Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of burnout, workload, and work-life balance on the performance of employees at Bank Jatim Jember. The variables used in this study are burnout, workload, work-life balance, and performance. The population in this study is all employees who worked at Bank Jatim Jember 58 respondents. The sampling technique used is census sample technique because the population is less than 100 people, then all populations are used as samples, the sample is 58 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that burnout and workload have a negative and significant influence on employee performance, while the work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of servant leadership on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable at Bank BTPN Jakarta Head Office. The population of this study were permanent employees at Bank BTPN Jakarta Head Office. The total population of permanent employees at Bank BTPN Jakarta Head Office were 391, including all business lines with permanent employee status at Bank BTPN Jakarta Head Office. Sampling technique used proportional random sampling, there were 78 respondents. The methods of data collections were survey, literature review, and questionnaire. Data analysis used outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and line analysis. The result showed that servant leadership contributes to a significant impact on employee performance. The second research results obtained proved that servant leadership positively influences and significantly impacts organizational citizenship behavior. The third result showed that organizational citizenship behavior positively influence and significantly impact employee performance. Furthermore, the following result showed that servant leadership significantly impacts employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of employee engagement and work motivation on performance through learning agility on the performance of employees of PT. Paiton Operation and Maintenance Indonesia (PT. POMI). This research was conducted on employees of PT. POMI with the number of respondents in this study as many as 124 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling where the sample is taken at random from the entire population. Data analysis method using Partial least square using softwareSMART PLS 3. HasThe results showed that work motivation and learning agility directly had a positive and significant effect on performance, while employee engagement directly had a positive but not significant effect on performance. The work motivation and employee engagement indirectly have a positive and significant effect on performance.
