Abstract

The recent surge in tourist visits in 2024 to Kediri City, marked by 31.37% increase over last year, indicates heightened activity among domestic and international travelers. This growth is attributed to innovative services, enhancing visitor satisfaction through unique experiences. Additionally, effective social media marketing strategies contribute to increased visitor awareness and interest by providing relevant and engaging information. This study aims to assess the Kampung Keren program based on brand loyalty, purchase intention, customer engagement, service innovativeness, and the role of social media marketing in promoting these aspects. The study involves 42 respondent utilizing Instagram for their tourism promotions. Purposive sampling was employed, and data collection occurred via questionnaires distributed during September and October 2024. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS, combining both primary and secondary sources. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive and significant direct relationship between innovativeness on customer engagement, brand loyalty on purchase intention. There is negative and significant direct relationship between customer engagement on brand loyalty. Insignificant direct relationship between customer engagement on brand satisfaction, brand satisfaction, innovativeness and social media marketing on brand loyalty, social media marketing on purchase intention. There is a negative and significant indirect relationship between customer engagement on brand loyalty mediated by brand satisfaction. There is an insignificant indirect relationship between innovativeness on brand satisfaction mediated by customer engagement, customer engagement and innovativeness on brand loyalty mediated by brand satisfaction and customer engagement, brand satisfaction, innovativeness and social media marketing on purchase intention mediated by brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of product quality and distribution channels on purchasing decisions at PT Putra Jaya Nanas Blitar. Types of quantitative research. Data collrction techniques primary data and secondary data, the number of samples is 100 responden at PT Putra Jaya Nanas Blitar. The analysis techniques are Validity Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The result of multiple linier regression research Y= 4,430 + 0,316X1 + 0,792X2 and the result of the t-test of product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Distribution channels have a significant effect on purchasing decisions the result of the F test obtained the result of Fcount with a significance value of 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

The reason of this study is to research the impact of product pleasant and price notion on client loyalty at PT Langgeng Utama Rekaindo Kediri using customer pleasure as a mediating variable. Abstract

This study examines effects of resilience, social support, and psychological well-being on employee performance at CV Duta Jaya Tehnic. Resilience refers to an individual’s capacity to handle work pressure and challenges. Social support includes assistance from coworkers and family. Psychological well-being denotes a healthy mental state. The study proposed significant partial and joint effects for the three predictors. A quantitative survey design was used. Questionnaires were distributed to 38 employees. Multiple linear regression evaluated partial and joint relationships between predictors and performance. Results show a significant positive effect of resilience on performance (p = 0.001 < 0.05). Social support (p = 0.573) and psychological well-being (p = 0.700) show no significant partial effects. Jointly, the three predictors explain performance significantly (p < 0.001). The findings highlight a central role for personal resilience in improving performance at CV Duta Jaya Tehnic, while social support and psychological well-being show no standalone effect within this sample. Overall, the regression model with the three predictors provides meaningful explanatory power for employee performance in this company. Managerial implications follow from the evidence. Prioritize initiatives to build resilience, including brief coping-skill sessions, energy management, and recovery practices. Maintain support systems and well-being programs, yet direct resources first toward resilience building.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: the influence of education on work ethic, the effect of training on work ethic, the influence  of education and training  on  work ethic.This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Grogol, Kediri Regency as many as 35 employees. The sampling technique uses Saturated sampling. Data collection techniques usequestionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption, multiple linear regression.The results of the study at the significance level of showed that: there was a positive and significant influence of education on work ethic, There is a positive and significant influence of training on work ethic, There is a simultaneous influence of education and training on work ethic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and location on housing purchase decisions at Shafira Residence Kediri. The research problem focuses on how product quality and location can affect consumers in making purchase decisions. This study employs a quantitative method with questionnaires distributed to respondents and data analysis conducted through validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, F-tests, and multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results indicate that product quality has a significant partial effect on purchase decisions. This means that the better the quality of the product offered, the higher the consumer’s interest in purchasing a house at Shafira Residence. Similarly, the location variable shows a significant partial effect on purchase decisions, where accessibility and strategic positioning serve as key factors. Simultaneously, product quality and location significantly influence purchase decisions, with an F-test value of 10.727 (significance < 0.001) and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.671, indicating that the two independent variables explain 67.1% of the variation in purchase decisions. The conclusion of this study is that product quality and location are important factors influencing consumer purchase decisions at Shafira Residence Kediri. Therefore, developers need to improve housing product quality, ensure timely completion of construction, and enhance road access to the location in order to attract more consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the influence of Financial Compensation, Non-Financial Compensation, and Work Morale on the Performance of Employees at PT. Pegadaian Kediri. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through purposive sampling, involving a sample of 44 employees of PT. Pegadaian Kediri. The analysis techniques employed include: the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the R² coefficient of determination. Based on the study's results, Financial Compensation has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance of PT. Pegadaian Kediri Sig 0.004 < 0.05. Non-Financial Compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of PT. Pegadaian Kediri, with a significance value of Sig 0.145 > 0.05. Work Morale has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Pegadaian Kediri with a significance value of Sig 0.011 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Financial Compensation, Non-Financial Compensation, and Work Morale have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Pegadaian Kediri with a significance value of Sig 0.002 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of job rotation, internal communication, and work ethic on employees performance at PT Pegadaian Kediri. Using a quantitative design, 44 employees were selected as respondents through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression in SPSS version 25. The t-test findings indicate that only job rotation exerts a significant and positive effect on performance, meaning that the rotation policy implemented by PT Pegadaian Kediri directly enhances employee outcomes. In contrast, internal communication and work ethic did not show significant partial effects. Nevertheless, the F-test confirmed that the three variables jointly have a significant impact on performance. These results underline the necessity of a holistic approach in managing human resources. The study suggests that optimizing job rotation practices, strengthening communication channels, and reinforcing work ethic are essential for maximizing productivity. Furthermore, this research contributes practical insights for PT Pegadaian Kediri in developing more comprehensive human resource management policies and offers a useful reference for subsequent studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, lokasi, serta promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di UD. Indokey Kediri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah pelanggan tetap yang melakukan pembelian kerupuk krecek di UD. Indokey dengan jumlah sampel 62 responden Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling accidental serta teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, serta uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. lokasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai signifikan 0,005 < 0,05. Promosi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai signifikan 0,026 < 0,05. Kualitas produk, lokasi, promosi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.
