Abstract

Inadequate public transportation, both in cities and villages, makes people prefer to use more efficient personal transportation. The increasing need and interest of the Indonesian people towards transportation which is fast, cheap and easy to use makes motorbikes preferred by the public to carry out daily activities. For this reason, it is a duty for the motorcycle industry to provide a variety of products and their choices to the public. This study intends to find out how much influence the brand image and quality of Honda Vario Matic products on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is quantitative, with an explanatory technique, this study applied a cross sectional research design. The research findings show that 1) the brand image of Honda Vario motorcycle is good and inherent in the minds of consumers, seen based on the results of the total calculation of each dimension of attributes, benefits, and overall evaluation. 2) product brand image and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. However, on the level and consistency dimensions, Honda must make improvements to the quality of its product.

Abstract

The purpose of the research on the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance quality of the Bekasi City Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) distribution is to find out how much influence the organizational culture and motivation variables have on the quality of performance, using quantitative methods, statistical data testing is carried out after obtaining primary and secondary data. secondary from respondents consisting of employees of the Social Service and Beneficiary Families (KPM) by conducting interviews, field observations (field research) with the method of distributing questionnaires directly as many as 40 respondents, while the results of this study indicate that the organizational culture variable is positive and the motivational variable is positive. low negative, so it can be concluded that organizational culture and motivation variables have a significant positive influence on the quality of the distribution performance of BPNT Bekasi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media and buying decisions as consumer loyalty to frozen food, Bekasi, the role of social media greatly influences consumers in deciding to buy a frozen food product, but how to build loyalty so that consumers remain interested and repeat purchases as a form of satisfaction of the frozen food so that producers will get high profits. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method and uses primary data in frozen food Bekasi by taking a sample of 50 respondents in September-November 2022 multiple linear regression analysis using panel data and distributing questionnaires and interviews, after which data is processed using SPSS Analysis Version 25. The results of the study show that social media variables and buying decisions as consumer loyalty at Forozen Food Bekasi have not been fully implemented properly, that social media variables and buying decisions influence the consumer loyalty variable and have a significant positive relationship, this can be seen in the increase the role of social media to further increase buying interest and be able to increase consumer loyalty to Bekasi frozen food so that entrepreneurs need to get more attention to get maximum profits in the city of Bekasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence each variable of quality and employee motivation has on the productivity of social assistance, using complete statistical tools and testing, while the research methodology uses quantitative research using quantitative research methods and conducting field research that conducted online and offline, using the self-administered questionnaires mode method, namely distributing questionnaires directly to respondents to social service employees and social assistants and Beneficiary Families (KPM) with 40 respondents, while the results of the study show the quality and motivation of employees in social assistance productivity. shows a significant positive relationship for each variable, and the productivity of employees of both the Social Service for more right on target. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the BPNT and PKH variables as social assistance on Beneficiary Families (KPM) in the productivity of Bekasi City during the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) Covid-19, this study used a quantitative method, with data collection methods distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews in March-April 2022 data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application. The results showed that the BPNT and PKH variables had a positive and significant effect on boosting productivity in Bekasi City, in that the distribution of aid was timely and targeted according to central data, aid This helps the Beneficiary Families (KPM) in meeting temporary economic needs, until the KPM realizes that the assistance is no longer needed and is given to those who are more deserving of it in the city of Bekasi. Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to approach the relationship between the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) on incentives and product quality on making appropriate management decisions. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods through data analysis from several organizations that implement TQM and have a structured incentive system and conduct field observations (field research) using the self-administered questionnaires method, namely distributing questionnaires directly face to face to these respondents using The population was taken from 155 respondents in a saturated sample and carried out in September-December 2023 using data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and distributing questionnaires and interviews as well as literature studies, after which data processing was carried out using SPSS version 26 statistical data processing analysis. The research results show that the implementation of TQM consistently improves product quality significantly. Well-designed incentives, which support innovation and collaboration, strengthen the positive effects of TQM on employee performance. In addition, product quality has been proven to influence management decision making appropriately, encouraging more strategic and long-term oriented decisions. The integration of TQM practices and appropriate incentive systems has a positive impact on the organization's adaptability and responsiveness to market changes and achieving sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Salah satu cara manajemen keuangan dapat memenuhi tanggung jawabnya mengenai tanggung jawab pengelolaan keuangan dan organisasi Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI) Wilayah DKI Jakarta Periode 2019 - 2023 mengandalkan data analisis dari aktivitas operasi, investasi dan laporan laba/rugi. Data-data tersebut di analisis dan bandingkan satu sama lain sehingga dapat menjawab permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian laporan arus kas di Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI) Wilayah DKI Jakarta selama Periode 2019 - 2023. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi arus kas yang terjadi, dan sejauh mana kinerja keuangan Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI) Wilayah DKI Jakarta dipengaruhi oleh arus kas operasi, arus kas investasi, dan arus kas pendanaan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian ini adalah dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari proses yang sudah di teliti oleh penulis mengenai analisis arus kas dalam menilai kinerja keuangan di Ikatan Akuntansi Indonesia (IAI) Wilayah DKI Jakarta periode 2019 – 2023 adalah terjadinya perubahan arus kas setiap tahun nya, dimana pendapatan yang diterima dari iuran keanggotaan, kegiatan pelatihan dan kegiatan lain nya sangat mempengaruhi arus kas masuk dan keluar, dimana mengalami perubahan yang cukup cukup sifnifikan.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu, memperoleh sebanyak mungkin keuntungan untuk menjaga cash flow dan kesehatan keuangannya. Pekerjaan yang bergerak dibidang infrastruktur transportasi, konstruksi dan teknik sipil adalah perusahaan yang bersifat proyek dengan jangka waktu pengerjaan 3-6 bulan dengan membutuhkan modal yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh net profit terhadap operating cash flow, account payable terhadap operating cash flow, dan net profit dan account payable terhadap operating cash flow. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sub sektor infrastruktur transportasi, konstruksi dan teknik sipil yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021-2023. Jumlah sampel yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 diperoleh dari 12 perusahaan yang berjangka waktu 3 tahun dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Serta menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial net profit berpengaruh terhadap operating cash flow, account payable tidak berpengaruh terhadap operating cash flow. Dan secara simultan net profit dan account payable berpengaruh terhadap operating cash flow.
