Abstract

Agriculture is a source of life and a source of income for people who work as farmers. In addition, farmer groups also have an important role in managing agriculture. Farmer groups can help the welfare of farmers with the programs they have. In this study using qualitative research to collect data through interviews with informants. The results of the study show that the Dwi Sejati farmer group plays an important role for rice farmers in Banjarrejo village, and can make it easier for farmers to manage agriculture.

Abstract

In Indonesia today many people work as traders. Trading is done to buy and sell, one of which is the sale of consignment or selling point. In this study using field research methods with data collection in the form of interviews with informants. The results of this study indicate that consignment sales were carried out in marketing Mbah Wiji's cassava chips products by entrusting the products to a number of stalls around the production house.

Abstract

This research was carried out in December 2023 at Batanghari. The location of this research is determined deliberately (purposive sampling) with the consideration that Batanghari has good potential to carry out catfish farming business activities. Business Catfish rearing cultivation in Batanghari has been established since 2010. The total income obtained by farmers in carrying out a catfish rearing business, namely Rp. 110.000.000 and the income is obtained for one harvest, and the annual income is Rp. 440.000.000. Based on results of calculating the percentage of profits obtained from cultivators Catfish in Batanghari is 500kg, 10 fish per kg. Meanwhile, the value of the cost of production is 3,944. The profit value for the selling price of catfish is IDR 8,006/kg.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial position analysis of the KSM Sehat Sejahtera Cooperative for the period 2021 – 2022 using Income Trend analysis. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data sources according to the data obtained are primary data and secondary data as well as the documentation method with the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, namely a data processing method that uses mathematical calculations, which in this case uses a method namely: Income Trend. The analysis was carried out regarding Trend analysis for 1 year. From the results of the analysis for 1 year, it shows that assets and liabilities in the following year after 2021 will increase similar to what will be obtained by members who will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of cake sales with a consignment sales mechanism at Al-Khidmah Nurzaman Store in Cendrawasih Market Metro Lampung. The research used a field study method with interview data collection techniques. The results showed that the level of cake sales with the consignment system was higher than regular sales. The consignment sales rate grew 56% while regular sales were only 44%. The commission sharing system between cake owners (pengamanat) and shop owners (commissioners) is adjusted based on the agreement, which is 10-20% of the selling price per product. The consignment system is effective for both parties because the commissioner does not need additional capital and the pengamanat can expand marketing, although the pengamanat must apply specific criteria to avoid losses due to damage or unsold products.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of sharia banking in Indonesia, with a focus on the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. After experiencing the financial crisis in 1998 and the global crisis in 2008, Islamic banks continued to exist and showed resilience to the impact of the crisis. In 2015, the government plans to merge three state-owned sharia banks to increase efficiency and encourage sharia economic growth. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia based on profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data analysis from Bank Syariah Indonesia's financial reports for the 2021-2022 period. The research results show good financial performance, with profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios entering the good to very good category. This article contributes to understanding the contribution of Islamic banks to the national economy through financial performance evaluation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the profit and loss distribution mechanism in the Aida Jaya curtain joint venture with Marti convection, analyze the influence of financial performance on profit and loss distribution, and analyze the contribution of mature parties who influence the distribution of profit and loss. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that: (1) Profit and loss distribution is carried out with a ratio of 7:3 according to the initial capital of each party; (2). Financial performance does not affect the sharing ratio, but does affect the amount of profit or loss that is shared, (3) Contribute to the content of Aida Jaya Gorden in the form of production facilities and Konveksi Marti which provides production personnel, which greatly influences the success of this joint venture. Abstract

This research aims to analyze village financial management in terms of efficiency and effectiveness based on the performance of the village head in Banjarejo Village, Batanghari District, East Lampung. Village officials should be transparent in managing the village budget APBD in accordance with the principles of accountability, participation and budget responsibility. Village financial management includes planning, implementation, management and reporting stages. The village head's performance is measured using indicators of productivity, service quality, participation, responsibility and accountability. The number of research methods used is explained, and the research subject is the Head of Banjarejo Village. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with village heads, while secondary data was obtained from books. Good and fair forecasts are made based on budget figures and determination of village income and expenditure in 2022 and 2023. The research results show that productivity reaches 100% in 2022 and 2023, which means the village head's performance is effective. The efficiency level which reaches 100% in 2022 shows good performance, but falls to 89% in 2023 which shows good performance. This situation shows that village fund management must be improved for the success of village funds.
