Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuikontribusi dari usaha agribisnis kelapa terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dari usaha agribisnis kelapa di Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2023. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari hasil Kuesioner dan wawancara pada masyarakat di Kecamatan Limboto yang bermata pencarian sebagai usahatani kelapa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan membuat tabel dan presentase untuk menjelaskan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat petani kelapa di Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo.  Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerimaan total petani kelapa di Kecamatan Limboto adalah Rp. 387.020.000 dengan total pengeluaran Rp. 196.565.000dan total keuntungannya Rp. 189.535.000 sehingga rata-rata penerimaannya adalah sebesar Rp. 7.740.400 dan untuk rata-rata pengeluaran sebesar Rp. 3.931.300 dan keuntungan yang di dapatkan oleh usahatani kelapa sebesar Rp. 3.750.700dengan ini maka usahatani di Kecamatan Limboto dapat dikatakan belum sejahtera terhadap usahatani kelapa dan membutuhkan pekerjaan lainnya.Kata Kunci: Kesejahteraan, Usaha Agribisnis kelapa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Sektor mana yang paling memberikan dampak dalam perekonomian Provinsi Gorontalo. Keterkaitan kebelakang dan kedepan serta menentukan sektor utama dalam perekonomian Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder dengan menggunakan Tabel Input-Output Tahun 2016. Hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa sektor seperti ketenagalistrikan, sektor industri makanan dan minuman, jasa informasi dan komunikasi, sektor jasa perusahaan, sektor industri kayu, barang dari kayu dan gabus dan barang anyaman dari bambu dan sektor angkutan udara merupakan sektor utama dalam Perekonomian Provinsi Gorontalo yang diindikasi oleh tingginya indek keterkaitan ke belakang dan kedepan. Ke enam sektor ini merupakan sektoe fundamental dalam pembangunan ekonomi di Provinsi Gorontalo.Kata Kunci: keterkaitan sektor, sektor utama, analisis input-output

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by implementing the Learning Together instructional model in the Integrated Social Science subject for Grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Kota Gorontalo. The researcher acted as the classroom teacher and was assisted by the subject teacher, who served as an observer The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two class sessions. Each cycle included four stages. planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used in this study included observation, teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and documentation, all aimed at measuring improved student learning outcomes. The findings indicated increased student engagement from the initial condition through Cycle 1 and Cycle II. In Cycle II, both teacher and student activity data reached the predetermined success indicator of 80% student learning outcomes. Specifically, teacher activity achieved a 94% score, while student activity also reached 92%. Additionally, a significant improvement was observed in students' academic performance, with learning outcomes increasing from the pretest to the posttest by 93%. These results demonstrate that the Learning Together model effectively enhances student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in reducing poverty in Molibagu Village, Bolaang Uki District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency and analyze what factors affect the effectiveness of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in reducing poverty in Molibagu Village, Bolaang Uki District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. By using a qualitative method, a descriptive approach with an ethnographic research design. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Molibagu Village, Bolaang Uki District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency aims to reduce poverty by providing cash assistance to very poor families, especially those who have vulnerable members such as toddlers, pregnant women, school-age children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Through this assistance, Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) focuses on increasing family access to education, health, and welfare, so that it can reduce the economic burden they face. The factors that affect the effectiveness of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Molibagu Village, Bolaang Uki District are internal and external factors. Internal factors ensure the effectiveness of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) by ensuring the accuracy of aid receipts, smooth administration, recipient satisfaction, and officer performance in data collection, distribution, and mentoring. External factors focus on improving family welfare through access to quality education, as well as the social and economic impacts that can be obtained from employment opportunities, business capital, and market support that support family economic development.

Abstract

The income of traditional fishermen in Kabila Bone District remains relatively low. This is caused by various fluctuating socio-economic factors, such as limited fishing equipment, the use of boat engines, and the high cost of fuel. In addition, fishermen's experience, unpredictable weather conditions, and age also affect their productivity. This study aims to determine the influence of socio-economic factors on fishermen's income. The research used a quantitative method with a sample of 74 respondents out of a population of 288 fishermen, determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results showed that socio-economic factors influence fishermen’s income by 25.2%, while the remaining 74.8% is influenced by other factors such as education and access to training on more efficient fishing techniques. In conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between socio-economic factors and fishermen's income. This means that the better the socio-economic conditions of the fishermen, the higher their income will be.

