Abstract

Islam sejatinya telah mengajarkan pemeluknya untuk menghargai perbedaan. Pada dasarnya, keragaman (etnis, budaya, agama dan lain-lain) manusia merupakan sunnatullah. Jauh sebelum pemikir orientalis mengenalkan pendidikan multikultural, Islam telah mengenal secara gamblang seperti dijelaskan dalam kitab sucinya (al-Qur’an). Pendidikan Multikultural bukanlah upaya untuk mencari sinkretisme baru, melainkan mencari titik temu diantara perbedaan-perbedaan latar belakang itu, dan menjadikan perbedaan menjadi sebuah rahmat bagi persatuan dan kesatuan umat, sehingga tercipta suatu simfoni Islam dalam bingkai nasionalisme dan pluralisme.

Abstract

This research aims to know the manajemen of working capital and capital structure that consists of a variable cash turnover, inventory turnover, current ratio and debt to equity ratio to profitability. The population in this research is PT. PLN (persero) generation tarahan sector period of 2009-2013 of years.  The result of this research showed that cash turnover, inventory turnover, current ratio and debt to equity ratio influential but not significantly to profitability.

Abstract

Al-Fateh Mosque (MMAF) - Taman Jati, Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia along with Amil Zakat and also participants of Ummatic Festival 3.0. The partner problems include Zakat literacy is still low,  community participation in Zakat management is low, there is no Zakat literacy program involving mosques working with different communities, and international universities doing community service activities based on community empowerment. In relation to the three partner problems, the solutions to the problems that have been implemented include efforts to increase zakat literacy through zakat socialization, conducting zakat literacy enrichment activities for muzzaki at MMAF, and collaborating and being actively involved with MMAF, DRB-Hicom University, the ASNAF community, Islamic tourism volunteers around Ipoh and Kuala Kangsar, and several universities from Indonesia and internationally in a series of Ummatic Festival 3.0 activities. The method used in ICS activities is Participatory Action Research (PAR). After carrying out the activity; the muzzaki know the importance of paying zakat through official zakat amil institutions, the muzzaki play an active role in zakat collection and distribution activities at MMAF, and the muzzaki together with all Ummatic Festival 3.0 stakeholders were very enthusiastic to carry out ICS activities for these eight days. In addition, this program succeeded in restoring the role of the mosque as a community institution that plays a role in community activities, especially in collecting zakat for the welfare of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to find the construction of critical education contained in the novel "Hayy Ibn Yaqzan" by Ibnu Thufail in relation to monotheism education. The novel "Hayy Ibn Yaqzan" is closely related to critical education because it contains the story of the spiritual and intellectual journey of humans in the search for truth. The background of this study is based on the interest in building the conception of critical educational reasoning and exploring other probabilities contained in the classic novel. The main sources of the study are the novel “Hayy Ibn Yaqzan" and related literature that is relevant to the research theme. The research method used is the library research method with content analysis techniques. The content analysis process is carried out by identifying and analyzing the construction of educational reasoning that appears in the novel, as in the findings of this study which include several important aspects, such as education through observation of nature, the use of reason and rational reasoning in understanding religion, encouraging independence in learning religion, moral and ethical education, and the importance of dialogue and critical reflection in the search for spiritual understanding. This study provides new insights for the development of a critical educational approach in the context of Islamic education, as well as enriching the relationship between Islamic literature and critical education. The results of this study can be a reference for Islamic education practitioners in developing critical, reflective, and contextual educational strategies and approaches, especially in relation to the actualization of the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This article tries to track genealogy of the Islamic revolutionary paradigm of thought in NU and its various possibilities have arisen. Based on the library studies using the analytical discourse approach, the result revealed that the genealogy of the Islamic paradigm of NU was born due to the internal and external dialectics bridged by multi-epistemology. Based on the 'political reconciliation' event which is called 'returning to khittah 1926' in Situbondo in 1984, NU experienced a shift orientation, not only in the political sphere but also paradigmatically. Hereby, there was social-intellectual mobility marked by the proliferation of social and intellectual discourse among NU’s young generation. The dominance of this activity leading to revolutionary movement in the field of NU’s Islamic paradigm: Aswaja's theology which was originally understood as a doctrine became a thinking methodology (manhaj alfikr); expansion of the legal institution's methodology, from qauly to manhajy; and shifting political struggle, from structural political arena to cultural politics. This discourse became massive among Nu’s young generation caused by the support of Abdurrahman Wahid, the ideal figure known as a locomotive of the NU cultural movement.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini membahas permasalahan pergaulan bebas di kalangan remaja yang menjadi fenomena sosial signifikan di Indonesia, terutama di lingkungan sekolah. Pergaulan bebas, yang sering berkaitan dengan seks bebas dan penyalahgunaan narkotika, dipicu oleh berbagai faktor, baik internal (seperti kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua) maupun eksternal (seperti pengaruh pertemanan yang negatif dan media sosial). Pengabdian bertujuan memberikan edukasi melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dampak pergaulan bebas dan penyalahgunaan narkotika bagi aktifis OSIS dan ROHIS di SMAN 12 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan dan pembagian kuisioner untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman siswa sebelum dan setelah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran siswa tentang dampak negatif pergaulan bebas serta pentingnya nilai-nilai agama dan moral dalam membentuk perilaku positif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pendekatan komprehensif untuk menangani masalah pergaulan bebas di kalangan remaja, dengan strategi pencegahan yang adaptif terhadap konteks budaya lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tafsir ayat-ayat puasa dalam Surah Al-Baqarah ayat 183– 185 yang menjadi dasar hukum dan pedoman bagi umat Islam dalam menjalankan ibadah puasa Ramadhan. Ketiga ayat tersebut memuat berbagai aspek penting, mulai dari kewajiban berpuasa, tujuan puasa untuk membentuk ketakwaan, keringanan bagi orang sakit dan musafir, serta keutamaan bulan Ramadhan sebagai bulan diturunkannya Al- Qur'an. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik (maudhū‘ī), dengan merujuk pada karya-karya tafsir klasik dan kontemporer seperti Tafsir al-Tabari, Tafsir al-Qurṭubi, dan Tafsir Ibnu Katsir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ayat-ayat tersebut tidak hanya mengatur hukum puasa secara syar‘i, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai spiritual, sosial, dan edukatif yang mendalam. Puasa tidak hanya sebagai ibadah fisik, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembinaan jiwa dan penguatan solidaritas sosial. Selain itu, ayat-ayat ini mencerminkan kasih sayang Allah terhadap hamba-Nya melalui berbagai kemudahan dan dispensasi yang diberikan.

