Abstract

Digital Marketing merupakan salah satu media pemasaran yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat untuk mendukung berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan (Gumilang, 2019). Pemanfaatan digital marketing seperti Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, maupun Shopee dapat digunakan sebegai media digital yang nantinya akan digunakan oleh Masyarakat di Desa Kemang untuk menjual dan mengenalkan produk ke konsumen. Pelatihan Desain Kemasan Produk juga disampaikan kepada masyarakat Desa Kemang untuk menambah nilai keindahan dan nilai jual pada suatu produk yang akan mereka jual. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kemang dapat menjalankan dan menerapkan langsung pengetahuan yang telah didapatkan atas materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Literasi menabung pada anak SD di Desa Kemang, Kecamatan Lembak, merupakan upaya penting dalam mengajarkan anak-anak tentang pentingnya mengelola uang secara bijak sejak usia dini. Program literasi menabung ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada anak-anak tentang cara menyimpan uang, merencanakan pengeluaran, dan mengenalkan konsep tabungan. Dalam program ini, anak-anak diajarkan tentang konsep menabung melalui berbagai kegiatan interaktif dan cerita yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Mereka diberi pemahaman tentang tujuan menabung, seperti untuk membeli barang yang diinginkan, mempersiapkan masa depan, atau membantu dalam situasi darurat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode ceramah (tentang pentingnya menabung), tutorial dan praktik membuat celengan dari bahan bekas serta diskusi. Dengan adanya program literasi menabung ini, diharapkan anak-anak SD di Desa Kemang dapat tumbuh dengan pemahaman yang kuat tentang pentingnya mengelola uang dengan bijak dan memiliki kebiasaan menabung yang positif sejak usia dini. Hal ini akan membantu mereka membangun pondasi keuangan yang kokoh untuk masa depan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine consumer perspectives regarding the use of LRT (Light Rail Transit) Palembang, data collection techniques were obtained from observational research, interviews and questionnaires. To make the initial steps of SWOT analysis and make decisions, this data collection technique uses questionnaire data collection of 130 samples, which form each SWOT variable. The results of the data analysis of the internal factor value, namely 3.89, were obtained from the total sum of the company's strength and weakness factor ratings. A value of 3.89 means that the value is high according to the Likert scale assessment. The highest strength value is found in the point of complete, safe and comfortable business facilities for business continuity with a weight of 3.75 which shows that LRT facilities have a big influence on business and the highest weakness value is found in the point that route coverage has not been fully detected in the Palembang area with a weight of 3.57. Meanwhile, the data analysis value of the external factor value is 3.13, which means that the value is high according to the Likert scale assessment, and the highest opportunity value is found at the passenger target point which will continue to increase with a weight of 3.61, which shows that the company is able to maximally capture market share. and supported by high purchasing power, while the low opportunity value is found at the point of development of the LRT network connecting the city of Palembang with a weight of 3.55, the lowest threat value is at the point where people prefer to use private vehicles with a weight of 3.26.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Astra Isuzu Palembang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, documentation and observation. The analysis method used is quantitative method. So that researchers take the entire population, namely employees totaling 54 people. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. This study uses a descriptive correlation method with the aim of providing an overview of the effect of Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance of PT Astra Isuzu Palembang. Based on the data analysis conducted, it shows that the significant influence of variable X1 (work discipline) with variable X2 (career development) with variable Y (employee performance). Thus the results of the study can be concluded that the research hypothesis that there is a positive influence on Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance of PT Astra Isuzu Palembang, can be tested or accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of E-Marketing Mix on Purchase Decisions in E-Commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada). This research is a descriptive quantitative research. There were 433 samples in the study using the slovin formula. The sample technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 24. Based on the research data the results of the multiple linear regression coefficient test obtained the final equation, namely Y = 1.490 + 0.563X1+ 0.279X2 +0.708X3+ 0.615X4 +0.018X5 +0.134X6 +0.798 X7 + e. Based on the results of the t test or partially where Product (X1) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Price (X2) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Place (X3) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Promotion (X4) Process ( X5) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 People (X6) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Physical Evidence (X7) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that it can be said that the variable independent significant effect on the dependent variable. the variables studied have an influence on purchasing decisions. the results of the F test can be said to be 0.000 <0.05, which means Ho.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentive policies and work motivation on employee loyalty at The Arista Hotel Palembang In this study, respondents' data collection filled out a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of The Arista Hotel in the Southern Sumatra Region totaling 84 non-permanent employees. Incentive policy (X1) in the test results on employee loyalty (Y) obtained a tcount value of 0.15 smaller than the t table value of 1.989 and a significance value of -0.874 greater than the alpha value of 5% or 0.05, so the conclusion is that the effect of incentive policy (X1) has no significant effect on employee loyalty (Y). Motivation (X2) in the test results on employee performance (Y) it is known that the t value of 6.795 is greater than the t table value of 1.989 and the significance value of 0.000 is less than the alpha value of 5% or 0.05 so the conclusion is that work motivation (X2) has a significant effect on employee loyalty (Y). While the F test shows that all models tested on the variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable with a value at sig less than 0.05, so all independent factors affect the dependent variable. As well as simultaneously, that 62.4% of employee loyalty indicators are influenced by incentives and work motivation only, while 37.6% is influenced by factors not taken into account in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Perum Damri Palembang branch. The method in this study was associative research. The analysis in this research utilized multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Perum Damri Palembang branch. This research is expected to provide benefits for companies to evaluate employee performance through compensation and work environment.

