Abstract

This study aims to identify economic sectors which are regional development priorities based on regional influence, regional specialization and sector competitiveness in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. The research uses shift-share analysis and multiple regression analysis for components in shift-share analysis, namely Regional Share, Proportionality Shift, Differential Shift on economic growth. The data used is secondary data, namely Gross Regional Domestic Product by business field between 2011 and 2020. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the regional share component has a contribution of 77.43%, proportionality shift of 18.86% and differential shift of 3, 70%. Meanwhile, from the regression analysis, it is known that the regional share and differential shift components have an effect on economic growth, while the proportionality shift component has no effect on economic growth. Sectors that become specialization in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province include the manufacturing industry sector, the information and communication sector, the construction sector and the education services sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide education, training, and assistance in improving strategy and IT-based business performance for seafood MSME in the village of Labuan Banten. This training focuses on solving product problems that do not have Branding, and packaging, are not hygienic, do not have traditional sales and marketing strategies, and have low average sales. Solutions for the problem are training and assistance in Branding and packaging strategies, as well as the use of digital marketing, which are alternative solutions to problems in the short term to improve the performance of seafood MSME in Labuan village. It is hoped that after this activity is carried out, the MSME can have strong Branding, good packaging and a wide range of buyers and in the end can directly increase sales and indirectly help the regional economy and families.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara yang berkembang, memiliki berbagai macam potensi untuk menjadikan negara  ini lebih maju. Salah satu potensi tersebut adalah dari sektor perpajakan. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi fiskus mengenai pengaruh kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP, pemeriksaan pajak, dan sanksi perpajakan terhadap penerimaan pajak pada KPP Pratama di Wilayah Bekasi. Metode penelitian memakai analisis regresi linier berganda. Responden yang dipilih adalah fiskus di KPP Pratama Bekasi Selatan. Sampel berjumlah 32 responden dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui nilai sig. t variabel kewajiaban kepemilikan NPWP = 0,012, variabel pemeriksaan pajak = 0,049, nilai sig. t variabel sanksi perpajakan = 0,002. Dengan hasil < 0,050, maka dikatakan bahwa kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP, pemeriksaan pajak, dan sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penerimaan pajak. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP, pemeriksaan pajak, dan sanksi perpajakan dapat mempengaruhi penerimaan pajak dan dapat disimpulkan berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan pajak.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) dan Fixed Assest Turnover (FATO) secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) PT Ciputra Development, Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan keuangan triwulan periode tahun 2013 hingga tahun 2020. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Adapun hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Debt to Assets Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Assets, hal tersebut dibuktikan oleh hasil uji t yang menunjukan tingkat probabilitas lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu 0,1336. Sedangkan Fixed Assest Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Assets, hal tersebut dibuktikan oleh hasil uji t yang menunjukan tingkat probabilitas lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,0000. Dan secara simultan berdasarkan hasil uji F diketahui bahwa variabel Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) dan Fixed Assest Turnover (FATO) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA), hal tersebut dibuktikan oleh hasil uji F yang menunjukan tingkat probabilitas lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,0000. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of mediating innovation and Social Media that connects Market Orientation and Entrepreneurial Orientation to the Performance of MSMEs Processed by Sea Products in Labuan Banten Village. This study uses quantitative. The unit of analysis in this study is the perpetrators of MSMEs Processed Sea Products in Labuan Banten Village. This research was conducted on 135 and using the statistical tool SmartPLS 3.0 The results of this study emphasize that innovation can mediate the relationship between Market Orientation and Entrepreneurial Orientation and Social Media can mediate the relationship between Market Orientation but cannot mediate Entrepreneurial Orientation. In addition, market orientation affects the performance of marine processed SMEs in Labuan - Banten, entrepreneurial orientation affects the performance of marine processed SMEs in Labuan - Banten, innovation affects the performance of SMEs, social media orientation affects the performance of SMEs, market orientation affects the performance through innovation, entrepreneurial orientation affects the performance of SMEs mediated by innovation.

