Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the self-concept dimension and the locus of control dimension on the performance of Maluku Province Regional Revenue Agency employees. This research uses a descriptive-quantitative approach with a correlational cause-effect type. The population used in this research was all 160 employees of the Maluku Province Bapenda. Determining the sample size uses Issac and Michael's sample table, where if the population is 160 people, then at the 95% confidence level, the sample is 110 people, which is determined using simple random sampling. Data analysis is multiple linear regression. The results of the research conclude that (1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees, (2) Self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees, (3) Self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Provincial Bapenda employees Maluku, (4) Internal Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees and (5) External Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maluku Province Bapenda employees.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: organisasi harus menyadari pentingnya mengelola dan memanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya pengetahuan dari individu-individu yang ada dalam organisasi tersebut sebagai aset organisasi. Pengetahuan baik yang tersimpan maupun yang belum terdokumentasi harus dikelola dengan baik agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh personal knowledge  terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB, pengaruh job procedure  terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  dan pengaruh technology terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  deksriptif-kuantitatif dengan tipe korelasional sebab-akibat, artinya hubungan antar variabel independen dan variabel dependen merupakan suatu hubungan sebab-akibat.  Metode penentuan sampel adalah full sampling sebanyak 67 orang penyuluh KB di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Ambon. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda Hasil: Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Personal knowledge  berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  pada Dinas  Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga  Berencana Kota Ambon, (2) Job procedure  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  pada Dinas  Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga  Berencana Kota Ambon  dan (3) Technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap  kinerja penyuluh KB  pada Dinas  Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga  Berencana Kota Ambon. Kesimpulan: penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dimensi knowledge management yang terdiri dari personal knowledge, job procedure, dan technology memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh KB pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Ambon.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is "How the Role of Civil Service Police Unit in Implementing Ambon City Regulation No. 10 of 2014 at Ambon City Mardika Market?". This study uses a single variable, which involved 41 respondents by including 3 indicators: (1). The role of Civil service police Unit in controlling street vendors, (2). The role of Civil service police Unit in the supervision of street vendors, (3). The role of Civil service police Unit in enforcing the law against street vendors. The results showed that: the average role of Civil service police Unit in the three indicators, namely: control, supervision, and law enforcement against street vendors was considered to be still not good and showed that the role of Civil service police Unit was not fully in implementing Regulation No.10 of 2014. Problems experienced by Civil service police Unit officers in implementing Regional Regulation No.10 2014 in the Ambon City Mardika market are the number of street vendors is increasing from time to time and also the lack of awareness of street vendors in maintaining environmental cleanliness and also compliance with applicable regulations and the absence of special locations provided by the government for street vendors selling.

Abstract

The study of employee performance continues to be a major focus of human resource experts and practitioners. Various influential factors have been analyzed in relation to efforts to improve performance. Various aspects have been explored, both from the organizational and individual side, with various perspectives resulting in diverse findings. The focus of the study aimed to understand the impact of competencies and working conditions on employee outcomes. The approach in the study uses quantitative correlation which examines cause-and-effect relationships. The study population consisted of 96 employees of the Maluku Province Bawaslu, which was also used as the research sample (saturated sample). The instrument used has gone through validity and reliability testing, which then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The study findings show that competence and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This suggests that employees who are more competent and work in better working conditions tend to have better performance. The path analysis and discussion conducted in the study also supported these findings, concluding that competence working conditions have a positive and meaningful impact on employee performance, thus reinforcing the conclusion that these two factors are important in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This research focuses on five indicators that influence service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon District, Ambon: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The study aims to analyze the service quality specifically at the Tihu Village Office within Teluk Ambon Subdistrict, Ambon City. The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.
