Abstract

Introduction : The excessive use of gadgets by students sometimes often causes problems in the learning process resulting in a decrease in learning concentration in children, especially school-age children. Gadget use has a detrimental effect on children's interpersonal skills if used too often. Another influence of mobile phones on student learning achievement is that students become more dependent on mobile phones rather than having to study. The purpose of research : In this study to determine the relationship between the use of gadgets and the concentration of learning in children aged at SDN Cibogo, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency. Research methods : The research design is quantitative analytic with a cross sectional study approach. The sample in this study were school-age children using stratified random sampling technique with 53 respondents from a total population of 300 people at Cibogo Elementary School, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency. Results of research : Shows high Gadget Use with high Learning Concentration as much as 7 with a percentage (26.9%), if respondents who have High Gadget Use with Low Learning Concentration are 19 with a percentage (73.1%), while respondents who have Low Gadget Use with Concentration 17 with a high learning percentage (63.0%), and respondents who have low gadget use with a low learning concentration are 10 with a percentage (37.0%). Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the use of gadgets and the concentration of learning in students of SDN Cibogo, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency. and the results of the Odds Ratio (OR) 4.61 (1.4-14.8) indicate that respondents who have high use of gadgets will be at risk of experiencing low learning concentration. compared to respondents who have Low Gadget Use.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Stres kerja adalah perasaan tertekan yang dialami karyawan dalam menghadapi pekerjaan Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di RS X didapatkan faktor stres kerja dengan hasil rata-rata beban kerja 29, dan konflik rata-rata 28. Tujuan Penelitian : Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan konflik peran dengan stres kerja perawat di RS X Tahun 2023. Metode : Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan cara pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berupa angka, dan statistik untuk mengukur variabel dependet (terikat) yaitu stres kerja dan variabel independent (bebas) beban kerja dan konflik peran. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil Penelitian : Perawat di RIS Hospital yang mengalami stress sebanyak 87,5%, yang mengalami tidak stress 12,5%. Perawat di RS X mengalami beban kerja tinggi sejumlah 97.25%, sedangkan yang mengalami beban kerja rendah sejumlah 2.5%. Perawat di RS X yang memiliki konflik peran tinggi sebanyak 95.0 %, sedangkan yang memiliki konflik peran rendah sebanyak 5.0%. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan stres kerja pada perawat di RS X dengan P Value 0,007, dan hubungan yang signifikan antara konflik peran dan stres kerja pada perawat di RS X dengan P Value 0,000 . Saran : Penelitian ini disarankan agar membantu meminimalisir beban kerja dan konflik peran di lingkungan kerja, yang dapat memberikan penyegaran terhadap tugas keperawatan agar tidak terjadi stres kerja.

Abstract

Introduction: Adolescent girls are an age group that is vulnerable to various problems, one of which is body image. Body image is a person's perception of their physical appearance. A positive body image can increase self-confidence, while a negative body image can decrease self-confidence.. Research Objective: to know the relationship between body image and the level of self-confidence of adolescent girls at MTS Muhammadiyah 01 Ciputat, South Tangerang City. Methods: Quantitative research design with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample technique used by researchers is the Quota Sampling technique with a total of 60 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire sheet. Analysis of research data using the Chi Squere test Research. Results: The results of the analysis of the relationship between body image and the level of self-confidence obtained that there are 34 (56.7%) students who have a good body image with good self-confidence. Conclusion: There is a relationship between body image and the level of self-confidence of adolescent girls of MTS Muhammadiyah 01 Ciputat, South Tangerang City (p-value 0.004; OR .5.3). Suggestion: Respondents are expected to accept and appreciate their bodies as they are. Keywords : Body Image, Confidence Level, Students.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Hipertensi disebut juga sebagai “pembunuh diam–diam” karena orang dengan hipertensi sering tidak menampakkan gejala. Penyakit hipertensi ditandai dengan pembacaan tekanan darah yang melebihi nilai lebih dari 140 mmHg (sistolik) dan 90 mmHg (diastolik). Faktor penyebab hipertensi dalam penelitian ini diantaranya adalah kualitas tidur, obesitas dan stress. Tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada pra lansia. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan desain cross-sectional. Populasi Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional Dengan Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pasien kunjungan poliklinik penyakit dalam tahun 2023 sebanyak 1771 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 94 responden. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakaan uji Chi square.  Hasil Penelitian: hubungan kualitas tidur nilai P value = 0,004, obesitas nilai P value = 0,001 dan Tingkat stress nilai P value = 0,000. Hasil tersebut diketahui p value < α (0,05 Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang siginifikan antara kualitas tidur, obesitas dan stress dengan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada pra lansia.

Abstract

Fine motor skills are essential in early childhood development, supporting daily activities and school readiness. Brain gymnastics is a series of structured and simple movements involving coordination between the brain and body, designed to stimulate the nervous system and enhance motor development in a playful way. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. A total of 33 children aged 4–6 years were selected using purposive sampling. The Denver Developmental Screening Test (DDST) was used as the main instrument, completed through parent interviews and direct observation by the researcher before and after the brain gymnastics intervention. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Before the intervention, 21 children (63.3%) showed delayed fine motor development. After the intervention, 30 children (90.9%) reached the normal developmental stage appropriate for their age. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test revealed a significant difference with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant improvement in fine motor skills. The results demonstrate that brain gymnastics effectively improves fine motor skills in children aged 4–6 years. Through engaging and coordinated movements, brain gymnastics stimulates neural pathways and supports optimal motor development. Abstract

Perkembangan motorik halus merupakan aspek penting pada usia dini anak karena berperan dalam kemandirian dan kesiapan belajar. Salah satu stimulasi yang dapat digunakan adalah kegiatan mewarnai gambar, yang mampu melatih koordinasi mata dan tangan serta keterampilan otot kecil anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh stimulasi mewarnai gambar terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak usia 4–5 tahun di TPQ Nurul Qolbi Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan. Desain penelitian menggunakan pra-eksperimental dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel sebanyak 20 anak dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Denver Developmental Screening Test (DDST) II yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi berupa empat sesi kegiatan mewarnai dalam dua minggu. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan stimulasi mewarnai gambar terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak prasekolah (p=0,002). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kegiatan mewarnai gambar berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan motorik halus dan dapat direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu metode stimulasi yang sederhana, menyenangkan, serta mudah diterapkan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Innovation Practices and Organizational Dynamics on Organizational Growth at PT. Contindo Raya, with a focus on the mediating role of Employee Engagement. Utilizing a quantitative research design and random sampling of 70 employees, data were analyzed using SMART PLS to assess direct and indirect effects. The findings reveal that both Innovation Practices and Organizational Dynamics significantly influence Organizational Growth, with Employee Engagement acting as a critical mediator in these relationships. Innovation Practices directly enhance Employee Engagement, which in turn drives growth, while Organizational Dynamics also contribute to growth through their impact on Employee Engagement. These results underscore the importance of integrating innovative practices and improving organizational dynamics to foster a more engaged workforce and support sustainable growth. This study provides actionable insights for PT. Contindo Raya to leverage these factors for achieving competitive advantage and long-term success.
