Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide education, training and assistance in improving strategy and IT-based business performance for seafood MSME in the village of Labuan Banten. This training focuses on solving product problems that do not have Branding, packaging, are not hygienic, do not have traditional sales and marketing strategies and low average sales. Solutions for the problem is training and assistance in Branding and packaging strategies as well as the use of digital marketing are alternative solutions to problems in the short term to improve the performance of seafood MSME in Labuan village. It is hoped that after this activity is carried out, the MSME can have strong Branding, good packaging and a wide range of buyers and in the end can directly increase sales and indirectly help the regional economy and families.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Province Environmental Service. In this research, researchers used quantitative methods with research hypothesis testing carried out using outer model and inner model tests in SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 program which is useful for analyzing the effect of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service using 150 respondents who were distributed through questionnaires in the Integrated Waste Management Unit area of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service. The results of the research that has been carried out are as shown in the following brief explanation: (1) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y). (2) The Job Satisfaction variable (Z) influences employee performance (Y). (3) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y). (4) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z). (5) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z).

Abstract

This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire aimed at employees of PT Graha Inti Permai. Sampling in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 105 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the Smartpls 4.0 statistical tool. The results of this research provide an explanation that the Workload variable has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Graha Inti Permai. However, the Job Stress and Work Motivation variables have no effect on employee performance at PT Graha Inti Permai. This research shows that work stress is not the main consideration in employee performance. This research has limited research objects which were only carried out on employees of PT. Graha Inti Permai. In this research, it combines the variables of work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Graha Inti Permai.

Abstract

English This research was conducted to determine the partial or simultaneous influence of the independent variables, namely Market Orientation, Entrepreneurship Orientation and Innovation on the dependent variable, namely MSME Performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research is MSME business actors in Harapan Baru Village, North Bekasi District, Bekasi City. The number of samples used in this research was 55 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data processing and hypothesis testing using Smart-PLS 4.0. The results of this research explain that the Market Orientation variable has no and no significant effect on MSME Performance, the Entrepreneurial Orientation variable has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance and Innovation has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance.

Abstract

A Quantitative descriptive approach, and this study has a sample of 100 survey respondents in generation X, who have used and downloaded Shopee in Teluk Pucung Village. The analysis tool uses SmartPLS 4.0 for hypothesis testing and the feasibility of research methods. This sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling techniques, the data is collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that 1. EWOM has a positive and significant effect on trust; 2. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Trust; 3. Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention; 4. EWOM has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention; 5. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention; 6. E-wom has a positive effect on Purchase Intention mediated by Trust; 7. Brand Image has a positive effect on Purchase Intention mediated by Trust. This limitation is the object of research conducted by generation X Shopee users in Teluk Pucung Village, so that it can be used as a suggestion for future researchers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampel yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 54 responden. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar serta secara simultan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar.

Abstract

This research is research used to measure the influence of product quality, lifestyle, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for used iPhone smartphone products in Bekasi City. The technique used was accidental sampling technique with the number of samples used in this research being 113 respondents. Hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research provide an explanation that lifestyle variables do not significantly influence the decision to purchase used iPhone smartphone products in Bekasi City. However, the variables product quality, brand image and price have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for used iPhone smartphone products in Bekasi City. This research has the limitation of the research object being that it was only conducted on used iPhone smartphone users in Bekasi City. This can be a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this research combines the variables of product quality, lifestyle, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for used iPhone smartphone products in Bekasi City.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dari variabel bebas yaitu Kepemimpinan terhadap variabel terkait yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Restoran Nabeya Iemon. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier sederhana, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian ini dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 29. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah karyawan restoran nabeya iemon dengan responden berjumlah 40 orang. Secara parsial variabel Kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Fenomena munculnya berbagai coffee shop di Indonesia memang sedang booming dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan signifikan jumlah kedai kopi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir serta konsumsi kopi dalam negeri. Persaingan terlihat semakin sengit ketika banyak dijumpai Coffee Shop yang saling berdekatan dan juga berdampingan. Maka dari itu setiap perusahaan harus memiliki strategi pemasaran untuk konsumen guna meningkatkan penjualan perusahaan dan juga bersaing dengan kompetitor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Analisis SWOT dalam Menentukan Strategi Pemasaran Bisnis Seikow Coffee Bekasi. Untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran yang tepat pada Seikow Coffee Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari tiga alur yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan Matriks SWOT 4 Kuadran, Seikow Coffee berada di kuadran I yaitu strategi pertumbuhan Agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy) yang artinya situasi yang sangat menguntungkan karena memiliki peluang dan kekuatan yang tinggi sehingga dapat memanfaatkan kesempatan yang ada. Strategi pemasaran yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung semua kekuatan yang dimiliki perusahaan dan memanfaatkan kesempatan atau peluang yang ada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengarih dari variable bebas yaitu Promosi, Kualitas Produk, Lokasi, dan Social Media Marketing Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Toko Sepatu Beksik Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pengaruh Promosi, Kualitas Produk, Lokasi, dan Social Media Marketing berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan sepatu di Toko Sepatu Beksik Bekasi. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dan dijadikan sampel sebanyak 115 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menguji outer dan inner dengan menggunakan alat statistik SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, secara parsial social media marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji hipotesis t yaitu secara simultan kualitas produk dan social media marketing berpegaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian keputusan pada Toko Sepatu Beksik di Bekasi.
