Abstract

The development of technology requires a variety of activities that can be easily accessible regardless of time and space. The development of information technology becomes innovative, dynamic, and economically beneficial solutions. The information technology is an answer to the problems and challenges faced by the world of education. Cloud computing changes the way information technology services are provided and distributed, so that institutions have the opportunity to access educational and scientific information. Cloud computing is a computing model, where the resources such as processor or computing power, storage, network, and software become abstract and are provided as a service on a network or internet by using remote access patterns. The use of cloud computing based technologies in the learning process can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness in improving the quality of learning outcomes

Abstract

BPJS kesehatan sebagai Badan Pelaksana merupakan badan hukum public yang dibentuk untuk menyelenggara program jaminan kesehatan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia yang tujuannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat yang layak diberikan kepada setiap orang yang telah membayar iuran atau iurannya dibayar oleh Pemerintah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuatsistem administrasi pelayanan pasien BPJS pada Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Baru Kota Bengkulu dan memberikan kemudahan dalam penyajian informasi yang cepat dan akurat.Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Baru Kota Bengkulu yang dimulai pada bulan Januari 2015 sampai dengan Maret 2015. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka.Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem administrasi pelayanan pasien BPJS, dapat memberikan manfaat yang cukup berarti antara lain proses pengolahan data pelayanan pasien dilakukan dengan cepat serta menghasilkan laporan yang rinci, sehingga membuat pekerjaan akan lebih efektif, efisien, lengkap dan akurat.

Abstract

Pada sektor pendidikan, komputerisasi sangatlah diminati karena sangat mempermudah dalam berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan. Pada sebuah kampus program beasiswa sangat membantu mahasiswa-mahasiswi yang berkuliah dikampus tersebut. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan sistem berbasis komputer yang interaktif yang membantu pengambilan keputusan memanfaatkan model untuk menyelesaikan masalah - masalah yang tak terstruktur dan semi testruktur. Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan urutanprioritas alternatif keputusan dengan kriteria jamak, selain itu metode ini merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yang mengkuantifikasikan pendapat seseorang atau lebih dalam skala tertentu pada konsepnya metode ini menggunakan perhitungan secara eksponensial, perbedaan nilai antara kriteria dapat dibedakan tergantung kepada kemampuan orang yang menilai. Penerapan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Beasiswa Generasi Milenial Islam (GERIMIS) pada kantor Baznas Provinsi Bengkulu akan dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic Net dengan menggunakan database SQL Server sebagai alat dalam penyimpanan hasil pengolahan data yang dapat digunakan oleh staff pada kantor Baznas Provinsi Bengkulu dalam penginputan data calon penerima beasiswa tiap tahunnya berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, sehingga nantinya dapat mempermudah dalam penentuan penerima Beasiswa Generasi Milenial Islam (GERIMIS) tahun selanjutnya.

Abstract

PT. Agro Muko is a Foreign Investment Company engaged in oil palm and rubber plantations. Administratively, PT. Agro Muko is located between several sub-districts, namely North Mukomuko, South Mukomuko, Lubuk Pinang, Teras Terunjam, Pondok Suguh, V Koto, Penarik, Selagan Jaya, Air Dikit and Teramang Jaya Sub-Districts, Bengkulu Regency. For this reason, the researcher tried to build an application that compares the Preference Selection Index (PSI) Method with The Simple Additive Weight (SAW) Method on the selection of the best foreman using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method using Visual Basic Net, in order to facilitate PT Agro muko in the selection of the best employee every year. Based on the results of the study, the comparison application of the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method with the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method on the Best Foreman Selection at PT Agro Muko was made using Visual Basic Net programming language with SQL server database as a supporting medium, storing the results of data processing that can be used. used by PT Argo Muko in inputting employee data, so that later it can help in overcoming existing problems so that the process of selecting the best foreman can be done using the application.

Abstract

Toko Pebi is one of the business places that sells various kinds of household items such as plastic chairs, spring bads, sofa bads, dining tables, and others that can be purchased by consumers. The purpose of this research is to provide information on which items are in greatest demand and which items are less in demand through the a priori algorithm. The application of data mining to analyze sales data at Toko Pebi is used to provide information on the results of the analysis of sales data at Toko Pebi every month which can be used as a parameter in managing the inventory of goods at Toko Pebi, besides that it can provide information on the items that sell the most at Toko Pebi. In analyzing the sales data, the Apriori Method has been applied, so that the stages of the final results of the analysis go through the stages of the Apriori Method by meeting the minimum support and minimum confidence that have been previously determined. Based on the results of tests that have been carried out on a sample of data for December 2022 as many as 30 transactions, it is found that the sales of goods that are most in demand by the community are dining chairs and dining tables that meet the minimum support of 20% and confidence of 50%.

Abstract

One system that can monitor computer networks is using spicework. Spiceworks monitors based on the ip address of the computer connected to the network, spicework in monitoring the network requires high hardware specifications of at least 4GB memory. A system that can monitor the network does not yet exist on the SMK N 1 Bengkulu City network, the computer network at SMK N 1 Bengkulu City is used by students, teachers and TU, libraries and for other purposes, in addition to knowing whether or not the computer is connected to the SMK N 1 Bengkulu City computer network, it can also be used to monitor the resources (hard disk and memory) of the device. Abstract

Apotek Zhafirah often experience difficulties in making decisions for drug procurement. This is due to a factor that must be considered by the dispensary manager, namely the number of sales of drug items. Pharmacy managers are required to find ways to control the right order so as to reduce the occurrence of drug accumulation. The system is designed by paying attention to user needs related to Pareto ABC analysis process, which is a method used for inventory planning analysis. The system implementation uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the research method used in this research is the waterfall method. Waterfall method is able to analyze the needs used to find out from the weaknesses of the old system, then make a design and continue with the design of the new system. By using Pareto ABC method, the results showed that drug data from January to December 2022 for the type of drug acarbose 50Mg consisted of Group A (March, June, July, August, September), Group B (January, April, May October) and Group C (February, November, December) while the amount of procurement was 9,642.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve students' knowledge and skills in web interface design using Figma at SMA Pancasila Bengkulu. The main problems include limited understanding of UI design and lack of practical skills in using design tools. The solution was implemented through training and hands-on practice. The method consists of observation, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results indicate improved student understanding and skills in designing web interfaces. This activity enhances digital literacy and creativity.