Abstract

Tingkat stress yang tinggi atau rendah tergantung pada manajemen stress yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja untuk mengelola stressor kerja bahwa stress kerja memiliki hubungan dengan beban kerja, dimana aspek-aspek yang memiliki hubungan meliputi aspek tugas, waktu dan keadaan atau kondisi normal. PT. Berkat Sawit Sejati terdapat karyawan yang berkerja dengan batasan dan tekanan waktu yang berlebihan sehingga menciptakan stres kerja pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bagaimana dari pengaruh beban kerja dan stres terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Berkat Sawit Sejati Musi Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan melibatkan 70 responden, berdasarkan dari hasil menunjukkan bahwa baik beban kerja maupun stres kerja menunjukkan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan. Pengujian dalam penelitian dilakukan melalui uji parsial,uji simultan, dan koefisien determinasi pada SPSS versi 25, hasil dari pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja (X1) dan Stres Kerja (X2) signifikan pada Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Berkat Sawit Sejati Musi Banyuasin, dengan THitung masing-masing 7,961 dan 28,507 (THitung > TTabel 1,668). Secara bersama-sama, FHitung 619,051 (FHitung > FTabel 3,132) hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut bahwa beban kerja dan stres kerja berperan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan di perusahaan PT. Berkat Sawit Sejati Musi Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload and compensation on the performance of Rindang Coffee Shop employees in Palembang. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, observations and interviews. The technique used for sampling was nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling technique or quantitative method, so that the researcher took the entirepopulation, namely 30 employees. The instrument used in this research was Google Form. This research uses a questionnaire method (Questionnaire) with the aim of collecting data by filling out the questionnaire provided "The Influence of Workload and Compensation on the Performance of Rindang Coffee Shop Employees in Palembang." Based on the results of the research and analysis that has been carried out, X1 has a significant influence on theperformance of employees at Rindang Coffe Shop Palembang (Workload) and X2 (Compensation) have a significant influence together on Y (Employee Performance) at Rindang Coffe Shop Palembang. Thus, the research results can be concluded that the research hypothesis "The Influence of Workload and Compensation on the Performance of Rindang Coffee Shop Employees in Palembang can be tested for truth or can be accepted."

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Etos Kerja, Pelatihan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Tetap Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Sumatera Selatan secara parsial dan bersama-sama. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Tetap Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Sumatera Selatan sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Etos Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (0,04 < 0,05), Pelatihan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (0,27 > 0,05) dan Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (0,000 < 0,05). Etos Kerja, Pelatihan dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi bahwa etos kerja, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 84% dan sisanya 16% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
