analysis of the number of poor people in Banten province in 2021, it still shows a high poverty rate of 6.66%, an increase compared to the previous year. From the results of the study, it can be explained that the variables HDI (X1), GRDP (X2) and UMK (X3) have a direct impact on the Poverty variable (Y) of 99.3%, and the indirect impact on the variables HDI (X1), GRDP (X2) and UMK (X3) through TPT (Z) on the variable Poverty (Y) of 93.6%. Abstract

Mitra dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Pejaten dan pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) "Sukses Bersama" Desa PejatenKecamatan Kramatwatu Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) ini adalah (1), Untuk pendampingan hukum berkaitan dengan legalitas hukum BUMDes dan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman hukum, (2) Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pengelolaan manajemen usaha dan keuangan usaha yang baik dan benar melalui penerapan Ipteks, dan (3) Untuk meningkatkan peran BUMDes dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakat turut meningkat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut tim pengabdi menyusun rencana kegiatan yang meliputi 4 (empat) tahap, yaitu tahap 1 analisis situasi dan kondisi mitra, tahap 2 persiapan dan transfer Ipteks, tahap 3 pelatihan dan pendampingan dan tahap 4 evaluasi dan keberlanjutan program. Dengan menggunakan metode kronologis, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Pemahaman Hukum, peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan mitra tentang pengelolaan Manajemen dan Keuangan BUMDes sebesar 83,33%.

Abstract

Phenomena that occur in Pasir Limus Village, Pamarayan District, Serang Regency include: High marriage of minors due to low understanding of community law so that it has the potential for the health of pregnant women and childbirth and divorce, MSME actors who in their production activities still use traditional tools so that they have an impact on sales volume. This service activity aims to provide education to the community in the form of legal and health counseling to provide legal understanding and understanding of the health impacts caused by the marriage of minors, as well as the application of Appropriate Technology (TTG) for MSME actors in Pasir Limus Village to maximize their business.
