Abstract

Some of the previous research builds controlled robots using devices with limited distance. The remote controlled robot controls the control distance along the rays of the sender's Infrared (IR) ray is not blocked by a 20 meters long Infrared (IR) receiver. The blue tooth controlled robot has a control distance of 40 meters. The controlled Robot Wireless Fidelity controls the maximum range of range specifications of the Access point range used. Maximum coverage ranges for outdoor access points as far as 15 Kilometers. The next research have to do with a longer distance control than previous research. In this research is Built a robot controlled by utilizes of the Global System Mobile (GSM) communication line. This project uses two Hand phones as a sender and the other one to become receiver. Hand phone sender function is sends control signal to receiver phone. Signals sent are DTMF signals (Dual Tone Multiple Frequency). There are 9 signals control with difference function. Those functions are (1) Turn left (2) Right turn (3) Left rewind (4) Right rewind (5) Rear left (6) Rear Right (7) Stop (8) Move forward (9) Move backward. On the mobile phone receiver signal DTMF in the form of analog signal is converted by Integrated Circuit (IC) MT8870p become Signal Digital. Digital signal from IC MT 8870p is used to be input of Atmel89s52 microcontroller. Atmel89s52 output has not been able to be used for DC motor drive signal so that used transistors amplifier to control the relays. Relay as an electronic switch to connect and disconnect the DC voltage to the motor so that the DC motor can be two-way. DC motors rotating clockwise and counterclockwise. This rotation is used as a robot movement. The research results shown that 9 DTMF key tones can be used to control the robot through the GSM line. Long of distance control as far as location that is accessible GSM signal from BTS (Base Transceiver Station). Further research needs to be done to transmit video signals so that it can be done long distance visual monitor on the movement of the robot.

Abstract

Arrobbany English Courses is an institutions which have only a single manager and tutor in guiding 67 students consisting of students from primary and secondary school level. In teaching and learning tutor often have difficulty in establishing a nice environment for some students would rather play than on learning. This causes the limited learning topic that can be delivered to students tutor each meeting. Therefore, it needs the right solution and does not incur costs to add a tutor or a native speaker, using a medium of learning. One of the media to learn the most widely used today is the computer as a proven way to speed up the delivery of learning topic and increase student interest. In this study Aplikasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Ingris is built to help tutor show the right pronoun to the students. Sound of pronoun will sounded when the picture clicked. There are seven learning menus in this application. Application development using Greenfoot with object-oriented programming concepts. Method development using SDLC, UML design and testing method using the Black-box testing. English Language Learning application is compiled into .jar extensions which can be run on the Windows operating system which have been installed JDK. Based on testing to 23 students indicates that the Aplikasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Ingris is exciting, produce the proper sound, and can replace the native speaker. The result of the assessment shows that average percentage are more than 82%.

Abstract

There are million cows West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). considering that it has considerable ruminant potential in this area in West Lombok and Central Lomok. Many beef cattle farms are carried out in West Lombok regency, Central Lombok, many cattle are used by concurrent breeding and combining where beef cattle are fattened from the breeding of farmers. At present forage feed management in several special beef cattle breeders in West Lombok District Suranadi Village, Selebung Village and Central Lombok Pengembur Prabu Village. The results of receiving data obtained from the results of 70% of farmers in feeding are only using estimates that produce the amount of forage and concentrate feed that is not in accordance with the needs of beef cattle. In this study an application for calculating the amount of feed for an Android-based animal was built. The feature in this application uses body length and circumference of data as input then produces the weight of beef cattle, the weight of forage feed, and the weight of the weight of the needs of beef cattle. The application calculation formula refers to beef cattle breeding, which is forage of 10% body weight and 1% weight and cow weight Analysis of problems and needs using the SWOT method, system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), Extreme Programming as a method of application development. The results of this study indicate that the Android-based feed counter application can help farmers in West Lombok District and Central Lombok Regency in measuring the amount of feed and knowing animal weight. In addition, this application is offline so it is very easy to be used by farmers.

