Abstract

Celana bahan merupakan kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari, permasalahan yang dihadapi ketidak pastian pembeli dikalangan antara Mahasiswa, Karyawan, dan Pelajar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi Status Konsumen Produk Celana menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. karena metode Naïve Bayes yang dinilai baik melakukan klasifikasi dan akurasi dibandingkan metode Algoritma C4.5 yang memiliki ketidakstabilan dalam melakukan klasifikasi. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dari hasil wawancara pada penjual dibulan januari hingga desember tahun 2019 kemudian dilakukan penginputan pada excel dengan total 731 data. Dengan menseleksi data agar mendapatkan hasil yang sempurna dan akurat dilakukan pemangkasan variable dengan awal 10 variable menjadi 5 variable. Pada tahap preprocessing sebelum melakukan proses data mining untuk mengetahui jumlah data per-attribute lalu melakukan proses data mining menggunakan algoritma naïve bayes, dengan percentage split kombinasi 60 hingga 90 persen menunjukkan hasil masing-masing nilai akurasi 80,137%, 78,0822%, 81,5060%, dan 83,5616%. terbaik di angka kombinasi percentage split 90% dengan presentase akurasi 83,5616%. Dan hasil evaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix menampilkan bahwa status konsumen yang terbanyak dan lebih unggul dari class karyawan dan class pelajar ialah menunjukkan Class Mahasiswa.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSIARYO NUGROHO, Hukum Administrasi Negara, Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya, Januari 2013, pertimbangan pemerintah daerah kabupaten blitar dalam pemberian izin usaha pertambangan pasir besi operasi produksi 503/007/iupperpanjangan/ 409.304/xi/2011(studi di dinas PU Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Kabupaten Blitar),Lutfi  Effendi,SH.MHUM dan Agus Yulianto, SH,MH Meningkatnya harga pasir besi di pasaran internasional telah menarik perhatian beberapa perusahaan untuk melakukan eksploitasi dan produksi. Pantai Jolosutro di kecamatan Wates kabupaten Blitar akhirnya dijadikan sebagai kawasan pertambangan. Dengan mengacu pada UU no.32 tahun 2004, UU no.4 tahun 2009, PP no.38 tahun 2007, Peraturan Kementrian  Lingkungan no.11 tahun 2006, Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Blitar tahun 2004-2014 dan tahun 2009- 2028, IUP diberikan kepada Edi Sampurna. Namun keluarnya Perda no.5 tahun 2009 yang menyatakan pantai Jolosutro sebagai kawasan wisata membuat timbulnya aksi penolakkan terhadap kegiatan pertambangan.  Rusaknya lingkungan pantai akibat aktivitas pertambangan yang membuat  menurunnya hasil tangkapan nelayan dan berkurangnya penghasilan pedagang akibat menurunnya jumlah wisatawan melatarbelakangi warga sekitar pantai Jolosutro menuntut untuk menutup aktivitas pertambangan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menjelaskan bahwa dasar pertimbangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Blitar  mengeluarkan ijin pertambangan adalah adanya peraturan yang menjelaskan  mengenai kewenangan pengeluaran ijin pertambangan dan terdapatnya kesesuaian dengan RTRW Kabupaten Blitar baik pada jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Adapun peraturan yang menguatkan dasar pertimbangan tersebut adalah UU no.32 tahun 2004, UU no.4 tahun 2009, PP no.38 tahun 2007 dan Peraturan Kementerian Lingkungan no.11 tahun 2006. Keluarnya ijin tersebut juga atas pertimbangan ekonomi, yaitu terjadinya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Adapun dari segi sosial adalah terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan baru bagi masyarakat sekitar pantai Jolosutro, sehingga angka pengangguran dan kemiskinan dapat berkurang. Namun, pada jangka panjang dampak yang ditimbulkan adalah terjadinya kerusaknya lingkungan sekitar pantai Jolosutro, semakin menipis hingga habisnya komoditas pasir besi sehingga akan terjadi pemberhentian pekerja dalam skala besar serta terkikisnya dataran yang dimiliki Kabupaten Blitar sehingga terjadi penyempitan lahan.Kata Kunci : Implementasi,Ijin usaha pertambangan,Pasir Besi

