<![CDATA[Abstract : This research is a descriptive study which aims to determine how students perceptions of the learning methods used by the teacher, students motivation and the relationship between students perceptions of the learning methods used by teacher and the motivation to learn economic in class XI SMAN 3 Pariaman. This is done by distributing a questionnaire for students perceptions about the learning methods used by the teacher and a questionnaire on learning motivation to students. The statements in the questionnaire each consisted of 23 statements for students perceptions and 27 statements for learning motivation. The data analysis in this study used the distribution of scores, mean, tcr, and correlation analysis which could be used as a descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that students perceptions of the learning methods used by the teacher were categorized as good for indicators of conformity with student management in the class of 86,92%, students economic learning motivation in the high category for indicators of future hopes and aspirations of 81,77%, and there is a positive and significant relationship between perceptions of the learning method usedby teachers and students motivation to learn economics at SMAN 3 Pariaman stated strong enough by percentage of 38,44%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the level of sensitivity of students to brand expansion of Lifebuoy shampoo at the State University of Padang and to find out the direction of the response of UNP students to brand expansion of Lifebuoy shampoo. This type of research is a survey with a descriptive approach. The population of this research is the students of Padang State University (UNP). The sample in this study was based on the Chocran formula as many as 100 respondents who were selected using the Non-Probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to UNP students with certain criteria. The method used is the analysis of the direction of the consumer's response by calculating the strength of the response and stimuli as well as the sensitivity analysis of the response. The results showed that (1) The sensitivity of the response of UNP students from bar soap to lifebuoy shampoo was 2.41. because the size of this sensitivity is greater than 1, the sensitivity is considered a sensitive measure. (2) the response strength of UNP students from Lifebuoy bath soap to Lifebuoy brand shampoo is negative 157. Keywords : brand extension, sensitivity, direction of response]]>

<![CDATA[Interest in learning and the use of textbooks are two aspects that are very influential and have a relationship with student learning outcomes. This can be seen in the learning activities in the XI IPS class of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo on economic subjects, the low student learning outcomes are influenced by students' lack of interest in learning and the lack of use of textbooks by students themselves. The research conducted at the XI IPS class at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo aims to determine the relationship between learning interest and the use of textbooks with learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The instrument used in this study was a research questionnaire. The population is 130 students with samples randomly selected for 100 students. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: (1) Interest in learning and the use of textbooks have a positive and significant relationship together with learning outcomes seen from the Sig. F change 0,000 <0,05. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and learning outcomes seen from the value of Sig. 0,000 <0,05. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of parents 'educational level and learning motivation together on student grades, (2) the influence of parents' educational levels and learning motivation on student scores, (3) the influence of student learning motivation on student grades in general administration subjects in class X Automation and Office Governance in SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative method using SPSS version 20. The instrument used in this study is a research questionnaire. The existing population of 65 students in the sampling used total sampling with a total of 65 students. The instrument trials used validity and reliability tests. Data analysis with descriptive and inductive analysis using normality test, heterokedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression test and hypothesis test using F test and t test. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that: (1) The Level of Parent Education and Learning Motivation together has a positive and significant effect on student scores seen from the value of sig. 0.007 <0.05. (2) There is a negative and insignificant influence on the level of parental education on student scores seen from the Sig. 0.516 > 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on student grades in general administration subjects seen from the Sig. 0.002 <0.05. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to see the effect of parental support and student motivation to continue their education to higher education at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Padang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Padang. The number of research samples was 60 people and selected using saturated samples. The data used is the type of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to predefined students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16. The results show that (1) parental support and learning motivation have a joint influence on students' interest in continuing education to higher education, (2) parental support has an influence on students' interest in continuing education to higher education, (3) learning motivation has an influence on students' interest in continuing education to higher education. interest of students to continue education to college. <![CDATA[This researcher aims to determine the factors that influence the Continuing Study Interest to University Students Vocational High School Number 2 Pariaman. The population in researcher is student on class XII Acounting Vocational High School Number 2 Pariaman Academic Year 2019/2020 amounted 107 students. This researcher used proportional random sampling with 85 students as sample. Data collection technique used questionnaire and processing with SPSS program version 21. The result of researcher are Income of Parent don’t Influential to Interest Continuing Study to University and Achievement of Study Influential to Interest Continuing Study to Universitas in Student Class XII Acounting Vocational High School Number 2 Pariaman. The coefficient determination is 0,075 or 7,5%. The rest is 92,5% influential by other variabel. Keywords: income of parents, achievement of study, interests continuing study to university.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship: 1) Students 'Perceptions of Economic Learning and Initial Ability and Learning Outcomes, 2) Students' Perceptions of Economic Learning and Learning Outcomes, 3) Initial Ability and Learning Outcomes. The research was conducted on students at SMA Negeri 7 Padang. This type of research is a quantitative study with a correlational method. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling with a sample of 143 students. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and tests. Data analysis used descriptive and inductive analysis using normality test, linearity test, hypothesis test using person correlation test and determination coefficient test, where analysis was performed using SPSS Version 22. The results showed that 1) students' perceptions of economic learning and initial abilities had a moderate relationship with learning outcomes seen from the simultaneous contribution of 0.597 with sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05. 2) students' perceptions about economic learning and learning outcomes have a very strong relationship with the Pearson Correlation value 0.819 with Sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05. 3) initial ability with learning outcomes has a moderate relationship with the Pearson correlation value of 0.596 with sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05.Keywords : students perceptions of learning economics, initial abilities, learning outcomes]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of blended learning to the student’s motivation. The method of this research is Ex-posfacto. The population of this research is 50 students who take the Methodology Research Subject in the semester July-December 2017 with the blended learning assembling. The sampel is taken by using sampel total technical. The data of Blended Learning and student’s motivation use the primary data by using the questionnaire. The instrument is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using description and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, homogenitas test and the hypothesis test is analyzed by using the linear regression, determined coefficient and T experiment with the a = 0,05.The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant influence of blended learning to the student’s motivation. It has showed by the significant of 0,000 <0,05. It has indicated that blended learning has contributed to the student’s motivation 37,9% in the methodology Research Subject and for the rest 62,1% might be effected by others factors.The students should be suggested more active in the blended learning lesson to increase their motivation for the better result. <![CDATA[This study examined to describe the effect of personality type and smartphone use on economic learning outcomes in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Kota Solok for the 2019/2020. Type of this study is associative quantitative. Population in this study is students of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Kota Solok 2019/2020, and sample in this study obtained using the slovin formula with proportional random sampling technique. Data analyse technique used is descriptive and quantitative analyse with multiple linear regression. The result of this study showed that 1) Personality type have a positive effect and significant on the economic learning outcomes with sig 0,006 < 0,05. 2) Smartphone use have a negative effect and not significan on the economic learning outcomes with sig 0,640 < 0,05. 3) Personality type and smartphone use have together effect on the economic learning outcomes with sig 0,009 < 0,05.Keywords : learning outcomes, personality type, smartphone used]]>
