Abstract

The rise of the healthy lifestyle trend has increased public awareness and habits and started to switch to consuming organic agricultural products. One type of organic agricultural product is organic vegetables. This encourages changes in consumer perceptions and behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze and identify the effect of consumption value on purchase intention on organic vegetables in Karawang. The population of this study were consumers who knew organic vegetables and had consumed organic vegetables in Karawang. This study took a sample of 115 respondents by purposive sampling. Data analysis using SEM-PLS analysis. The findings in this study are that consumption value has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention on organic vegetables in Karawang. Based on the results, there are three consumption values that have a greater influence, namely functional value, social value, and conditional value.

Abstract

Kontribusi sektor pertanian di Provinsi Jawa Barat menempati urutan keempat terbesar penyumbang Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Jawa Barat, namun laju pertumbuhan sektor pertanian di Provinsi Jawa Barat menurun pada tahun 2020 dan 2021. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam meningkatkan PDRB sektor pertanian setiap tahunnya yaitu dengan mengembangkan komoditas potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komoditas potensial dan pertumbuhan struktur komoditas sub sektor pertanian di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQi) dan Tipologi Klassen. Hasil analisis DLQi komoditas potensial di Provinsi Jawa Barat terdapat 34 komoditas, 32 komoditas dari Sub Sektor Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura yaitu padi sawah, bawang merah, bawang putih, daun bawang, bayam, cabai rawit, cabai besar, kacang panjang, kangkung, kembang kol, kentang, ketimun, kubis, labu siam, terung, tomat, stroberi, melon, mangga, jeruk siam, pisang, jambu air, jambu biji, belimbing, melinjo, nangka, pepaya, petai, duku, rambutan, salak, dan sawo, serta 2 jenis hutan dari Sub Sektor Kehutanan yaitu hutan konservasi dan hutan produksi tetap. Kata kunci: Dynamic Location Quotient, Komoditas Potensial, Sektor Pertanian, Tipologi Klassen

Abstract

PT Nectars Natura Karya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri dan perdagangan kosmetik alami berbahan organik. Upaya promosi dan pemasaran yang dilakukan PT Nectars Natura Karya di media sosial dan marketplace masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses produksi dan pemasaran yang dilakukan PT Nectars Natura Karya, serta menganalisis penerapan perencanaan pemasaran dan strategi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner pada Direktur, Manajer, Staf Administrasi, dan konsumen PT Nectars Natura Karya. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur dan observasi pada akun media sosial dan marketplace PT Nectars Natura Karya yang bernama Nectars.id. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis IFE dan EFE, SWOT, serta SOSTAC Plans. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa PT Nectars Natura Karya melakukan produksi secara mandiri dari pengolahan bahan baku hingga tahap distribusi, serta aktivitas pemasaran yang dilakukan melalui media sosial dan marketplace. Berdasarkan hasil analisis IFE dan EFE, SWOT dan SOSTAC Plans diperoleh strategi pemasaran digital yang memprioritaskan upaya peningkatan pemasaran melalui media sosial dan marketplace untuk meningkatkan penjualan secara online pada konsumen. Strategi tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan intensitas unggahan konten untuk memperkuat engagement dengan konsumen, memanfaatkan fitur live streaming di media sosial dan marketplace untuk melakukan interaksi dengan konsumen dan melakukan transaksi online.

Abstract

AbstrakPabrik Tahu Tira Boga Sejahtera (TBSA) menghadapi ketidakseimbangan antara kapasitas produksi dan permintaan pasar, yang menyebabkan kekurangan produksi di beberapa periode. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kombinasi produksi optimal untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan menggunakan metode Linear Programming, dilengkapi analisis primal, dual, sensitivitas, serta perhitungan Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio). Data yang digunakan mencakup kapasitas produksi, biaya bahan baku, harga jual, dan permintaan Januari–Desember 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kombinasi optimal per hari adalah 1.080 unit tahu putih, 880 unit tahu kuning, 920 unit tahu segitiga, dan 620 unit tahu pong, dengan keuntungan maksimal harian sebesar Rp1.995.000,00. Analisis dual mengungkapkan bahwa kacang kedelai dan kayu bakar digunakan sepenuhnya, sedangkan tenaga kerja masih tersisa 9,34 jam. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa penambahan bahan baku masih memungkinkan, tetapi pengurangan di bawah batas tertentu mengubah solusi optimal. Skenario menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan bahan baku dengan jam kerja tetap (Kondisi Optimal 1) menghasilkan keuntungan lebih besar, yaitu Rp2.448.500,00, dibandingkan dengan penyesuaian jam kerja tanpa menambah bahan baku (Kondisi Optimal 2), yang hanya menghasilkan keuntungan Rp1.995.000,00. R/C Ratio masing-masing adalah 4,74 dan 4,65. Disarankan agar perusahaan menambah bahan baku tanpa menambah tenaga kerja untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keuntungan.Kata kunci: Linear programming, optimalisasi produksi, tahu.AbstractTira Boga Sejahtera (TBSA) Tofu Factory faces an imbalance between production capacity and market demand, which causes production shortages for several periods. This study aims to determine the optimal production combination to maximize profits using the Linear Programming method, equipped with primal, dual, sensitivity analysis, and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) calculations. The data used include production capacity, raw material costs, selling prices, January–December 2024 demand. The results of the analysis show that the optimal combination per day is 1,080 units of white tofu, 880 units of yellow tofu, 920 units of triangular tofu, and 620 units of pong tofu, with a maximum profit of IDR 1,995,000.00. The dual analysis revealed that soybeans and firewood were fully utilized, while labor was still 9.34 hours remaining. Sensitivity analysis indicates that increasing raw materials is still feasible, but reducing them below a minimum threshold alters the optimal solution. The scenario shows that increasing raw materials without extending working hours (Optimal Condition 1) results in a higher profit of IDR 2,448,500 compared to adjusting working hours without increasing raw materials (Optimal Condition 2), which only yields IDR 1,995,000. The R/C Ratio is 4.74 and 4.65, respectively. It is recommended that the company add raw materials without adding workers to increase efficiency and profit.Keywords: Linear programming, production optimization, tofu.