Abstract

This study is to determine the Effect of Profit Sharing System, Religiosity and Ease of Using Digital Banking on Interest in Using Islamic Banks in Bekasi. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method in which users of Islamic Banks in Bekasi become the object. This study used a purposive sampling technique and used a sample of 70 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using a structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that 2 X variables consisting of Religiosity and ease of using digital banking have an influence on interest in using Islamic banks in Bekasi. Meanwhile, the System Profit Sharing variable has no influence on the interest in using Islamic banks in Bekasi. This study has a limited object of research that only uses 70 respondents who use Islamic banks in Bekasi as research respondents. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of System Profit Sharing, Religiosity and Ease of Using Digital Banking on Interest in Using Islamic Banks in Bekasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTingginya angka pengangguran dapat menjadi salah satu indikator dalam mengukur tingkat keberhasilan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hal yang bisa mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran pada suatu wilayah diantaranya tingkat upah dan nilai produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB). Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana dampak tingkat upah dan PDRB terhadap tingkat pengangguran dengan menggunakan data panel. Data yang dihimpun merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) berupa tingkat pengangguran, tingkat upah dan PDRB antara tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2021 pada 8 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Banten. Dengan menggunakan model pembobotan cross section weight, diketahui terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara serentak antara tingkat upah, PDRB terhadap tingkat pengangguran. Sementara dengan menggunakan model yang sama untuk pengujian parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara tingkat upah terhadap tingkat pengangguran dan PDRB terhadap tingkat pengangguran.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengangguran, Tingkat Upah, PDRB, Data PanelABSTRACTThe high unemployment rate can be an indicator in measuring the success rate of economic growth. Things that can affect the unemployment rate in a region include the level of wages and the value of gross domestic regional product (GDRP). This study examines how the impact of the wage rate and GDRP on the unemployment rate by using panel data. The data collected is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the form of unemployment rates, wage rates and GDRP between 2017 and 2021 in 8 Regencies/Cities in Banten Province. By using the cross section weighting model, it is known that there is a significant effect simultaneously between the wage rate, GDRP on the unemployment rate. Meanwhile, by using the same model for partial testing, there is a partial significant effect between the wage rate on the unemployment rate and GDRP on the unemployment rate.Keywords: Unemployment Rate, Wage Rate, GDRP, Panel Data

Abstract

The study to analyze the contribution and effectiveness of local taxes and local levies on local revenue. The importance of this analysis is to find out to what extent the contribution of regional taxes and regional levies to local revenue. A high contribution indicates that local revenue comes from activities carried out by the local government. Meanwhile, effectiveness assesses how realization is achieved when compared to revenue targets from local taxes and regional levies. The object in this study is the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, with the data collected from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) from the revenue side from 2011 to 2020. The analysis is carried out using descriptive statistics by looking at the results of the comparison of the contribution and effectiveness of local taxes. and local fees. The results obtained indicate that the tax contribution is very good, this is indicated by an average of 81.80%. Meanwhile, the contribution of regional levies has an average value of 2.49% with very poor criteria. For the effectiveness of local taxes, the average is 111.36%, so the criteria are very effective. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of regional retribution is on average 105.76% and is in the very effective criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antar variabel Electronic Word of Mouth (e- WOM) dan Social Media Marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli akomodasi tiket.com di Jabodetabek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana dengan melakukan teknik accidental sampling sebagai cara pengambilan sampel. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 90 responden sebagai sampel, dimana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen akomodasi tiket.com di Jabodetabek. Hasil temuan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa: 1) Electronic Word of Mouth (e- WOM) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian, 2) Electronic Word of Mouth (e- WOM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, 3) Minat Beli berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, 4) Social Media Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, 5) Social Media Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, 6) Minat Beli secara signifikan tidak mampu memediasi Electronic Word of Mouth (e- WOM) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, 7) Minat Beli secara signifikan mampu memediasi Social Media Marketing terhadap Keputusan Pembelian