Abstract

Zakat is the third pillar of Islam which contains the divine dimension (dimensi illahiyah) as well as the human dimension (dimensi insaniyah). The divine dimension refers to the vertical relationship between the servant and God where zakat is an order from Allah that must be fulfilled by every servant. Meanwhile, the human dimension emanates from the horizontal relationship between human beings within which zakat has wide social implications to bridge inequality, injustice and poverty. This study aims to further comprehend the philosophical basis of zakat in part of sharia economic law. This study is a library research that uses a theoretical approach by utilizing relevant literature sources. Thus, this study aims to show that philosophy is the basic foundation for determining the orientation and direction of an economic system based on Islamic sharia principles. This study also concludes that the philosophical aspects of zakat are manifested in the functionalization of zakat which, in addition to being a means of purifying the soul and property from kufr and miserliness, can also be a means to foster a sense of sympathy and social sensitivity among human beings. Keywords: Zakat, Philosophical Foundation, Sharia Economic Law

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan memperlihatkan keragaman dan persaingan gagasan budaya pupuler islami dalam ranah eksistensi identitas Generasi Milenial. Di Indonesia, budaya pupuler islami kerap tampil dalam segmen masyarakat urban yang selalu mengakomodasikan, merundingkan dan mendefinisikan ulang modernitas dalam berbagai bentuk aktivitas keislaman yang visual-seremonial. Secara khusus, kita dapat melihat bagaimana kecenderungan Generasi Milenial yang tinggal di perkotaan berakrobat dengan menggunakan tiga jurus sekaligus; menjadi Muslim taat dengan berbagai identitas religius yang berpegang pada landasan moralitas, menjadi warga negara terhormat yang bertanggungjawab, dan menjadi anggota komunitas produsen-konsumen berskala global. Identitas dan eksistensi menjadi corak bagaimana Generasi Milenial mendaur ulang pandangan keislamannya. Secara mekanis, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data berdasarkan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun objek penelitian adalah komunitas hijrah Yuk Ngaji regional Lampung. Hasilnya menemukan bahwa eksistensi komunitas hijrah Yuk Ngaji ditopang oleh tiga faktor utama yaitu kemampuan memilih pasar dakwah, faktor bahasa sebagai alat konfirmasi dan peran figuritas sebagai magnet. Selain itu, penggunaan media digital baru menjadikan aktivitas hijrah di kalangan Generasi Milenial kian eksis.

Abstract

The current problem of education is the low morality and bluntness of rationality. This morality problem as well as rationality should be the encouragement of researchers to examine the thoughts of Hasyim Asy'ari as a thinker who has great concern for the education and morality of the Ummah. This figure titled Hadratussyaikh poured his thoughts through a classic book taught at the salaf pesantren. One of his phenomenal works is the book Adab al- ‘Alim wa Muta’allim. This article aims to explore the lineage of thought of Hasyim Asy'ari in the context of educational thinking. The method used is a study of historical analysis. This study produced three findings; first, the genealogy of educational thought of Hasyim Asy'ari was formed by a touch of the thoughts of ulama directly forming the religious views of Hasyim Asy'ari such as the thoughts of Khalil Bangkalan, Nawawi al-Bantani, Mahfudz at-Tirmisi and Khatib Minangkabawi; second, Hasyim Asy'ari's educational thought relations were influenced by the thinking of medieval classical scholars (traditionalism) precisely by the thoughts of al-Ghazali and al-Zarnuji; thus it can be concluded that in studying science it is important to be selective in choosing teachers. because a good scientist cannot be separated from the guidance of good teachers.