Abstract

AbstrakIPHA merupakan inovasi teknologi yang bertujuan mengoptimalkan penggunaan air dalam usaha tani padi, dengan efisiensi hingga 30%, pengurangan kebutuhan benih, serta percepatan masa panen. Meskipun terbukti memberikan manfaat agronomis dan ekonomis, penerapan IPHA belum merata karena adanya kendala pengetahuan, akses informasi, dan persepsi petani. Untuk menjelaskan fenomena ini, penelitian ini menggunakan teori Difusi Inovasi Rogers (2003), dengan lima dimensi utama: keunggulan relatif, kesesuaian, kompleksitas, dapat dicoba, dan dapat diamati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh adopsi inovasi Irigasi Pertanian Hemat Air (IPHA) terhadap peningkatan pendapatan petani di Kecamatan Tukdana Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei terhadap 50 petani yang telah mengadopsi IPHA, yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi adopsi inovasi IPHA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan petani, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 75,7% variasi pendapatan petani dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel inovasi. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adopsi IPHA secara efektif menurunkan biaya usahatani dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta produktivitas. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran BPP dan strategi penyuluhan lokal.Kata kunci: Adopsi inovasi, IPHA, pendapatan petani, irigasi hemat air, difusi teknologi.AbstractIPHA is a technological innovation aimed at optimizing water use in rice farming, achieving up to 30% efficiency, reducing seed requirements, and accelerating the harvest period. Despite its proven agronomic and economic benefits, the adoption of IPHA remains uneven due to barriers such as limited knowledge, access to information, and farmers’ perceptions. To explain this phenomenon, the study applies Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovations theory (2003), focusing on five key dimensions: relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of adopting the Water-Saving Agricultural Irrigation (IPHA) innovation on increasing farmers’ income in Tukdana Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency. A descriptive quantitative approach was used with a survey method involving 50 farmers who had adopted IPHA, selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all five innovation adoption dimensions significantly influence farmers’ income, both simultaneously and partially. The coefficient of determination indicates that 75.7% of the variation in farmers’ income can be explained by the innovation variables. Thus, it can be concluded that the adoption of IPHA effectively reduces farming costs and increases efficiency and productivity. These findings highlight the crucial role of agricultural extension centers (BPP) and localized outreach strategies.Keywords: Innovation adoption, IPHA, farmers' income, water-saving irrigation, technology diffusion.

Abstract

Straw mushroom cultivation is one of the agricultural sectors with the potential to contribute economically to farmers in Ciasem Tengah Village, Ciasem District, Subang Regency. Despite having a considerable market opportunity, this farming business still faces various challenges, such as limited capital, low access to technology, and competition from other regions. This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors affecting straw mushroom farming and formulate its development strategies. The method used is qualitative descriptive with purposive sampling techniques and SWOT analysis. The results show that internal strategic factors include strengths such as the existence of loyal customers, production facilities, and intensive management, as well as weaknesses such as limited capital, low human resources, and suboptimal harvest quality. External strategic factors consist of opportunities such as high market demand and the healthy consumption trend, as well as threats such as market competition and nhthe low interest of the younger generation in mushroom farming. Development strategies that can be implemented include improving production quality through farmer training, optimizing digital marketing to expand the market, and increasing access to information and technology to support more efficient farming. With the right strategies, straw mushroom farming in Ciasem Tengah Village is expected to develop optimally and contribute to improving farmers' welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menelaah faktor strategi dan etika bisnis terhadap kinerja usaha makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Bogor. Keunggulan kompetitif digunakan untuk memediasi pengaruh strategi dan etika bisnis terhadap kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan PLS-SEM terhadap 100 responden. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan etika bisnis berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja usaha sementara strategi bisnis berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa keunggulan kompetitif memiliki peran penting terhadap kinerja usaha. Keunggulan bersaing menguatkan strategi dan etika bisnis yang berpengaruh positif dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini memberi implikasi bahwa keunggulan kompetitif penting dalam mendukung strategi dan etika bisnis guna peningkatan kinerja usaha. Kata kunci: etika bisnis, keunggulan kompetitif, kinerja, strategi, UMKM ABSTRACT This research is intended to examine strategic factors and business ethics on the performance of food and beverage businesses in Bogor Regency. Competitive advantage is used to mediate the influence of business strategy and ethics on business performance. This research was conducted using PLS-SEM on 100 respondents. The research results show that business ethics has a direct positive effect on business performance while business strategy has an indirect effect on business performance. This research also shows that competitive advantage has an important role in business performance. Competitive advantage strengthens business strategies and ethics which have a positive influence in supporting increased business performance. Abstract