Abstract

The occurrence of theft is often in the chicken coop, the impact of this theft is that farmers experience material losses so that the farmer is no longer raising chickens. security system applied by the owner of the cage by way of patrolling at night. even though the patrol has been carried out, there are still frequent thefts because thieves are lurking in patrol activities, theft occurs when the owner of the house is unaware. a tool that is able to provide information that there are people who enter the cage to owners who work indefinitely. The analytical method that will be used in this study is the SWOT method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). This method is used by researchers to collect information and conduct needs analysis. To solve the problem, a safety device with Arduino was built, a pir sensor, an 800L SIM. The enclosure safety device works to detect human body heat with the PIR Motion sensor, if there is a human crossing the Arduino sensor area it gives a signal to the 800L SIM to send a message to the cellphone owner's cellphone. The message informs that there are humans in the chicken coop. results of the test showed that 100% of case can be sent by Alat Pengaman Kandang Ayam Berbasis Mikrokontroler Arduino, namely from 20 attempts to produce 20 messages to cellphone owners with vulnerable time of 3 seconds

Abstract

Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah merupakan unsur pelaksana pemerintah daerah di bidang perhubungan yang dipimpin oleh Kepala Dinas dan bertanggung jawab kepada Bupati melalui Sekretaris daerah. Kendala yang sering terjadi di Dinas Perhubungan adalah kurang disiplinnya pegawai yang bertugas di bidang lalu lintas karena kurangnya monitoring langsung dari pimpinan. Ketika sedang melaksanakan tugas ada beberapa pegawai yang tidak menghadiri tempat dimana pegawai tersebut di tugaskan tanpa sepengetahuan pimpinan. Dengan memanfaatkan Google Maps API dan GPS yang ada pada ponsel berbasis Android penulis ingin membuat aplikasi monitoring khusus untuk pegawai yang bertugas di lapangan. Maka dari itu penulis tertarik untuk mengambil tema skripsi dengan judul “Monitoring Kinerja Pegawai Bidang Lalu Lintas Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Berbasis Android” menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya aplikasi yang dapat membantu Kepala Bidang untuk melakukan monitoring terhadap semua pegawai yang di bidang lalu lintas menggunakan smartphone android.

Abstract

Praya Timur merupakan salah satu dari 12 (dua belas) kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat ( NTB ) dengan jumlah penduduk yang tercatat dalam Daftar Pemilih Tetap ( DPT ) pada tanggal 19 April 2018 sebanyak 53.753 jiwa. Dengan kepadatan jumlah penduduk tersebut, tingkat persaingan untuk mendapatkan kehidupan yang layak sangatlah tinggi. Tidak sedikit dari masyarakat setempat melakukan tindak kriminal sebagai alternatif lain untuk memanuhi kebutuhan hidup mereka. Kejahatan tindak kriminal bisa terjadi di berbagai tempat dan dengan waktu kejadian yang berbeda yang memebuat sulitnya untuk mengetahui daerah yang memiliki tingkat kerawanan tindak kriminial yang tinggi. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk menganalisis pokok - pokok permasalahan yang ada, dan mencoba untuk memberikan sebuah solusi yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai lokasi yang memiliki tingkat kerawanan tindak kriminal yang tinggi. Menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem informasi SDLC. Melakukan perancangan model proses menggunakan model UML, perancangan database, perancangan interface dan relasi antar tabel serta teknologi Google Maps Api. Solusi yang dihasilkan merupakan sebuah alat atau aplikasi berbasis Android yang ditujukan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai titik lokasi yang memiliki tingkat kerawanan tindak kriminal yang tinggi. Disamping itu, peneliti juga mengharapkan untuk pengembangan di masa mendatang, aplikasi mampu mengirimkan sebuah laporkan mengenai kejadian tindak kriminal yang sedang maupun yang telah terjadi kepada pihak kepolisian setempat.

