Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the variable influence of work motivation and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Credit Compaines Kwitang Branch. The research used is a quantitative method. The research took a sample of 32 employees at PT. Astra Credit Compaines Kwitang Branch, then the results showed motivation variables work and work stress have a significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation and work stress are important variable components in improving employee performance

Abstract

Currently the apparel industry is the industrial sector that is most popular with all consumers, so various efforts are made by companies to increase purchases made by consumers, several ways are carried out by producers or companies by improving product quality and product design, the aim of the research is to determine variables, namely product quality and product design that can determine and differentiate purchasing decisions. Research was carried out with a quantitative research design, with data collection methods through distributing questionnaires with 100 respondents, data processing was carried out using Determinant Analysis with Steps between Determining Averages the average discriminant variable between groups, the stage of determining the discriminant function, determining the estimated discriminant function, so that the research results show that the Canonical Correlation value is 0.890 or the canonical correlation (CR2): or the same as 0.7921, so it can be concluded that 79.21% of the variation in decisions Purchasing can be explained through product design and product quality. From the standard Canonical Discriminant Function Coefficient table, the Product Design discriminant variable (0.684) is relatively more important in forming the discriminant function in improving consumer purchasing decisions compared to product quality.

Abstract

Human resources have a very important role in determining the progress of an organization, the goals of an agency are largely determined by the performance of human resources or the performance of employees within it. To improve employee work performance, one way is to provide training to employees and pay attention to the work environment around employees. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Directorate General of Binalavotas. The method used in this research is a quantitative method which uses a sample of 50 respondents and the sampling in this research is a non-probability technique with census sampling, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of research using the t test show that the training variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely the value of T-count > T-table (8.581 > 2.012) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and the work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely obtained T-count>T-table value (10,227 > 2,012) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the F test for the training and work environment variables can be concluded that the training and work environment variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely the value obtained Fcount>Ftable (58.725 > 3.20) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Dalam mencapai keunggulan di tengah persaingan dunia bisnis tidak dapat dicapai hanya dengan mengandalkan sistem perusahaan yang baik, infrastruktur yang memadai, tetapi juga bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia yang mengimplementasikan strategi dan rencana perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Klinik Lamina Pain and Spine Center Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitaif dengan sampling jenuh Non-Probability Sampling yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel berjumlah 62 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 5.092 > t tabel 2.001. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 2.325 > t tabel 2.001. Pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai F hitung 40.249 > F tabel 3.15.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction of HPAI products. This research is quantitative descriptive, which uses a data collection method in the form of literature studies, interview and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents in Rawasari urban village with the criteria of having purchased and consumed HPAI products. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with a convenience sampling approach. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS to calculate data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, determination coefficient tests and linear regression tests. The results of the research show that price and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction of HPAI products. However, partially the price does not have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of HPAI products, while product quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of HPAI products.

Abstract

Fenomena Korean Wave telah memberikan dampak besar terhadap perubahan perilaku konsumen di Indonesia, terutama dalam hal meningkatnya ketertarikan terhadap budaya Korea serta produk-produk yang berkaitan dengannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand ambassador NCT Dream dan brand image terhadap minat beli produk TosTos dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup konsumen yang pernah membeli produk TosTos sekaligus merupakan penggemar NCT Dream, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 225 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik brand ambassador maupun brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Nilai t hitung untuk variabel brand ambassador sebesar 7,552, dan untuk brand image sebesar 12,469, keduanya melebihi t tabel sebesar 1,971, dengan tingkat signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kehadiran NCT Dream sebagai brand ambassador serta citra merek yang kuat mampu meningkatkan minat beli konsumen terhadap produk TosTos. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk menjaga dan mengoptimalkan popularitas brand ambassador serta memperkuat brand image sebagai bagian dari strategi pemasaran guna menarik perhatian dan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen

Penelitian dilakukan guna mengevaluasi sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan serta struktur harga memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan transportasi. online Grab di wilayah Jakarta Pusat. Mengingat ekspansi pesat sektor transportasi berbasis digital di lingkungan perkotaan, penyedia layanan harus Dalam Penelitian ini, pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan guna mengevaluasi berbagai faktor yang berdampak pada tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan transportasi online , dengan mengumpulkan data dari 200 pengguna GrabBike dan GrabCar yang dipilih sebagai sampel. Responden ini berada di wilayah Jakarta Pusat. Proses akumulasi data dijalankan melalui distribusi kuesioner online pada responden, lalu data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS. Temuan dari analisis ini mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga, secara individual ataupun bersamaan, memiliki dampak yang kuat dan positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Meskipun variabel tersebut tidak signifikan dalam konteks variabel yang ada. Secara ringkas, penyedia layanan seperti Grab harus memprioritaskan kualitas dan harga sebagai elemen penting dalam mengoptimalkan bentuk kepuasan pengguna jasa Grab

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Advan Store Mall Ambasador. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique to 80 respondents who are Advan customers. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and processed using multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study indicate that both product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The t-test value for the product quality variable is 2.737 (significance 0.008) and for the service variable is 2.450 (significance 0.017), which means both have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the F-test result of 10.699 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 indicates that together product quality and service have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination of 49.76% indicates that almost half of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by these two variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. Thus, improving product and service quality is an important factor for Advan in building customer satisfaction and loyalty amidst increasingly tight competition in the electronics market.

Abstract

Bibit is an investment fund application designed to help beginners start investing. This application allows users to start investing optimally according to their desired level of risk without requiring any prior experience. This study is helpful for examining how financial technology and financial knowledge affect mutual fund investing choices made via the Bibit app among generation z. The research method used involves quantitative primary data, using a questionnaire provided through Google Forms, and 150 respondents were selected using the Hair formula. Purposive sampling was used to sampling methode for this study., and SPSS version 22 was utilised to analyse the data. There are multiple testing phases in the data analysis process, including hypothesis testing, Coefficient of determination testing, linear regression testing, and conventional assumptions. The findings of this investigation demonstrate that they both strongly and favourably affect investment choices.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui serta menganalisis atas seberapa besar dampak variabel stress dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Adfam Skala Teknindo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner), dan observasi lapangan, untuk skala pengukuran  adalah skala likert. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel melalui teknik sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi karyawan dijadikan sampel sebanyak 45 karyawan, analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26 melalui analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas asumsi klasik, normalitas, multikoliniaritas, heterokedasitas, Uji T dan Uji F serta koefisien determinasi,  hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stress Kerja dan motivasi kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, begitu dari hasil penelitian dapat di berikan rekomendasi bahwa pihak manajemen sebaiknya dapat mengelola tingkat kadar stress kerja pada situasi yang stabil dan aman serta menjembatani hubungan yang baik antar pegawai, selain itu perusahaan dapat memberikan arahan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan
