Abstract

Brand loyalty has been of interest to researchers for many decades and known as an amicable attitude, also commitment toward a particular brand, builds around consumer satisfaction and leads to continued maintenance and purchasing of that brand. Brand loyalty consists of attitudinal and behavioral loyalty, and all of which contribute to brand performance. The concept of brand loyalty has been shown to have two components: an attitudinal component and a behavioral component. Brand loyalty is a driving force for business growth and an important asset for businesses, as it ensures stable and sustainable profits for the company and is an important factor for consumers. Dissatisfied customers can have a significant impact on business operations through negative reviews, therefore managing loyal customers is an important way to strengthen customer relationships. The objective of this research is to determine the factors associated with brand loyalty. We presented a literature study using systematic literature review of relevant publications and as a result of this process, 22 articles are included and then examined the bibliographical references to check the validity of the inquiry and to avoid any potential omissions. We identify several variables that associate with brand loyalty. Practical implications are also presented here.

Abstract

Accountability is expected to improve employee performance in the public sector. Government agency employees are required to have high work quality and professionalism in order to change people's views by providing good, transparent and accountable service. This research is quantitative research, located at BPCB D.I. Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all BPCB DIY employees, totaling 400 employees. The sample used was 80 respondents, using simple probability sampling. Questionnaires and observations were used to collect data. The data was processed using multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The research results show that the level of influence has a partial effect on the performance of BPCB DIY employees, work experience has a partial effect on the performance of BPCB DIY employees, the work environment has a partial effect on the performance of BPCB DIY employees. Level of education, work experience and work environment simultaneously influence the performance of BPCB DIY employees.

Abstract

Political uncertainty has an impact on the company's dividend payment policy. Political uncertainty proxied by national elections is a significant contributor to information asymmetry in financial markets. Companies will try to maintain dividend payments to shareholders to show that the company is not affected by political uncertainty characterized by the implementation of general elections. This study aims to determine the effect of political uncertainty on dividend policy. The novelty in this study is the existence of general elections that simultaneously elect five institutions, namely the DPR, DPD, DPRD I, DPRD II and the President and Vice President. The sample of this research is 322 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that political uncertainty has no effect on dividend policy. The company will always try to maintain the welfare of shareholders through dividend policy, regardless of conditions.

Abstract

UMKM mendukung usaha besar dan berperan penting dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja, pengentasan kemiskinan, pertumbuhan, dan inklusi sosial dalam ekonomi global modern. Pemahaman teknologi digital, terutama yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran sangat diperlukan bagi para pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan penyuluhan kepada para pelaku UMKM di Dusun Kepitu, Trimulyo, Sleman yang bertujuan untuk memberikan tambahan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang pemasaran digital, agar nantinya para pelaku UMKM dapat menjalankan usaha dengan lebih baik. Tujuan penyampaiakan ini yaitu memahami konsep dasar digital marketing dan kanal utamanya, mampu menyiapkan akun bisnis sederhana di media sosial dan marketplace, mampu membuat konten yang menarik dan dasar pemasangan iklan berbayar, dan menyusun rencana pemasaran digital sederhana untuk 3 bulan ke depan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan tanya jawab. Manfaat yang dapat diperoleh peserta dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman para pelaku UMKM Kepitu, Trimulyo, Sleman tentang pemasaran digital. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar audiens menilai kualitas materi dan relevansi kegiatan dengan sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan berjalan efektif dan mampu menjawab kebutuhan audiens. Diperlukan tindak lanjut berupa  pendampingan teknis agar pemanfaatan pemasaran digital dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal dan memberikan hasil semaksimal mungkin bagi para pelaku UMKM

Abstract

Kecerdasan buatan (AI) semakin banyak diintegrasikan ke dalam administrasi publik, menawarkan peluang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan pemberian layanan. Aplikasi AI dalam pemerintahan mencakup pengambilan keputusan otomatis, chatbot, dan sistem keamanan. Integrasi AI dalam administrasi publik dipandang sebagai syarat utama untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan memastikan keberlanjutan sistem pemerintahan. AI memiliki peluang dan dampak yang signifikan dalam administrasi publik, tetapi juga menimbulkan tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Penggunaan kecerdasan buatan dalam administrasi publik sangat relevan dan dapat memberikan hasil yang positif, namun demikian, integrasi, pengujian, dan regulasi penuh teknologi AI untuk digunakan dalam manajemen administrasi publik masih belum memungkinkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh AI terhadap peningkatan kualitas pengambilan keputusan, pengaruh penggunaan AI terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan theoretical literature review sebagai metode penelitian. Penulis menemukan bahwa AI berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas pengambilan keputusan, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan teori, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk membuat kajian empiris tentang konsep ini. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan buatan; Pelayanan publik; Tinjauan teori