Dhieffi Farm adalah bisnis sayuran hidroponik di Kota Bekasi yang memproduksi sayuran dengan permintaan besar. Dhieffi Farm menghasilkan 60-70kg pakcoy dan 40-45kg kale per minggu, namun tidak mampu memenuhi seluruh permintaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur kinerja supply chain management pada Dhieffi Farm. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan 8 responden yang diambil melalui purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Data analisis kinerja dianalisis dengan metode SCOR. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dengan metode SCOR yang terdiri dari matriks responsiveness yang terdiri dari lead time pemenuhan pesanan dan siklus pemenuhan standar, matriks fleksibility, matriks manajemen aset yang terdiri dari cash to cash cycle time dan persediaan harian, matriks reliability yaitu kinerja pengiriman, pemenuhan pesanan, dan kesesuaian dengan standar, dan matriks cost yang terdiri dari total biaya supply chain. Keseluruhan hasil matriks tersebut masuk ke dalam kategori superior, namun pada matriks reliability pemenuhan pesanan dengan rata-rata 93,49% berada pada kategori under parity dan matriks cost total biaya supply chain dengan rata-rata 28,75% berada pada kategori parity. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil yaitu didapatnya sebab hasil pengukuran kinerja supply chain pada Dhieffi Farm yaitu dikarenakan kurangnya lubang tanam dan tingginya biaya rantai pasok dalam melakukan budidaya secara modern (hidroponik) sangat bergantung pada biaya operasional untuk produksi yang tinggi. Kata kunci: hidroponik, kinerja, rantai pasok, SCOR  ABSTRACT Dhieffi Farm is a hydroponic vegetable business in Bekasi City that produces vegetables with high demand. Dhieffi farm produces 60-70kg of pakcoy and 40-45kg of kale per week but is unable to meet the entire demand. This study aims to measure the performance of supply chain management at Dhieffi Farm. The method used is quantitative with 8 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was obtained through interviews and observations. Performance data analysis was conducted using the SCOR method. The perfomance measurement of the supply chain using the SCOR method consists of a responsiveness matrix, which includes order fulfillment lead time and standard fulfillment cycle, a flexibility matrix, an asset management matrix consisting of cash to cash cycle time and daily inventory, a reliability matrix which includes delivery perfomance, order fulfillment, and conformity to standards, and a cost matrix which consists of total supply chain costs. Overall, the results of these matrices fall into the superior category, but in the reliability matrix, order fulfillment with an average of 93,49% falls into the under parity category, and the cost matrix with an average total supply chain of 28,75% falls into the parity category. This study concludes that the cause of performance measurement results of the supply chain at Dhieffi Farm is due to a lack of planting holes and the high supply chain costs in conducting modern (hydroponic) cultivation, which heavily depends on high operational costs for production. Keywords: hydroponic, performance, SCOR, Supply Chain

Abstract

Smoked fish is one of the processed fish products that provided higer added value. However, there are still great opportunities to increase added value of smoked fish products through upgrading their value chains to make them more competitive and sustainable. This study aims to examine value chain upgrading of the smoked fish in Central Java. The data were obtained from 52 smoked fish value chain actors in Central Java by conducting in-depth interviews. The data was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis of value chain upgrading. The results showed that the smoked fish value chain in Central Java can be upgraded through three upgrading types: product, process, and functional. Product upgrading can be done by using vacuum packaging and food boxes for processors and food stallers respectively.  Process upgrading can be done by adopting fish detection technology (for fisherman) and administrative system applications (for wholesalers and traders). Functional upgrading can be improved by implementing direct selling from processors to restaurants and online marketing for retailers. As these upgrading activites will require additional costs, the smoked fish value chain actors need to consider the costs to get higher benefits in the implementation of value chain upgrading for smoked fish in Central Java.

Abstract

This business assistance is part of productive community service which aims to provide entrepreneurial knowledge in the field of animal husbandry using the three pillars. Partner, namely the Cuan Barokah duck farming business located in Cileungsi District, Bogor. Partner is provided with socialization and business assistance so it can conduct business analysis and find solutions to create increased business. In the aspect of feeding, partner is equipped with knowledge so the feeding process is more efficient. In the managing aspect, partner is provided with easy financial recording training and better sanitary system. In the breeding aspect, partner is trained so it can carry out nurseries independently. The existence of this training is expected to help create an increase in sustainable business capacity on Cuan Barokah  duck farming in Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency
