Abstract

Brand loyalty has been of interest to researchers for many decades and known as an amicable attitude, also commitment toward a particular brand, builds around consumer satisfaction and leads to continued maintenance and purchasing of that brand. Brand loyalty consists of attitudinal and behavioral loyalty, and all of which contribute to brand performance. The concept of brand loyalty has been shown to have two components: an attitudinal component and a behavioral component. Brand loyalty is a driving force for business growth and an important asset for businesses, as it ensures stable and sustainable profits for the company and is an important factor for consumers. Dissatisfied customers can have a significant impact on business operations through negative reviews, therefore managing loyal customers is an important way to strengthen customer relationships. The objective of this research is to determine the factors associated with brand loyalty. We presented a literature study using systematic literature review of relevant publications and as a result of this process, 22 articles are included and then examined the bibliographical references to check the validity of the inquiry and to avoid any potential omissions. We identify several variables that associate with brand loyalty. Practical implications are also presented here.

Abstract

Accountability is expected to improve employee performance in the public sector. Government agency employees are required to have high work quality and professionalism in order to change people's views by providing good, transparent and accountable service. This research is quantitative research, located at BPCB D.I. Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all BPCB DIY employees, totaling 400 employees. The sample used was 80 respondents, using simple probability sampling. Questionnaires and observations were used to collect data. The data was processed using multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The research results show that the level of influence has a partial effect on the performance of BPCB DIY employees, work experience has a partial effect on the performance of BPCB DIY employees, the work environment has a partial effect on the performance of BPCB DIY employees. Level of education, work experience and work environment simultaneously influence the performance of BPCB DIY employees.

Abstract

Political uncertainty has an impact on the company's dividend payment policy. Political uncertainty proxied by national elections is a significant contributor to information asymmetry in financial markets. Companies will try to maintain dividend payments to shareholders to show that the company is not affected by political uncertainty characterized by the implementation of general elections. This study aims to determine the effect of political uncertainty on dividend policy. The novelty in this study is the existence of general elections that simultaneously elect five institutions, namely the DPR, DPD, DPRD I, DPRD II and the President and Vice President. The sample of this research is 322 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that political uncertainty has no effect on dividend policy. The company will always try to maintain the welfare of shareholders through dividend policy, regardless of conditions.

Abstract

UMKM mendukung usaha besar dan berperan penting dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja, pengentasan kemiskinan, pertumbuhan, dan inklusi sosial dalam ekonomi global modern. Pemahaman teknologi digital, terutama yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran sangat diperlukan bagi para pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan penyuluhan kepada para pelaku UMKM di Dusun Kepitu, Trimulyo, Sleman yang bertujuan untuk memberikan tambahan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang pemasaran digital, agar nantinya para pelaku UMKM dapat menjalankan usaha dengan lebih baik. Tujuan penyampaiakan ini yaitu memahami konsep dasar digital marketing dan kanal utamanya, mampu menyiapkan akun bisnis sederhana di media sosial dan marketplace, mampu membuat konten yang menarik dan dasar pemasangan iklan berbayar, dan menyusun rencana pemasaran digital sederhana untuk 3 bulan ke depan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan tanya jawab. Manfaat yang dapat diperoleh peserta dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman para pelaku UMKM Kepitu, Trimulyo, Sleman tentang pemasaran digital. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar audiens menilai kualitas materi dan relevansi kegiatan dengan sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan berjalan efektif dan mampu menjawab kebutuhan audiens. Diperlukan tindak lanjut berupa  pendampingan teknis agar pemanfaatan pemasaran digital dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal dan memberikan hasil semaksimal mungkin bagi para pelaku UMKM

Abstract

Kecerdasan buatan (AI) semakin banyak diintegrasikan ke dalam administrasi publik, menawarkan peluang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan pemberian layanan. Aplikasi AI dalam pemerintahan mencakup pengambilan keputusan otomatis, chatbot, dan sistem keamanan. Integrasi AI dalam administrasi publik dipandang sebagai syarat utama untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan memastikan keberlanjutan sistem pemerintahan. AI memiliki peluang dan dampak yang signifikan dalam administrasi publik, tetapi juga menimbulkan tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Penggunaan kecerdasan buatan dalam administrasi publik sangat relevan dan dapat memberikan hasil yang positif, namun demikian, integrasi, pengujian, dan regulasi penuh teknologi AI untuk digunakan dalam manajemen administrasi publik masih belum memungkinkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh AI terhadap peningkatan kualitas pengambilan keputusan, pengaruh penggunaan AI terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan theoretical literature review sebagai metode penelitian. Penulis menemukan bahwa AI berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas pengambilan keputusan, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan teori, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk membuat kajian empiris tentang konsep ini. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan buatan; Pelayanan publik; Tinjauan teori