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi transisi UMKM menuju model bisnis berkelanjutan dengan menguji pengaruh Green Entrepreneurial Orientation (GEO) terhadap Sustainable Entrepreneurial Intention (EI), secara langsung maupun melalui peran mediasi Business Model Innovation (BMI) dan Green Attitude (GA).  Selain itu, penelitian ini menguji efek moderasi sektor industri, usia usaha, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap jalur hubungan tersebut. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanatori melalui pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) berbantuan SmartPLS 4.0, data dikumpulkan dari 102 pemilik UMKM di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa GEO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap EI, serta BMI dan GA terbukti secara sah menjadi mediator komplementer.  Lebih lanjut, temuan baru menunjukkan bahwa sektor industri manufaktur/agribisnis, entitas bisnis yang lebih mapan, dan tingkat pendidikan pemilik yang tinggi secara signifikan memperkuat model transformasi wirausaha berkelanjutan ini. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa penguatan orientasi kewirausahaan hijau melalui inovasi model bisnis dan sikap ramah lingkungan dapat mempercepat transformasi keberlanjutan UMKM serta menjadi dasar perumusan kebijakan pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Para anggota Mapawima tidak memiliki pemahaman yang jelas tentang memulai bisnis sendiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberi anggota Mapawima pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan, UMKM, permodalan, dan pemasaran. Selain memberikan contoh tentang kewirausahaan, jenis usaha, dan individu wirausahawan, kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran para peserta. Materi pelatihan diberikan dalam satu hari kerja. 21 anggota Mapawima mengikuti mereka dalam pengabdian mereka kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan setiap orang yang mengambil bagian dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memiliki pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan sebagai pengetahuan yang akan mereka gunakan untuk memulai bisnis mereka sendiri di kemudian hari. Abstract

This study provides a critical review of the research by Simba, Rambe, and Jones (2025) concerning the interplay between digital self-efficacy, technostress, and entrepreneurial intention among early-stage entrepreneurs in South Africa. Grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the study examines how digital tools influence entrepreneurial processes within a non-Western context. The methodology utilizes a critical review design to systematically evaluate the conceptual frameworks and empirical findings of the original work. Results indicate several strengths, including a novel theoretical interface and a robust sample of 643 respondents. However, significant limitations were identified, most notably the non-significant effect of technostress on entrepreneurial intention and a heavy reliance on university student samples, which may conflate education with actual practice. The review concludes that while the original study offers valuable indigenous theorization, its practical utility is constrained by inconclusive primary findings and limited generalizability beyond South Africa. Future research should employ longitudinal mixed-methods and broader African samples to better capture the temporal dynamics of technology-driven entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study critically reviews the relationship between consumer behaviour and credit supply decisions, focusing on evidence from an Australian FinTech lender. FinTech lenders increasingly use alternative data, such as bank transaction patterns, to assess creditworthiness beyond traditional metrics. The reviewed literature indicates that specific behaviours, notably gambling and intensive cash usage, negatively impact the offered loan amounts. While lenders generally favour mature demographics, these preferences are moderated by risky consumption signals. However, this critical review identifies several limitations in current research, including observational designs that prevent causal claims and potential data selection bias. Furthermore, the modest economic impact of these behavioural variables raises questions about their incremental predictive value. Crucially, penalizing cash usage and repeated borrowing may inadvertently foster algorithmic bias, disproportionately disadvantage vulnerable populations, and conflict with broader financial inclusion objectives. Future research must prioritize causal identification, default analysis, and algorithmic fairness. Ultimately, the integration of alternative data requires robust regulatory frameworks to balance technological innovation with consumer protection.

Abstract

The intersection of entrepreneurial mindset, artificial intelligence (AI), and business performance represents a dynamic research area, yet systematic syntheses of these relationships remain limited. This research aims to synthesize empirical evidence examining the connections between mindset development and AI adoption, while empirically evaluating their impact on MSME performance in Yogyakarta. Adopting PRISMA guidelines, a systematic literature review (SLR) analyzed 15 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2024. This was complemented by an empirical study of 51 MSME owners utilizing multiple linear regression analysis. SLR results indicate that AI integration catalyzes mindset development through cognitive enhancement and experiential learning. Empirical findings confirm that both entrepreneurial mindset and AI use are statistically significant predictors of business performance, collectively explaining 12.6% of the variance. Notably, entrepreneurial mindset exerts a stronger influence than AI adoption. These results imply that digital transformation is most beneficial when grounded in an entrepreneurial approach. Recommendations include integrating generative AI into curricula and fostering strategic AI literacy among practitioners to enhance business sustainability.
