Abstract

Introduction: Menstruation often occur in adolescent girls where there are menstrual cycles that vary and are not always normal. This can interfere with their lives and activities. Several factors that influence this are nutritional status and onset of menarche. This study aims to determine the correlation between body mass index and the onset of menarche with the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls at Assalafi Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Sugio District. Methods: The research design used correlational analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The population was taken from all young women in Assalafi Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Sugio District with a total population of 69 people. Sampling using Simple Random Sampling the number of samples was as many as 59 people. The instrument used a questionnaire and observations of weight and height and then analyzed using the Spearman Rho test. Results: They oung women who had a normal BMI (18.5–25 kg/m2) mostly had normal menstrual cycles (76.5%), while young women who had a BMI was very thin (<17 kg/m2), thin ( 17–28.5 kg/m2) and     obese BMI (25–27kg/m2) mostly had oligomenorrheal menstrual cycles (90%; 96.4%;100%). Spearmen rank test (Rho) has a value of p=0.001, r=0.407. Menarche onset at the age of 11-13 years tends to have a normal menstrual cycle (90%), while the onset of menstruation at the age of <11 years and >13 years tend to have oligominorous menstrual cycles (85.7%; 85.7%) with p-value=000.4, rs: 0.372.Conclusion: There is a correlation between body mass index and the onset of menstruation with the menstrual cycle.

The purpose of this scientific paper is to determine the knowledge and role of parents with basic immunization in children aged 2-5 years Methods: The research design used a cross-sectional design. Sampling was taken using the Random Sampling technique. The independent variables are the knowledge and role of parents, the dependent variable is the completeness of basic immunization. The instruments used were questionnaires and KIA books. Data analysis used the SPSS 22.0 test. Results: The results of this study indicate that out of 62 parents, 29 parents were found to have good knowledge so that most (74.4%) of basic immunization was complete and 17 parents played a sufficient role so that almost some (41.5%) of basic immunization was complete. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and the role of parents with the completeness of basic immunization in children aged 2-5 years Keywords: Completeness of Basic Immunization, Knowledge, Role of Parents

Abstract

Introduction: Cardiac arrest is a life-threatening emergency that frequently occurs outside hospital settings. Mortality rates increase due to lack of knowledge in administering first aid for cardiac arrest. One approach to enhancing public knowledge of basic life support is through education. To determine the impact of basic life support education using a short film on knowledge levels regarding first aid for cardiac arrest. Methods: This study employed a pre-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design. The research was conducted on March 15, 2025, involving 31 members of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah in Padenganploso Village, Pucuk, Lamongan, selected through total sampling. Knowledge levels were assessed using a questionnaire on basic life support and analysed using the Wilcoxon test (α≤ 0.05). Results: All respondents were female, with 58.1% aged 31–40 years. Before the intervention, 65.5% of respondents had low knowledge levels; this improved to 87.1% of respondents having good knowledge levels after the intervention. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant effect of short film-based education on knowledge of basic life support (p=0.000). Conclusion: Short films can be used as a means to increase knowledge of basic life support, as they engage both visual and auditory senses, facilitating better understanding and memory retention. Future studies should consider including a control group and a larger sample size to strengthen the findings.

The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of nurses at 'Aisyiyah Bojonegoro Hospital. Methods: The research design used correlation analytics with the Cross Sectional design. The research sample was 61 nurses using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The independent variable is work motivation and the dependent variable is performance. Data collection using questionnaires. Results: : The study obtained the results of most nurses who have good work motivation as many as 39 nurses (63.9%), most of the 35 nurses have good performance with a percentage of 57.4% data processing using the SPSS 27 for windows program obtained a value of 0.000 or with a significant value (p value< 0.05) which means that there is a relationship between work motivation and nurse performance at 'Aisyiyah Bojonegoro Hospital. The results of the spearman rank test obtained a correlation coefficient value = 0.595 which means the level of strength of the relationship between 2 moderate variables. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between work motivation and nurse performance, and it is hoped that hospitals will further increase nurses' work motivation so that the resulting performance will also increase. Abstract

Introduction: A medical resume is a summary of the medical services provided by a health professional, especially a doctor, during treatment until the patient is discharged, either alive or dead. The purpose of this study is to determine the percentage and factors that cause the completeness of the medical resume of maternity patients at RSI Nashrul Ummah Lamongan. Methods: The design in this study is a combination of sequential explanatory research that combines quantitative and qualitative research methods sequentially. The number of samples is 72 medical resumes for the End of the Year 2022. Results: Almost all (97%) complete patient identification fills out and a small part (4%) of 3 incomplete medical resumes. The completeness of filling out important reporting is all (100%) fully filled and a small part (8%) of 6 medical resumes are incomplete. The completeness of filling out the authentication is almost entirely (99%) complete and a small part (3%) of 2 medical resumes are not filled out completely. The completeness of documentation based on the recording is clearly read on the medical resume sheet which is complete (100%) complete as many as 73 medical resume sheets and a small part (1%) is incomplete. Conclusion: The factor causing the delay in filling out a medical resume is time constraints caused by busyness and other work demands from the doctor in charge. The socialization of filling out the medical resume as well as Monitoring and Evaluation should be carried out to the maximum. Keywords: Health worker, Knowledge, Occupational Health and Safety (K3)
