Abstract

Fire is a frequent occurrence especially for tall buildings, so it is veryn ecessary to have a reliable fire protection system for a building. Including the Rectorate building of Muhammadiyah Riau University which is a combined building between the rectorate secretariat building, University hall, University library and a place to take care of all administrative matters at Muhammadiyah Riau University located on Jl. Tuanku Tambusai No.135, Delima, Kec.tampan, Pekanbaru City Riau. which has 7 floors without a basement. This research aims to analyze and determine the level of reliability of the Riau Muhammadiyah University Rectorate building, so that when the building is used, the risk of fire in this building can be minimized. This research uses a method, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where this method is carried out by comparing elements that are more important than other elements assisted by using Expert choice 11 software. The elements used are taken from Permen PU No. 26 of 2008, namely site completeness, rescue facilities, passive protection systems, and active protection systems. The results obtained from this method are weighted in the form of numbers, where the numbers obtained have the level of each building reliability,classified into less, sufficient or reliable reliability. for the Muhammadiyah Riau University Rectorate building. The reliability value of the Muh University Rectorate Building The reliability value of the Muhammadiyah Riau University Rectorate Building with the AHP method obtained a value of 81.6%, so that it is included in the category in "reliable" conditions, while if reviewed according to Permen PU No. 26 of 2008, the Muhammadiyah Riau University Rectorate Building obtained a value of 84.79 % so that it is included in the category in "Reliable" conditions

Abstract

Jalan di Desa Aursati memiliki panjang jalan 4000 m dan lebar jalan 5 meter yang digunakan sebagai prasarana transportasi darat untuk menghubungkan satu tempat ke tempat lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Kondisi jalan yang baik digambarkan dengan tidak adanya kerusakan jalan. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, pemetaan kerusakan jalan dapat dilakukan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS) untuk memperoleh informasi data yang lebih informatif dalam waktu singkat, efisien, serta memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan PKM adalah untuk membuat pemetaan kerusakan jalan dengan SIG di Desa Aursati Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Tahapan pelaksana kegiatan PKM ini meliputi administrasi desa, Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), tahapan persiapan alat dan bahan untuk kegiatan survey lapangan, pengolahan data dan pembuatan peta menggunakan aplikasi ArcGIS, dan sosialisasi dari hasil kegiatan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah pemetaan yang memberikan informasi kondisi jalan dalam keadaan baik berdasarkan simbol lingkaran warna hijau, sedangkan  kondisi sedang diberikan simbol lingkaran warna merah yang terdapat pada 4 titik. Lokasi luas retak dari panjang keseluruhan jalan yang di ukur mulai STA 02+000 – STA 04+000 adalah 81,83%, Rata-rata lebar retak 74 mm, Jumlah lubang 35 buah kerusakan dan rata-rata kedalaman rutting/bekas roda tidak terdapat kerusakan bekas roda.

Abstract

Standar pelayanan minimal jalan tol terdiri dari delapan substansi pelayanan yaitu kondisi jalan tol, kecepatan tempuh rata-rata, aksesibilitas, mobilitas, keselamatan, unit pertolongan/penyelamatan dan bantuan pelayanan, lingkungan, dan tempat istirahat.  Aksesibilitas merupakan ukuran pelayanan yang harus dicapai yang berkaitan dengan kemudahan interaksi antara pengguna tol dengan fasilitas pada jalan tol yaitu gardu tol. Aksesibilitas merupakan standar yang mengatur waktu pelayanan/transaksi gardu dan panjang antrian kendaraan pada gardu. Tol Pekanbaru-Dumai merupakan GTO dengan sistem tertutup. Teori antrian digunakan untuk menganalisis intensitas lalu lintas dan intensitas antrian pada gardu tol. Berdasarkan analisis jumlah kedatangan kendaraan pada umur rencana jalan 15 tahun yaitu 2.811 smp/jam, dengan analisis waktu kendaraan dalam antrian  adalah 44 detik dan jumlah kendaraan dalam antrian  adalah 11 smp, dengan waktu pelayanan maksimal 4 detik. Hal tersebut masih sesuai dengan standar jalan tol pada gardu masuk. Namun, waktu pelayanan ? 5 detik, akan terjadi antrian (? > 1). Untuk meminimalisir antrian bisa diupayakan dengan meminimalisir waktu pelayanan, modifikasi tipe gardu, atau dengan membuat satu lajur baru.

Abstract

Traffic congestion on HR Soebrantas Street in Pekanbaru has become a serious issue. This provincial road, serving as a 4/2D collector road, connects Pekanbaru City and Kampar Regency. The u-turn at KM 9.5, in front of BANK BCA Panam, is the focus of the study. Utilizing MKJI 1997 and Regression Analysis (Greenshield, Greenberg, Underwood models), the highest coefficient of determination occurred on June 24, 2023, with an R2 of 0.973. In the Underwood model, the relationships (U-D): U = 43.403 x e-D/162.275, (V-D): V = D x 43.403 x e-D/162.275, (V-U): V = Us x 162.275 x Ln (43.403/Us). Maximum volume is 2,591,078 pcu/hour, maximum density is 162,275 pcu/km, maximum speed is 15,967 km/h, and free flow speed is 43,403 km/h. According to MKJI, the capacity (C) is 3,312,910 pcu/hour, with a Level Of Service of F (DS = 1,685), indicating characteristics of congested and stalled traffic.

Abstract

Layanan ojek online Maxim merupakan perusahaan internasional bergerak dibidang taxy online, dimana menyediakan platform yang mempertemukan pengemudi dan pelanggan secara mudah. Maxim beroperasi di Indonesia pada tahun 2018, yang tersebar di 20 kota besar di Indonesia, salah satunya kota Pekanbaru. Perkembangan Maxim sebagai jasa layanan ojek online di Pekanbaru begitu pesat, dan menampung banyak tenaga kerja sebagai pengemudi, sehingga hal ini perlu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial dari pengemudi ojek online Maxim di Pekanbaru, yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan oleh masyarakat yang ingin bergabung sebagai pengemudi Maxim. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu BEP untuk mengetahui titik pulang pokok, PBP menentukan lamanya waktu pengembalian dana investasi usaha, dan IRR, NPV, BCR digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji kelayakan tersebut untuk skenario 1 (pekerjaan utama) adalah IRR 31,6%, 31,6%, 32%, 31,5%, 30,5%, 33%, 31,4%. NPV bernilai pasif yaitu: 106.903.061,56; 112.895.000; 127.523.586,82; 4.613.363,55; 133.254.478,06; 108.709.900,70 dan 65.731.692,71. Nilai BCR 2,175; 2,236; 2,042; 2,062; 1,877; 2,784, 2,048 nilai BCR yang diperoleh lebih besar dari 1. Untuk Skenario 2 (pekerjaan sampingan) hasil yang diperoleh adalah adalah IRR 28,3%, 25,2%, 26,2%, 28,9%, 23%, 22,9%, 30,7%. NPV bernilai yaitu: 23.238.608,35; 18.844.374,24; 20.758,72; 30.400.469,46; -38.351.416,72; -39.886.193,93; dan 34.982.447,78. Nilai BCR 1,130; 1,085, 1,305; 1,638; 1,228; 1,163; 1,806; nilai BCR yang diperoleh lebih besar dari 1. Berdasarkan analisis finansial dari 5 metode tersebut, untuk skenario 1 dan skenario 2 usaha pengemudi Maxim dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

Sultan Mahmud badaruddin II International Airport is located in Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. The development of air freight movements at the airport indicates that passenger terminal facilities that have an existing area of 34,000 m2 with a capacity of 3.4 million per year can no longer accommodate the existing passenger volume. This can be seen from the increase in the total number of passengers each year which exceeds capacity to reach 5.1 million passengers in 2018. The study aims to evaluate and analyze projected passenger terminal needs plans for 2022-2037. The development plan is carried out by forming a double linear regression equation between passenger volumes used asdepent variableswhile population numbers (Pdd) and Percapita PDRB on the Basis of Constant Price in 2010 (Pkt) of South Sumatra Province asindependent variables ) with the help of SPSS program version 25.00 and Microsoft Excel. Thus, the number of residents (Pdd) has a greater effect on the growth of domestic passengers. Based on KM Number 10 of 2010 on the Master Plan of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport, there needs to be a development of this airport in the future. Based on the results of the development plan of this terminal passenger area in the 2037 plan year of 55. 324m2 with a capacity of 8,871,648 passengers per year and can accommodate 3,177 passengers during peak hours.

Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Aursati, Kecamatan Tambang, menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mengelola potensi sumber daya lokal yang melimpah, seperti kayu dan cangkang biji karet, sehingga belum mampu memberikan nilai tambah secara ekonomi. Kurangnya keterampilan pengolahan bahan serta belum adanya produk khas daerah menjadi salah satu kendala dalam mendukung sektor pariwisata, khususnya di kawasan Danau Bokuok yang sedang dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata desa. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui diversifikasi produk lokal menjadi gantungan kunci kreatif berbahan dasar kayu karet, guna mendukung penguatan daya tarik wisata lokal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan model Participatory Action Research (PAR), meliputi perencanaan, pelatihan, dan implementasi melalui observasi lapangan, sosialisasi, pengenalan bahan baku, pelatihan teknis pembuatan produk gantungan kunci, serta penggunaan alat bahan dan pendampingan. Hasil observasi menunjukkan ketersediaan bahan baku yang melimpah, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Melalui pelatihan, peserta yang terdiri dari kelompok ibu-ibu PKK berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, menghasilkan produk bernilai jual dan mengemasnya secara menarik. Tingginya antusiasme dan komitmen peserta untuk mengembangkan usaha ini menunjukkan bahwa program berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat sekaligus memperkaya ragam produk cinderamata lokal. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan berbasis potensi lokal mendukung pengembangan wisata dan ekonomi kreatif desa.

Abstract

The increase in building and infrastructure development in Indonesia demands effectiveness and efficiency in construction projects, particularly in the selection and placement of heavy equipment such as tower cranes. This study focuses on optimizing the placement of a tower crane in the construction project of the Graduate Building of Universitas Riau, planned to have 6 floors with a height of 31.45 meters. The main issues include delays in structural progress and the tower crane being positioned close to the maximum jib reach, which decreases lifting speed and increases cycle time, ultimately raising operational costs. The research aims to find a placement that maximizes productivity and minimizes operational costs. The methods employed include direct observation and interviews. Observations were conducted on 20 columns at elevation 13.45 meters on the 3rd floor to determine the tower crane cycle time. Data analysis compared cycle times between the existing placement and two alternative placements. The study results indicate that the existing placement requires 598.195 hours with operational costs of Rp1,402,373,077.80, while alternative 7 requires 590.637 hours costing Rp1,389,917,824.27, and alternative 9 requires 606.393 hours costing Rp1,415,882,093.32. The time and cost difference between alternative 7 and the existing setup is 7.558 hours faster and Rp12,455,253.54 cheaper. Hence, the optimal position for the tower crane is alternative 7 at coordinates 764722.537; 53537.493. This placement demonstrates that a shorter distance between the tower crane and the supply point enhances productivity and reduces operational costs.

Abstract

Road damage is a condition where the quality of the road pavement decreases so that it can disrupt the comfort and safety of road users. On the Merpati Sakti road there is a lot of damage which can pose a risk of accidents. The aim of this research is to determine the types of damage and determine the index value of the flexible pavement condition on Merpati Sakti road. This research method uses the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method. The data required includes the type of road damage, road dimensions, damage dimensions. The results of identifying the types of road damage found along the research location bleeding, potholes, depression, weathering/raveling, block crack, alligator cracks, diagonal cracks, transverse cracks, edge cracking and patching. The average Pavement Condition Index (PCI) value on Merpati Sakti road is 21.5. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the damage on Merpati Sakti road using the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method is very poor. The recommendations from this research require serious treatment from the government to immediately carry out repairs so that the damage does not become worse.

Abstract

Cipta Karya Street, located in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, functions as a local road connecting HR. Soebrantas Street with Matoa and Cipta Karya Ujung Streets. This area experiences high vehicle density, contributing to congestion issues. A traffic volume survey was conducted at STA 00+100–00+300 on June 10, 13, and 15, 2024. The highest traffic volume was recorded on Monday, June 10, 2024, during peak hours (07.00–08.00 WIB) with 2,845 vehicles/hour or 1,235.2 pcu/hour. The side resistance value of 238.7 indicates a low level (L), while the road capacity is 1,442.5 pcu/hour. The free-flow speed of light vehicles was calculated at 33.81 km/hour. Based on the degree of saturation (DS) of 0.85, the road section performance is within acceptable limits according to PKJI (2014), indicating a stable traffic flow. However, the level of service (LOS) is classified as D, suggesting the flow is nearing instability, although the average speed remains above 25 km/hour. These findings highlight the need for traffic management strategies to prevent further decline in service level.
