Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance through job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Nabire. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Nabire totaling 56 respondents, who were also used as the research sample. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on both job satisfaction and teacher performance, while organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction but does not directly affect teacher performance. Job satisfaction is found to have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and acts as a mediating variable in the research model. Job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and teacher performance and fully mediates the relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance. These findings suggest that improving teacher performance is influenced not only by leadership and organizational culture but also by the level of teachers’ job satisfaction. Therefore, strengthening transformational leadership and fostering an organizational culture that enhances teachers’ job satisfaction are important strategies for improving teacher performance, particularly in schools located in areas with limited resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of role conflict, competence, and work motivation on archivists’ performance at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. The research was conducted to understand how organizational and individual factors affect the effectiveness of archival management in higher education institutions. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 76 archivists and archival staff working in various administrative units within the university. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. Prior to hypothesis testing, the research instrument was tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were conducted to ensure the suitability of the regression model. The results reveal that role conflict does not have a significant effect on archivists’ performance. In contrast, competence and work motivation have positive and significant effects on archivists’ performance. Simultaneously, role conflict, competence, and motivation significantly influence archivists’ performance, with the regression model explaining 44.4% of the variance in performance. Competence emerged as the most dominant variable affecting performance. These findings imply that improving archivists’ competence and strengthening work motivation are essential strategies for enhancing archival performance in higher education institutions. Future studies are recommended to include additional organizational and technological factors to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of archivists’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal communication and social support on employee job satisfaction at Koperasi Kredit Swastiastu. Job satisfaction is an important aspect in organizational management because it can influence employee performance, motivation, and commitment to the organization. Effective internal communication and adequate social support are considered essential factors in creating a conducive work environment and improving employee satisfaction. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 56 employees of Koperasi Kredit Swastiastu through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of statistical software. Prior to hypothesis testing, classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests were conducted to ensure the validity of the regression model. The results of the study indicate that internal communication has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. This finding suggests that the process of information exchange, clarity of instructions, and openness in communication between management and employees play an important role in shaping employees’ perceptions of their work. Furthermore, social support was found to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Employees who receive support from supervisors and colleagues tend to feel more comfortable, valued, and motivated in their work environment. The simultaneous test results also reveal that internal communication and social support together have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at Koperasi Kredit Swastiastu. These findings imply that job satisfaction is not determined by a single factor, but rather by the interaction between effective organizational communication and supportive social relationships within the workplace. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to strengthen internal communication systems and foster a supportive work environment to enhance employee job satisfaction and organizational performance.

Abstract

Accountability in regional revenue management is a fundamental element in achieving transparent and responsible public governance. Low levels of accountability in revenue management may reduce public trust in local government performance. This study aims to examine the influence of internal control, human resource competence, and information systems on the accountability of regional revenue management at the Regional Revenue Office of Buleleng Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 employees involved in regional revenue management. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with statistical software. The results indicate that internal control and human resource competence have a positive and significant effect on the accountability of regional revenue management. Meanwhile, information systems show a relatively smaller effect, although they still contribute to improving accountability. These findings suggest that strengthening internal control mechanisms and enhancing employee competence are key factors in improving the accountability of regional revenue management. This study provides practical implications for local governments in improving revenue management through strengthening internal control systems, developing employee competencies, and optimizing the use of information systems.
