Abstract

This research discusses the influence of product quality, price and consumer experience on Wardah lipstick users. The aim of this research is to determine and explain the influence of product quality, price and customer experience on Wardah lipstick users. This research was conducted from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023 with a population of 176 consumers. The sample who repeatedly purchased Wardah lipstick at the Riska store was 122 consumers from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023. The sampling method for this research used purposive sampling.The results of the research are that product quality has a partial effect on Wardah lipstick product loyalty at the Riska Store with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Price has a partial effect on Wardah lipstick product loyalty at the Riska Store with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Customer experience partially influences Wardah lipstick product loyalty at the Riska Store with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Product quality, price, customer experience have a significant effect on Wardah lipstick product loyalty at the Riska Store simultaneously with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price discounts and sales promotions on customer loyalty. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Satria Jaya Motor customers and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. The population in the study was 253 customers with a sample of 155 customers taken in March-April 2023. Data analysis techniques used included Test Validity, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test each variable was declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's Aplha value > 0.60. Then in the t test it is known that the price discount (X1) and sales promotion (X2) variables have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that these two variables partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). Then the F test shows that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which shows that price discounts and sales promotions have a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty to Satria Jaya Motor.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of advertising attractiveness and service quality on decisions to use transportation services at PT. PHD Trans. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to transportation service users at PT. PHD Trans and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. The population in this study was 450 service users and the sample was 212. Data analysis techniques used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test , and Test of the Coefficient of Determination R2. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test each variable was declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's Aplha value > 0.60. Then, in the t test, it is known that the variables of advertising attractiveness (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that these two variables partially have a significant effect on the decision to use the service. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh e-service quality, e-promotion, dan lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian pada online thrift shop Tukatukusecond. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi teknik pengambilan sampel deskriptif kuantitatif dan probability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modelling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS). Jumlah responden adalah 140. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan model skala likert. Pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa e-service quality berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, e-promotion berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan lifestyle berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix (4P), brand awareness, and content marketing on consumer loyalty for custom t-shirts at PT. Dns Merch in Kediri Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers of PT. Dns Merch and analyzed using SPSS Version 25. The data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination R2 Test. In the Validity Test, it was found that all question items (X1, X2, X3, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that each variable is valid. Then, in the Reliability Test, each variable is deemed reliable as they have a Cronbach’s Alpha value > 0.60. Furthermore, in the t Test, it was found that the marketing mix variables (4P) (X1), brand awareness (X2), and content marketing (X3) have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that these three variables significantly affect consumer loyalty in a partial manner. Lastly, the F Test shows a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the marketing mix (4P), brand awareness, and content marketing simultaneously influence consumer loyalty at PT. Dns Merch in Kediri Regency.

Abstract

Abstrack This research aims to determine the effect of teamwork and discipline on the work performance of PT employees. Arja Kayu Plywood Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative, with a population of 102 employees. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The research results show that the teamwork variable partially has no influence on work performance with a value of tcount (-0.810) > ttable (1.98373) with a sig value of 0.420 < 0.05. The discipline variable partially has a significant effect on work performance with a value of tcount (6.071) > ttable (1.98373) with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the variables of teamwork and discipline have a significant effect on the work performance of PT employees. Arja Kayu Plywood Indonesia. These results are proven by the Fcount in this study of 18.470 > 2.69 (Ftable) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Keywords: Teamwork; Discipline; Work Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim dan kedisiplinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Arja Kayulapis Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 102 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kerjasama tim secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai thitung (-0,810) > ttabel (1,98373) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,420 < 0,05. Variabel kedisiplinan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai thitung (6,071) > ttabel (1,98373) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 > 0,05. Secara simultan variabel kerjasama tim dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Arja Kayulapis Indonesia. Abstract

The value of the company is reflected in the share price of the company which is reflected in the bargaining power of the shares. Company growth is one indicator or measurement of how the company is developing or grow in a certain period. This study was conducted to examine the effect of price earning ratio, profitability and company size on company value with capital structure as a moderation variable in PT. Unilever Tbk Period 2015-2022. The sampling technique in this study is using the purposive sampling method. The population in this study was 1 company with a sample of 32 financial statements. This study used quarterly data with a total of 32 samples and used SPSS 25 as a statistical test tool to test descriptive statistical tests. Classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression test and residual test. The results showed that the price earning ratio, profitability and size of the company had a positive effect on the value of the company. Capital structure weakens the relationship between price earning ratio, profitability and company size to company value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at CV Pramita Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this research are consumers at CV Pramita Kediri. The sample in this research was 384 consumers with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the partial t test results show that the variables product quality, price and word of mouth influence purchasing decisions at CV Pramita Kediri. The results of the F test simultaneously mean product quality, price and word of mouth influence purchasing decisions at CV Pramita Kediri.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, business development requires the right strategies to attract customers through customer satisfaction. Therefore, research is needed to uncover whether interpersonal communication and service quality have a partial or simultaneous impact on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted in April 2023, with a sample of 95 respondents, customers of Hotel Front One Inn Kediri. A quantitative descriptive method was used in this research, involving data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis in this research included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results indicate that the interpersonal communication of employees with customers and the quality of service provided have a partial impact on Customer Satisfaction at Hotel Front One Inn Kediri. This is shown by the significance value below 0.05. Simultaneously, these variables are known to have an impact on customer satisfaction, with an influence of 27.3%. Hotel Front One Inn Kediri should provide training to its employees on effective communication with customers and how to provide the best service to customers, as it is evident that interpersonal communication and service quality have an impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Burnout is a factor that can diminish employees' effectiveness in performing their tasks. This research intends to investigate the influence of role conflict and role ambiguity on burnout, with cyberloafing as a moderating variable. The research employs a quantitative method using purposive sampling. The population consists of Generation Z employees in Kediri Regency, aged 18 to 27 years. Data were collected through a survey completed by 100 Generation Z workers. Data analysis was conducted using smartPLS4.0. The results of this research is indicate a significant and positive relationship between role conflict and burnout, while role ambiguity does not have a significant effect on burnout. Cyberloafing has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between role conflict and role ambiguity on burnout. There-fore, it is recommended that companies clarify job roles, improve communication, and implement flexible cyberloafing policies to address role conflict, role ambiguity, burnout, and cyberloafing among Generation Z employees. Additionally, it is important to provide stress management training and create a supportive work environment. Employees are also encouraged to be proactive in communicating their needs and enhancing their skills. Future re-search should involve a larger sample size and additional varia-bles for more comprehensive results.