Abstract

This study examines fishermen's income's influence on fulfilling children's educational needs in the coastal area of Botubarani Village, Kabila Bone Sub-district, Bone Bolango Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 33 parents who work as fishermen. Data analysis employed a simple linear regression after performing a classical assumption test. The findings show that fishermen's income positively and significantly influences fulfilling children's educational needs. The higher the income of fishermen, the better the fulfillment of their children's educational needs. Furthermore, the findings show that fishermen's income contributes 39.5% to the fulfillment of children's educational needs. In contrast, the remaining 60.5% is influenced by others, such as government scholarship programs, the availability of affordable infrastructure and facilities, and children's learning motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1. Perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. 2. Faktor apa yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian menggunakan metode Kualitatif pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1. Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo berperilaku konsumtif seperti kecenderungan berbelanja yang sedang tren, membeli barang karena kemasan atau iklan yang menarik, membeli barang karena diskon atau promosi, kebiasaan belanja secara berlebihan, menggunakan lebih dari dua produk serupa (dengan merek yang berbeda) dan melakukan pengelolaan keuangan dan pengeluaran; 2. Faktor yang yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo meliputi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi faktor motivasi, faktor gaya hidup dan faktor FOMO. Adapun faktor eksternal meliputi faktor teman sebaya, faktor uang saku dan faktor media sosial.

Abstract

This study was conducted to highlight the importance of enhancing students' critical thinking skills through effective teaching methods. Using a quasi-experimental design with a post-test approach, the research involved 36 eleventh-grade students from MA Salafiyah Syafi'iyah, divided into an experimental group and a control group. The study aimed to examine the impact of the Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) method on students’ critical thinking abilities in economics. Descriptive and statistical analyses were used to evaluate the data. Results showed a clear difference between the two groups: the control class had an average score of 63.89, while the experimental class, which applied the IBL method, achieved an average of 88.29. A paired samples test showed a Sig. (1-tailed) value of 6.664 > 0.005, indicating a statistically significant improvement. These findings demonstrate that the IBL method effectively enhances students' critical thinking skills compared to traditional teaching methods. The implication of this study is that adopting inquiry-based approaches in economics education can foster deeper understanding and better cognitive engagement among students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari revitalisasi pasar tradisional terhadap kesejahteraan pedagang di Desa Imana, Kecamatan, Atinggola, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Instrumen yang di gunakan yaitu angket. Tekhnik analaisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Seluruh data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya akan diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, nilai t-hitung untuk variabel revitalisasi pasar tradisional adalah 4,879, untuk menentukan apakah Ho diterima atau ditolak, nilai t-tabel dihitung dengan tingkat signifikansi statistik 5%. Nilai t-tabel yang diperoleh adalah 1,701. Perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai t-tabel. Hal ini mengantarkan pada penolakan Ho, yang menyiratkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara revitalisasi pasar tradisional terhadap kesejahteraan pedagang. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan teoritis empiris dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara revitalisasi pasar tradisional terhadap kesejahteraan pedagang, nilai koefisien determinasi juga menunjukan bahwa variasi kesejahteraan pedagang di Desa Imana Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara mampu dijelaskan oleh revitalisasi pasar tradisional.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine whether there was an effect of teacher’s teaching strategies on students’ learning outcomes in the accounting subject. This study employed a descriptive-quantitative approach with a sample size of 31 people. The instruments used were questionnaires, whereas the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis disclosed that there was a significant effect of teacher’s teaching strategies (47.3%) on students’ learning outcomes in the Accounting subject at SMA Negeri 2 Paguyaman. In the meantime, the remaining 52.7% was affected by other variables that not examined in this study,
