Abstract

The seafood and aquaculture industry in Indonesia is much less vertically coordinated. However, there are trends towards coordination in fishery value chains through processing and distribution to retail and food service customers. This study aims to examine the governance of the smoked fish value chains in the North Coast of Central Java. The study used the survey data of 52 actors along the smoked fish value chains in the North Coast of Central Java, including fisherman in Demak and Rembang regencies, various types of middleman, processor, and retailers in Semarang. The data was analyzed using value chain mapping and governance analyses. The results showed that the actors involved in the smoked fish value chains consist of fishermen, wholesalers, collectors, processors, retailers, food stalls, and restaurants. Each actor has different activities in their role to add value to differentiate smoked fish products. The results also showed that the types of value chain governance of smoke fish in the North Coast of Central Java leads to relational governance with the complex and interdependent transactions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing system of smoked fish products with the marketing channel method and analyze the marketing efficiency of smoked fish products with the marketing margin and farmer share approach. The results of the analysis show that there are three marketing channels for smoked fish products which include fishermen, wholesalers, collectors, processors, retailers, food stalls and restaurants. Each actor gets the amount of marketing margin in accordance with the core activities with the core activities they have done. The difference in the value of marketing margin and farmer share in each channel indicates that marketing efficiency is relative. The marketing system for smoked fish products is relatively efficient in each marketing channel as long as each actor enjoys a large marketing margin and has considered the costs incurred. Abstract

  Pemasaran digital saat ini berperan penting dalam memperkenalkan sebuah produk dan menjangkau pelanggan secara langsung. Teknik pemasaran digital berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan preferensi pelanggan dalam membeli suatu produk, terutama di kalangan anak muda yang cenderung mudah beradaptasi dengan produk digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran digital dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan mediasi kepuasan pelanggan pada mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi di Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner kepada 50 responden. Penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur untuk melihat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pemasaran digital berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, namun kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas. Secara tidak langsung, pemasaran digital dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci: analisis jalur, kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk, loyalitas, pemasaran digital.                                                                  Digital marketing currently plays an important role in introducing a product and reaching customers directly. Digital marketing techniques have great potential in increasing customer preferences in buying a product, especially among young people who tend to adapt easily to digital products. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and product quality on customer loyalty by mediating customer satisfaction among students of the College of Economics in Bogor. The study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 50 respondents. This research uses path analysis to see direct and indirect effects. The results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty, but product quality does not have a direct effect on loyalty. Indirectly, digital marketing and product quality have a significant effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction. Keywords: digital marketing, customer satisfaction, loyalty, path analysis, product quality.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak besar bagi usaha skala mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Kebijakan pembatasan sosial yang berskala besar akibat covid-19 berdampak pada turunnya aktivitas ekonomi, termasuk di bidang agribisnis. Strategi yang diterapkan untuk penguatan usaha di masa pandemi ini salah satunya adalah memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia agar tetap bertahan dan berinovasi. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (capacity building) dan pemasaran digital (digital marketing) terhadap peningkatan kinerja usaha agribisnis di masa pandemi covid-19 melalui mediasi modal intelektual (intellectual capital). Sampel penelitian ini mencakup 50 usaha agribisnis. Melalui penelitian ini akan diketahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung capacity building pada kinerja usaha agribisnis saat covid-19. Kata kunci: agribisnis, kinerja, modal intelektual, pemasaran digital, peningkatan kapasitas ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on micro, small and medium scale businesses. The large-scale social restriction policy due to Covid-19 has had an impact on decreasing economic activity, including in the agribusiness sector. One of the strategies implemented to strengthen business during this pandemic is to strengthen the capacity of human resources to survive and innovate. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of increasing the capacity of human resources and digital marketing on improving the performance of agribusiness businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic through the mediation of intellectual capital. The sample of this research includes 50 agribusiness enterprises. Abstract