Abstract

Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, peralatan pendukung jaringan komputer masih sangat diperlukan. Peralatan juga telah menjadi komponen penting dalam pengembangan jaringan komputer. Jaringan adalah perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak dalam suatu sistem yang memiliki aturan khusus yang mengatur semua kegiatan dan perilaku anggotanya dalam kelancaran kegiatan pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Praya Tengah ke jaringan internet yang membutuhkan pengelolaan aliran informasi yang tepat Penelitian ini mencakup bagaimana membangun mikrotik hotspot berbasis server di SMAN 1 Praya Tengah dengan metodologi NDLC, analisis dan tahap desain menggunakan metodologi analisis pemodelan PIECES dengan menggunakan Winbox, sedangkan desain pengembangan dan implementasi metode simulasi jaringan GNS3 Hasil tes koneksi jaringan internet yang dilakukan pengguna menunjukkan implementasi desain mikrotik di SMAN 1 Praya Tengah, berbagi bandwidth dengan mikrotik internet memberikan kemudahan dan kepraktisan dalam penggunaan internet

Abstract

Pengguna Internet Guru dan siswa di SMKN 1 Narmada, 75 - 85 % mengakses internet untuk sosial media, mendownload game, menonton video, menyelesaikan tugas dari guru mata pelajaran. Hasil observasi dan wawancara di SMKN 1 Narmada menunjukan bahwa situs yang sering diakses khususnya oleh siswa SMKN 1 Narmada adalah situs di luar konten pembelajaran, seperti Facebook, Youtube dan beberapa situs game. Untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan internet bagi siswa untuk mengakses pelajaran maka perlu dilakukan majamen jaringan guna membatasi akses siswa pada situs tertentu. Konfigurasi jaringan baru dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan sebuah fitur Layer 7 Protocols yang terdapat pada mikrotik RB750 pada feature Filter rules, access list. Peneliti menerapkan metode NDLC dalam pengmbangan sistem jaringan, disain sistem jaringan yang ada kemudian menambahkan router RB750 dan aksespotint sebagai media akses menggunakan wi-fi. Hasil Implementasi Proxy Server dengan Fitur Layer 7 Protocols Mikrotik RB750 di SMKN 1 Narmada terbukti mampu melakukan bloking terhadap situs-situs yang diinginkan seperti facebook, youtube dan game online salah satunya game mobilelegends serta situs – situs lain yang menggunakan protocol https. Disamping itu juga penerapan proxy ini tidak mempengaruhi kecepatan atau bandwidth dari koneksi internet yang ada di SMKN 1 Narmada.

Abstract

In the era of technological disruption of mass communication, social media became a reference in absorbing public opinion. The digitalization of data is very rapidly produced by social media users because it is an attempt to represent the feelings of the audience. Data production in question is the user posts the status and comments on social media. Data production by the public in social media raises a very large set of data or can be referred to as big data. Big data is a collection of data sets in very large numbers, complex, has a relatively fast appearance time, so that makes it difficult to handle. Analysis of big data with data mining methods to get knowledge patterns in it. This study analyzes the sentiments of netizens on Twitter social media on Mr. Wiranto stabbing case. The results of the sentiment analysis showed 41% gave positive comments, 29% commented neutrally, and 29% commented negatively on events. Besides, modeling of the data is carried out using a support vector machine algorithm to create a system capable of classifying positive, neutral, and negative connotations. The classification model that has been made is then tested using the confusion matrix technique with each result is a precision value of 83%, a recall value of 80%, and finally, as much as 80% obtained in testing the accuracy.

Abstract

Pada kenyataannya saat perancangan jaringan komputer terkadang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan awal dari perancangan tersebut. Salah satu contoh dalam perancangan jaringan misalnya terlalu banyak menggunkan switch unmanageable yang mengakibatkan performa jaringan menurun dan juga kualitas keamanan jaringan mengalami penurunan, ini disebabkan karna broadcast domain dan collision domain. Dengan penggunaan jaringan inter-vlan routing diharapkan menurunkan broadcast domain dan collision domain, jaringan yang terpusat serta tertata dengan baik menggunakan switch manageable sebagai penghubung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan mikrotik rb1100ahx4 sebagai router, switch rb260gs sebagai switch manageable, metode network development life cycle sebagai metode penelitian dan situs speedtest.net sebagai pengujian koneksi internet.
