In the province of Bali productivity issues become a problem in itself, especially in the field of journalists. The low compensation in the form of salaries, incentives and social benefits to be subject suspected to affect the low productivity of labor. Therefore, purpose this study to analyze the influence; (1) compensation and education for the employee’s well-being of journalists, (2) compensation, education, work experience and employee’s well-being on work productivity, (3) the effect education to compensation, (4) the indirect effect of education on welfare (5) the indirect effect of compensation and education to work productivity, and (6) the effect moderated work experience to influence education on journalist productivity in Bali.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the intensity of mentoring, funding, and financial literacy simultaneously and partially on the success status of the business incubator tenant incubation process in Bali Province. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 97 business incubator tenants in Bali Province. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is equipped with a classical assumption test. The results of the test analysis in this study indicate that simultaneously the intensity of mentoring, funding, and financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the success status of the business incubator tenant incubation process in Bali Province. Partially, the intensity of mentoring and financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the success status of the business incubator tenant incubation process in Bali Province, while partially funding has a negative and significant effect on the success status of business incubator tenants in Bali Province. The government is expected to develop superior local products from upstream to downstream as the basis for cooperative business and MSME, strengthening the synergy and orchestration of cooperative and MSME-based people's economic development with all ministries and all business stakeholders.

Fisheries potential contained in Denpasar into its own records in an effort to increase aquaculture production in an effort to meet market demand for catfish in the province of Bali. Denpasar city is the economic center in the Province of Bali which rely on the tourism sector, in addition there are other sectors that are still not optimized which became the supporting sectors of the tourism economy is agriculture aquaculture catfish. The continued development of the economy of the city of Denpasar and many protein content in catfish make a lot of businesses that provide home eating catfish catfish so demand will increase. However, the production is still small, the demand for catfish still can not be met. This research was conducted in Denpasar with a population of 50 groups taking catfish farming. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Furthermore, the data that has been analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22.

Situation of deprivation due to limited capital owned, lack of knowledge and skills, low productivity, low income, the weak exchange rate of the poor yield and the limited opportunities to participate in development. This then lead to inequality in society. This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting the level of poverty district / city in the province of Bali. Data used in this research is secondary data. Location of research in the district / city in the province of Bali. Results of hypothesis testing is done with the path analysis showed that the inflation effect of reducing poverty through unemployment in the province of Bali. The level of education has no effect on poverty through unemployment in the province of Bali. Investment influential increasing poverty through unemployment in Bali province either directly or indirectly through intervening variables, namely unemployment.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Bali yang tinggi mendorong usaha perbankan dan industri pariwisata yaitu perdagangan, hotel dan restoran. Pernyataan itu didukung kredit perbankan yang tersalur ke sektor tersebut. Untuk penyaluran kredit modal kerja dan investasi yang disalurkan perbankan diperkirakan akan mampu mendorong usaha disektor pariwisata seperti usaha hotel dan usaha restoran. Dengan usaha hotel dan restoran yang berkembang di suatu daerah tentu akan menjadi sumber pendapatan pajak bagi pemerintah daerah. Khusus untuk usaha hotel dan restoran ini jika sudah berkembang, akan mampu memberikan kontribusi pada pendapatan daerah, dalam bentuk penerimaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kredit bank (kredit modal kerja dan investasi) terhadap usaha hotel dan restoran serta dampaknya pada penerimaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Sumber data yang digunakan ada dua yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung kepada pelaku/pengelola perbankan, hotel, restoran dan dinas yang terkait dengan penerimaan PAD. Data sekunder didapat dari dinas terkait seperti Dinas Pendapatan Daerah (Dispenda), Bank Indonesia (BI) di Provinsi Bali. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan data laporan berkala (time series) dan wawancara mendalam. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data, yaitu pertama menggunakan diagram jalur (Path), kedua menggunakan persamaan struktural, dan ketiga menggunakan program PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kredit bank berpengaruh positif terhadap usaha hotel; 2) Kredit bank berpengaruh positif terhadap usaha restoran; 3) Usaha hotel berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan PAD; 4) Usaha restoran berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan PAD; 5) Kredit bank berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap penerimaan PAD, melalui variabel usaha hotel dan restoran. Penyaluran kredit perbankan perlu ditingkatkan karena sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan usaha hotel dan restoran, guna mendukung perkembangan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Bali. Berkembangnya fasilitas dan pelayanan dari hotel dan restoran akan mampu meningkatkan penerimaan PAD.

