Abstract

The Growing of in Umroh Travel Agent make rigid and strict for Competition,especially about promotion program for marketing, Promotion is one of effort oraim for facing the competitiveness and acquatinance all of product which thecompany have it. Promotion should have done by interesting and creativeprogram, it can be done looking for and attracting for all the customer , on thatground PT Akram Rihlah Mubarak Bekasi is one of Umrah Travel Agent alwaysgive the variety and innovation of the Promotion for the Costumer, and thepromotion which is setting out by the the variety and innovation have been donefor defencing the competitiveness. The research use the qualitative method byusing the Interview, Observation and literature study, PT Akram Rihlah MubarakBekasi need more of strategies which have been done, and as a result the target ofPromotion has been reach out 75% in 2013, 60% in 2014 and 66,6% in 2015,reach out of the target of Promotion considerate between (realization –Planning/Planningx100%), with the result of the target of promotion which havebeen reach out by ground PT Akram Rihlah Mubarak Bekasi, it can makeconclusion, generally the program of promotion have been done effectiveness ,but in the future the company must think of the best alternative for facing thecompetitiveness by more Effective and innovative Strategies

Abstract

This research purposes to identificate the mentality of student attitudes toward build entrepreneur.Background of this research are there is matter how to understand and improve the mentality of Student attitude toward entrepreneurship, where they still considered the main of important to build entrepreneurship is capital. That can describe the dominant factors much influence for all of the student.The Results for this research are intrepretation for mentality attitude to build entrepreneurship consist of the average of visioner is 4.37, creativity and inovative is 3.91, can make opportunity is 3.79, leadership is 4.02, and self confidence is 3.8. it can describe, it is still under average about some of student attitudes toward build entrepreneurship, it is especially creativity and inovative, can make opportunity, self confidence, so the solution is make understanding for all of student that one of important thing for growing entrepreneurship that build the high mental capability.Keyword: attitude toward, entrepreneurship

Abstract

Organization culture is a concept with multidimensional characteristic which consists of belief, values, and behavior pattern an assumption, that can be spread to organization, in other hand organization culture is one of element with have specific characteristic that can be improved quality and change in process management of organization performance, the research uses qualitative and qualitative design, data have been collected by observation, interview, and questionnaire. Data Analytic Technique uses factor analytic with other calculation, for other calculation, this research uses some indicator in organization culture, and it has been classified for some cluster consist of Constructive Cluster, Passive or Defensive cluster, and Aggressive cluster. The Result of research can be described some indicator of organization culture are constructive cluster consist of innovation, Information, and technology benefits, new methods, loyalty and belief, transparent and openness, in other hands passive or defensive cluster, consists of evaluation and controlling, monitoring system, opportunities for increased performance, change, and service of organization and aggressive cluster consist of opportunities for  carrier development, self -  improvement, empathy

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan faktor yang paling esensial dalam suatu perusahaan, suatu observasi telah dilakukan bahwa suatu kepemimpinan yang efektif dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap keefektifan organisasi, oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan kesiapan bagi seorang pemimpin dalam memimpin perusahaannya agar terciptanya keefektifan dalam organisasi, penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada 40 orang karyawan pada PD Pasar Jaya HWI Lindeteves Jakarta Barat, teknik pengambilan Purposive sampling, teknik pengolahan data dengan mengunakan analisis faktor melalui perhitungan matrik korelasi, ekstraksi faktor dan rotasi faktor, dari pengolahan data diperoleh dari hasil Rotated component matrix diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari 14 Indikator terdapat direduksi menjadi 4 faktor saja, dimana terdiri dari faktor – faktor yang dapat membentuk Kesiapan Pola Kepemimpinan Level  1 (satu) sampai 4(empat), untuk kedepannya prusahan dapat menerapkan faktor- faktor tersebut untuk menunjang keefektifan organisasi disertai dengan faktor lainnya  seperti penerapan komunikasi yang efektif, hubungan yang baik dengan konsumen, kemampuan karyawan

Abstract

In organization must have done planning in human resource management processing to get right person for the right position. the targets of human resource management in organization management functions tell about leadership issues. The purpose of the research to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance in PD Pasar Jaya HWI Lindeteves West Jakarta in Nursing Field. The method is used the method of quantitative analysis. The data obtained through the spread of questionnaires with Likert scale measurements, for the sample of 36 respondents from a population of 40 employees. The technique analysis is used correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and test of regression equation. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficient obtained value of 0.385 indicates that the low level of relationship between leadership styles on employee performance, the coefficient of determination shows the value  indicates that the influence of leadership style on employee performance influential and the rest influenced by others factors such as work discipline, motivation, training, job satisfaction and compensation. From the regression is meaning the leadership style plus 1 unit then will increase employee performance, For advice, the organization should has to head of the nursing field continue to work, improve and understand the application of leadership style to employees it can be more conducive.

