Abstract

The beef cattle farming industry is facing a dual challenge - the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to combat climate change and the imperative to enhance the daily weight gain of cattle to meet growing global demand for meat. The integration of animal welfare principles stands out as a crucial and multifaceted solution that not only mitigates greenhouse gas emissions but also improves the daily weight gain of beef cattle. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of animal welfare guidelines plays a pivotal role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. By providing cattle with appropriate nutrition, minimizing stress, and ensuring a healthy and stress-free environment, the emission of methane, a potent greenhouse gas, can be significantly lowered. This approach is not just ecologically responsible; it is essential for meeting international climate commitments and preserving the health of the planet's ecosystems. In addition to its environmental benefits, the integration of animal welfare practices has a profound economic impact. Healthy and content cattle are more likely to exhibit efficient digestion and increased feed utilization, leading to higher daily weight gains. This directly improves the productivity and profitability of beef cattle farming operations. Furthermore, the production of higher-quality meat from well-cared-for animals can drive market demand and revenue, strengthening the industry's economic viability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the antecedents and consequent analysis of career development. This research is a hypothesis testing with survey method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mega Auto Central Finance (MACF) Serang Branch was used as samples, namely as many as 64 employees. The analytical tool used to test the suitability of the proposed model and hypotheses using the regression method, the conclusion is that all four hypotheses are supported. The results show that career planning affects career development, career management involves career, career development impacts job satisfaction, and career development affects career commitment. PT. MACF Serang Branch should increasingly provide career opportunities to improve career planning and management, improving career development so that it is expected to create work commitment and high job satisfaction

Abstract

The problems of the target partners of the "Tuty Collections" MSME group include that the production process is still done manually, so the products produced are not yet standardized, product designs and models do not have many variations, the number of sewing machines they own is still insufficient, thus affecting the amount of production produced, knowledge and skills Partner human resources in business management are still minimal, they do not have legal business operations, partner skills in marketing are still minimal and sales methods are still conventional, not using digital media, so it is difficult for sales volume to increase. Using the chronological method, the implementation of this activity resulted in an increase in the number of production and sales of partner products by 75% and the legal legality of business operations in the form of NIB was obtained.

Abstract

Ecotourism has been increasingly recognized as providing benefits not only in preserving the natural environment but can also improve the economy of local communities. To validate this assumption, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of Mangrove ecotourism in Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency and its benefits to the community. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The sample for this study was 70 respondents by asking questions using a questionnaire sheet in the form of Criteria and Indicators for Indonesian Ecotourism (KIEI) Year 2009. Data on potential came from field observations taken in the mangrove ecotourism area of Lontar Village. To verify ecotourism studies, the technique used is a formative evaluation of ongoing ecotourism activities with the application of KIEI. The results of this study indicate that based on the 5 criteria formanaging ecotourism according to the KIEI guidelines, the results of the implementation of conservation activities were 46.32% sufficient, participation 48.41% good, education and recreation 47.73% good, economy 45.19% sufficient. , and control of 43.91% less category. Based on the research results, tourists and the community strongly agree that the socioeconomicbenefits of community-based ecotourism management are 44.40%.

Abstract

The problem of career development of employees at PT. Krakatau Engineering City of Cilegon is important because career development is a process of improving a person's ability to work in order to achieve their career goals. This research aims to identify and analyze career planning, career management, career development, job satisfaction, and career commitments that can affect employees of PT. Krakatau Engineering City of Cilegon. This research using the survey method uses a quantitative approach, i.e., a questionnaire. The research's population consists of the 113 employees of P.T. Krakatau Engineering City in Cilegon. We took samples of up to 88 employees from the population using a random sampling technique. The results of this study may indicate that career planning towards career development obtained a statistical t-value of 3.144 (greater than t-table 1.96) with a path coefficient of 0.388. Career management towards career growth obtains a statistic t-value of 4.820 (greatest than t-table 1.96), with a path coefficient of 0.588. Careers development towards job satisfaction obtains a statistics t-value of 25.711 (greater than t-tabel 1.96) with a path coefficient of 0.860. Career development towards career commitment obtained the statistical t-values of 99.011 (larger than t-table 1.96) with a track factor of 0.960. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of career planning and career management (as an antecedent) career development, job satisfaction and career commitment (as a consequence) of employees at PT. Krakatau Engineering City of Cilegon, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to be able to determine and analyze organizational justice towards service quality, organizational commitment to service quality and employee performance towards service quality at PT X Serang. This research used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach and involved data collection by distributing questionnaires to 33 employees with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling and assisted by the use of SmartPLS 3.2 software as a data analysis tool. The research results show that the factors of organizational justice, organizational commitment, and employee performance have a positive and significant effect on service quality based on a p-value that is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

Companies must have a good career planning and career management system to create employee career development programs so as to achieve job satisfaction and employee career commitment. This study aims to identify and analyze the antecedents and consequences of employee career development at PT Loyal Indonesia Utama Serang Regency. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this study were employees of PT Loyal Indonesia Utama Serang Regency, totaling 250 employees. From this population, a sample of 71 employees was obtained using probability sampling technique. This study uses the Respondent Achievement Rate (TCR) technique to analyze the data that has been collected and is assisted by the use of SmartPls 3.2.7 software as a data analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that career planning on career development results in a t-statistics value of 3.520> 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 so H1 is accepted, career management on career development results in a t-statistics value of 6.072> 1.96 and a p-value of 0, 000 < 0.05 then H2 is accepted, career development on job satisfaction the results of t-statistics value 3.257> 1.96 and p-values 0.001 < 0.05 then H3 is accepted and career development on career commitment the results of t-statistics value 9.199> 1.96 and p-values 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that career planning and career management have a significant effect on career development. Career development has a significant effect on job satisfaction and career commitment in employees of PT Loyal Indonesia Utama Serang Regency

Abstract

In Indonesia, there has been a lot of news reporting criminal acts carried out by teenagers, one of which is currently popular or becoming a trend is online gambling or slots. Online gambling has also been categorized as a cyber crime or criminal act via internet technology. Apart from online gambling, one of the trends that is currently widespread is pinjol (online loan) services. These two phenomena, which are currently a national problem, have raised concerns from the Government and all levels of society in Pulosari District, Pandeglang Regency, so serious efforts are needed from all parties, both the government, the community and parents. This service activity aims to provide education to the community in the form of legal counseling to increase the community's legal understanding and awareness about the negative impacts of online gambling and online loans in Pulosari District, Pandeglang Regency. The implementation method starts from literature review, field observations and legal counseling. The results of this activity increased knowledge, understanding and awareness of the people of Pulosari District about the negative impacts of online gambling and online loans.

Abstract

The problems in the “Mutiara Subur Jaya” MSMEs Group are 1) The production process is still done manually and there is no press machine, so the products produced are not standardized; (2) There are not many variations in the product model; (3) The number of sewing machines owned is still lacking; (4) They do not yet have a NIB and IUMK; (5) The knowledge and skills of Partner HR in business management are still limited; (6) The financial recording system is still manual; (7) Partner skills in marketing are still minimal, and (8) The sales method is still conventional, not using digital media. By implementing the chronological method, this activity resulted in an increase in the number of production and sales of partner products by 75%, an increase in partner knowledge and skills by 68.05%, and the acquisition of legal operational business legality in the form of NIB and IUMK, so that the business of this MSMEs Group also developed.