Poverty can not be separated from national strategies for achieving development. The vision and mission of livestock development in Jembrana is the realization of advanced breeding, efficient, tough and independent towards a prosperous Jembrana through Movement Building Livestock Production Oriented Sustainability (euphoria). This study aims to analyze; 1) influence management organization to the empowerment of livestock groups, 2) effect of management organization and empowerment of livestock on the performance program euphoria, 3) monitoring and evaluation moderating influence management organization and empowerment of livestock on the performance program euphoria, 4) whether the empowerment of livestock group mediating the influence of the organization program management on the performance of euphoria in the district of Jembrana. The research data sources used, there are two primary data obtained from interviews to goat and secondary data obtained from the Animal Husbandry in Jembrana. The research data collection methods used were in-depth interviews and questionnaires, with a number of respondents as many as 80 people. The analysis tool used is Test Validity and Reliability Instruments and structural equation analysis (SEM) with alternative Partial Least Square (PLS-based component SEM).

The success of development can be seen from several indicators, one of which is the increasing life expectancy of the population. The increase life expectancy has resulted in the increasing number of the elderly population from year to year. Improvement of social welfare for the elderly people can also be achieved in many ways. The maximum improvement and utilization of access to health care is one of them to support all the psychological and physical health of the elderly. This study aimed at analyzing: 1) the influence of income, education level and employment status on the access to health care for the elderly people 2) the influence of income, level of education, employment status, and access to health care for the welfare of the elderly 3) the influence of income, education level and employment status on the welfare of the elderly people in Denpasar through access to health care for the elderly.

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of government policy on entrepreneurship and infrastructure; 2) the influence of government policy, entrepreneurship and infrastructure on agro-tourism development; 3) the influence of agro-tourism development on community welfare in Petang District, Badung Regency; 4) whether government policies have an indirect effect on the development of agro-tourism through entrepreneurship and infrastructure; 5) whether government policies, entrepreneurship and infrastructure have an indirect effect on the welfare of the people in Petang District, Badung Regency through the development of agro-tourism. Sampling technique with Saturated Sampling involved 91 workers. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. The result of research that government policy have positive and significant influence to entrepreneurship and infrastructure, but have no significant effect on agrotourism development and community welfare. Entrepreneurship has positive and significant impact on agro-tourism development, but has no significant effect on the welfare of the community. Infrastructure has positive and significant impact on agro-tourism development, but has no significant effect on the welfare of the community. Agro-tourism development has positive and significant impact on the welfare of the community.

This study aims to analyze the effect of education level, age, family income, and number of dependents simultaneously and partially on the work participation of the elderly in Buleleng Regency, as well as to determine whether the number of dependents plays a role in moderating the effect of family income on the work participation of the elderly population in Buleleng Regency. The method of determining the sample in this study used non-probability sampling with accidental sampling and purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is the interaction test or Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the study, it was found that simultaneously education, age, household expenses, family income, and number,of dependent has a ‘significant’effect on, the ‘work participation,of, the,elderly population in Buleleng Regency. Partially education, age, and family income have a negative’and’significant, effect on the, work participation, of the elderly in Buleleng Regency, while’the number of dependents, partially has a positive and significant effect on the work participation of the elderly population in Buleleng Regency. The number of dependents strengthens the influence of family income on the work, participation ‘of’the elderly’population in Buleleng Regency

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of cultural tourism development policies on the participation of the Osing community, analyze the impact of cultural tourism development policies and community participation on the welfare of the Osing people and to analyze community participation in mediating the impact of cultural tourism development policies on the welfare of the Osing people. This research was conducted in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is the census method. The data analysis technique used is SEM analysis technique with alternative PLS. The results of this study indicate that the impact of cultural tourism development policies in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village has a positive and significant impact on community participation. The impact of the cultural tourism development policy in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village has a positive and significant impact on the welfare of the communit and the welfare of the community. The indirect impact of the policy of developing cultural tourism in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village on the welfare of the people in the Kemiren Village through the participation of the Osing Kemiren Indigenous community is positive and significant.