Abstract

ABSTRACTInformation on the success of an organization / company depends on how big the benefits perceived by the users of such information. This study aims to adopt the model of DeLone and McLean to test six (6 variables) that influence the success of information from the model is that the quality system (KS), the quality of information (KI), quality of service (KP), the use of (P), the satisfaction of users ( KP), and benefits Net (MB). The process of proving the success of this information, the authors did on information services on the Web Nusa Mandiri Career Center STMIK Nusa Mandiri Jakarta by involving respondents were 140 alumni of STMIK Nusa Mandiri years passed December 2014, data were collected through surveys and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (Structured Equation Modeling ) and AMOS 7.0 software package. From the results of this study found that the quality system (KP), information quality (IQ), and Quality of Service (KP) does not affect the effectiveness of the use of information technology. While the factors that influence the effectiveness of the use of information for career information service are The user satisfaction (KPG) and use (P) which also affect the net benefit (MB) for the usage of system utilization informas. Further research on the arrangement of the model variables that will become the model adopted as the basis of measuring the effectiveness of information technology especially in service delivery Career Information.Keywords: Information, Model DeLone and McLean, Structured Equation Modeling (SEM), AMOS, Nusa Mandiri Career Center.ABSTRAKKesuksesan Informasi pada sebuah organisasi/perusahaan bergantung kepada seberapa besar manfaat yang dirasakan oleh pengguna dari Informasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengadopsi model DeLone dan McLean untuk menguji 6 (enam variabel) yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan Informasi dari model tersebut yaitu kualitas sistem (KS), kualitas informasi (KI), kualitas pelayanan (KP), penggunaan (P), kepuasaan pengguna (KP), dan manfaat-manfaat Bersih (MB). Proses pembuktian kesuksesan Informasi ini, penulis lakukan pada layanan Informasi di Web Nusa Mandiri Career Center STMIK Nusa Mandiri Jakarta dengan melibatkan reponden sebanyak 140 alumni STMIK Nusa Mandiri tahun lulus Desember 2014. Data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui survei dan dianalisis dengan Permodelan Persamaan Struktural (Structured Equation Modeling) dan paket perangkat lunak AMOS 7.0. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kualitas sistem (KP), kualitas informasi (KI), dan Kualitas Pelayanan (KP) tidak mempengaruhi efektivitas teknologi pemanfaatan Informasi. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas pemanfaatan Informasi internet untuk layanan informasi karir adalah Kepuasan Penguna (KPG) dan penggunaan (P) yang juga mempengaruhi manfaat bersih (MB) bagi pengunaan pemanfaatan sistem informas. Penelitian lebih lanjut pada penataan variabel model yang nantinya akan menjadi model yang diadopsi sebagai landasan dalam mengukur efektivitas teknologi informasi khususnya dalam pemberian layanan Informasi Karir.Kata kunci : Informasi, Model DeLone dan McLean, Structured Equation Modeling (SEM), AMOS, Nusa Mandiri Career Center.

Abstract

Abstrak: Jakarta sebagai kota metropolitan ditempati oleh penduduk dengan mobilitas tinggi, sehingga membutuhkan transportasi publik yang nyaman, aman, dan cepat. Transjakarta adalah salah satu jenis transportasi publik yang banyak digunakan untuk kegiatan sehari-hari. Sejak mulai dioperasikan, transjakarta memiliki banyak peminat. PT Transportasi Jakarta atau yang dikenal dengan Transjakarta adalah lembaga pengelola Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) atau lebih dikenal dengan Busway. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi faktor-faktor desain win-win solution yang merupakan strategi suatu reformasi kebijakan berdasarkan pandangan pasar atau disini merupakan para penguna jasa transportasi yang mana tujuannnya adalah meningkatkan efesiensi dengan mengurangi beberapa penyimpangan- penyimpangan pada sejumlah pilihan konsumen dan menstimulasi mobilitas sarana transportasi. Bentuk penelitian kausalitatif dan bersifat kuantitatif, sampel penelitian ini adalah para penguna jasa Transportasi publik Transjakarta khususnya penguna Transjakarta atau busway, adapun analisis tingkat kepuasan yang diinginkan, dimana dengan mengunakan Pendekatan “IPA” Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), dari hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa bahwa dari 20 (dua puluh indikator) dapat direduksi menjadi 4 (empat) faktor diantaranya di bagi menjadi kuadran 1 (Concentrate These), Kuadran 2: (Keep Up The Good Work), Kuadran 3 (Low Priority), Kuadran 4 : (Possible Overkill)yang didapatkan dari nilai rotasi faktor. Kata kunci: kepuasan, win-win transportation solution. Abstract: Jakarta is one of metropolitan that is occupied by the people with have high mobility, thus requiring public transportation convenient, safe, and fast. Transjakarta is one type of public transport which is widely used for everyday activities. Since it has been starting operation by Transjakarta there has been many passengers. PT Transportation Jakarta which known as Transjakarta is an institution which taking over responsibility for Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) or better known as the Busway.Research have purpose for knowing the evalution of win-win transportation solution factors which one of strategies that have been designed for reforming all of policy based on market segmentation, or user transportation, it has purpose for developing efficiency with reduct some of deviation from customer or user transportation choices and how to stimulate the mobility of transportation. The research use Causalitative and Quantitative methode, and the sampling of this research are user public transportation especially or the user of busway as a transportation, meanwhile for the analysis of Customer satisfaction which is expectated by customer, for this research use the Importance –Performance Analysis(IPA)approach.This reselt of research can be described that from amount of win-win solution transportation can be reduct until four factors consist of concrate These, Keep Up The Good Work, Low Priority, Possible Overkill which have been got by Rotation Factor Value. Abstract

Turbulance in Management unconsciously has created a challenge in public sector and private sector for managing enterprises, so that undergoing all of vision which have been set and in the end can increase productivity, as for the purpose of research is knowing relationship between compesation, performance of employee toward productivity. The method research uses Quallitantif design and analytic data uses Canonical corellation, the sources of data has been obtained by Questionnaire distribution with taking some sample with amount 34 employee or staffing from .PT Gotrans Logistics International The result of Research have been proved that  Individual test and Group test with Canonical Analysis describe between compensation, performance employee toward productivity have significance relationship, however they need attention especially for compensation function whereas the implementation of Compensation function, because the compensation is still implementated amount 0.29946 less than performancen of employee with amount 0.7236, and advice for this result as a entreprises can increase and develop for implementating the compensation function    Keywords: Compensation, performance, productivity