Straw mushrooms are one of the food ingredients that contain lots of nutrients and are liked by the community. One of the villages that became the center of straw mushrooms in Karawang Regency is Pasirukeum Village. The mushroom in this village was developed by farmers who are members of the Sri Muncul farmer group. However, over time, the production of straw mushrooms are decreasing year by year. One of the contributing factors is the low quality of mushroom seeds and the lack of knowledge and skills of farmers in conducting nurseries. Based on these problems, this community service activity aims to help the community provide solutions, namely in the form of socialization and training in nursery of straw mushroom . The method used is counseling and training on seed production of straw mushroom. There are four indicators used to measure farmers' knowledge, which are related to seeding and cultivation, mushroom quality, farming risk and income. The results of the implementation show that the knowledge of farmers (partners) about breeding and cultivation has increased by 27%, farmers' knowledge regarding the quality of straw mushrooms has increased by 22.1%, increased knowledge of farmers related to farming risks has increased by 25.6% and increased knowledge of farmers related to income in farming. increased by 23.7%. The average increase in knowledge and skills of farmers as a whole is 24.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the quantity of Indonesian fishery commodity exports to eight APEC countries in the period 2002-2021. The eight countries are China, Hong Kong, Japan, USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. The trade model of this research is formed based on independent variables, namely GDP per capita of Indonesia, GDP per capita of export destination countries, economic distance of each country, export prices, and inflation of the Indonesian. While the dependent variable used is the number of Indonesian fishery commodity exports. In this model, there are four variables that significantly affect the number of Indonesian fishery commodity exports, namely the GDP of the export destination country (X1), the GDP of the exporting country/Indonesia (X2), the economic distance between the two countries (X3) and the export price (X4). While the inflation variable of the exporting country/Indonesia (X5) has no significant effect on the number of exports of Indonesian fishery commodities. The dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables used in the model by 91%, while the remaining 9% is explained by other variables outside the research variables.

Abstract

Tilapia is a fish that very easy to cultivate, resistant to disease, suitable for the tropical climate, and has a fairly high economic value. Tilapia is a freshwater fish that widely consumed, especially in developing countries. This study aims to determine the financial aspect, like the operational feasibility of a tilapia hatchery. Data collection was carried out at the Balai Benih Ikan Pendem and the Batu City Agriculture Service. The research method with quantitative analysis includes the amount of capital, total cost, total revenue, income, break even point (BEP), profit, business profitability and revenue cost ratio (R/C ratio). The results of the analysis show that the total cost is Rp. 1,646,500, the total revenue is Rp. 6,000,000, income Rp. 4,353,500, BEP Rp. 903.395.78, profit Rp. 4,353,500, business profitability 264.40% and R/C ratio 3.64 means that this tilapia hatchery business is profitable and feasible.. Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM makanan dan minuman menjadi salah satu sektor ekonomi masyarakat yang perkembangannya cukup pesat dengan banyak variasi dan inovasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran digital, kualitas produk dan inovasi hijau terhadap kinerja UMKM makanan dan minuman. Responden penelitian ini meliputi 60 pelaku UMKM makanan dan minuman di Bogor dan Karawang. Hasil analisis regresi berganda memperlihatkan bahwa pemasaran digital, kualitas produk dan inovasi hijau berpengaruh signifikan dan memberi dampak positif terhadap kinerja UMKM baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Kualitas produk memberi pengaruh terbesar bagi kinerja UMKM makanan dan minuman.   Kata kunci: digital, inovasi, kualitas, pemasaran, UMKM   Abstract: Food and beverage SMEs are one of the economic sectors of society whose development is quite rapid with many variations and innovations. This research was conducted to determine the effect of digital marketing, product quality and green innovation on the performance of food and beverage SMEs. Respondents to this study included 60 food and beverage MSME actors in Bogor and Karawang. The results of multiple regression analysis show that digital marketing, product quality and green innovation have a significant and positive impact on MSME performance both partially and simultaneously. Abstract

The oil palm cattle integration activity was initiated by the central government with the Revitalization of Animal Husbandry and Forestry Agriculture (RPPK) in 2005. The goal of the oil palm cattle integration activity is to create a symbiosis of mutualism for each commodity using efficiency in the cost of oil palm production, increasing farmers' income to achieve the welfare of farmers. The sustainability of the integration of cattle-oil palm is a manifestation of the empowerment of farming communities so that they are still carrying out these activities. Integration of cattle–oil palm is the management of oil palm plantations and cattle breeding together. The research aims to find out how much the cost efficiency of oil palm production is in the sustainability of cattle–oil palm integration activities. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive quantitative. The results showed that there was efficiency in the cost of producing palm oil after integrating cow-oil palm with a percentage of 80% with many categories. This means that the cattle–oil palm integration activities provide relative advantages to the farmers who carry out these activities. This was caused by the use of organic fertilizers of 84.6% and efficiency in labor costs, cattle care and oil palm of 75.4%. Integration patterns carried out by farmers are intensive, extensive and semi-intensive patterns. Integration also has an impact on the availability of self-made organic fertilizers for the management of land owned.