Abstract

Nowadays, social media is growing rapidly and globally until it finally became an important part of society. During campaign period for the regional head election in Indonesia, the candidates and their supporting parties actively use social media as a campaign tool. Social media like Twitter has been known as a political microblogging media that can provide data about current political event based on users’ tweets. By using Twitter as a data source, this study analyzes public participation during campaign period for 2018 Central Java regional head election. The purpose is to observe how much reaction is given to each candidate who advanced in the election. By using the crawling program, all tweets containing certain candidate names will be downloaded. After going through a series of preprocessing stages, data can be classified using Naive Bayes. Predictor features in classification datasets are the number of replies, retweets, and likes. While the target variable is reaction that is divided into three levels, including high, medium, and low. These levels are determined based on users’ reaction in a tweet. By using these rules, Naive Bayes managed to classify data correctly as much as 76.74% for Ganjar Pranowo and 68.81% for Sudirman Said.

Abstract

Coronary heart disease included a group of cardiovascular, and it is a leading cause of death in low and middle-income countries. Risk factors for coronary heart disease are divided into two, namely primary and secondary risk factors. The need to identify characteristics or risk factors in heart disease patients by making the classification model. The modeling of heart disease classification to know how the system can able to reach the best prediction accuracy. Fisher's Discriminant Ratio is one of the methods for feature selection, which is used to get high discriminant features. While Backpropagation is one of the classification models to recognize patterns in heart disease patients. The experiment results showed that the accuracy of the classification model using 13 original features reached 92%. By reducing the features based on the score of the feature selection, then the lowest feature was removed from original features and left there were 12 features involved in the classification model which the accuracy increased to 93%. Furthermore, the results of determining the threshold (accuracy does not decrease continuously) and consider the effect of eliminating the lowest features that are considered quite fluctuating on accuracy. The accuracy reached 90% by eliminating the five lowest features and left eight existing features.

Abstract

Smartphone users are increasingly diverse in using their phones. Some tasks that monitored through the bulletin boards or computer screens, lately it can be done anywhere with a mobile phone while on the move. Similarly, the features in smartphones are increasingly following the development of communication technology. One of them is Bluetooth version 4, which currently can always be available on all types of smartphones. Even for entry-level phones that commonly used by students, nowadays are equipped with the new version of Bluetooth. In this paper discussed the application of BLE or Bluetooth Low Energy, which is part of Bluetooth version 4, to provide the information about availability, lecture schedule, and lecture room at the University Narotama. By using this BLE communication technology all smartphones equipped with BLE, enabling the NARO-MOBILE application and residing in the campus environment, will receive all the latest information provided by SIMNARO - Narotama University Management Information System, in a real-time.

Abstract

The purpose of this observation was to predict the passing rate of the physical test results of the participants of the martial arts athlete organized by KONI. The researchist made a classification based on data obtained from trainer of physical martial arts Kempo by using data mining. Data mining can be interpreted is a process extractcing new informartion was taken from big chunk of data for support the results of making decision support systems. Therefor using decision support systems which can help make a decision to choose the best athlet. In data mining there are many methods that can be used, one of them is the classification method by using alogarithms naive bayes. The results obtained from this observation is Correctly Classified Instances 94.4% with speed presentase 60% and 70% bring out Correctly Classified Instances 92.85%, while speed presentase 80% bring out Correctly Classified Instances 88.89%.

Abstract

The problem that is currently in store is the difficulty to find out which product x is currently in high demand or is most widely used by consumers so that inventory of product x can be met according to customer demand and does not occur out of stock. Therefore, in the research grouping with the K-Means method for marketing product x is one way to determine customer choices for product x consumed. In this study grouping data from questionnaires or questionnaires that are distributed in stores, then the data are grouped into 2 groups using one of the clustering algorithms, K-Means. The data used are data collected by 366 respondents of store customers. After the data is processed using one of the data mining methods, the K-Means algorithm, shows that cluster 1 is a type A consumer group with a percentage of 33%, while cluster 2 is a type B consumer group with a percentage of 67%.

Abstract

The number of sales transactions that occur every day makes the sales transaction data increase. Sales transaction data is only used as an archive for a store. Due to the large number of customer requests for goods, there is a shortage of goods. Shortage or stock of goods in a store/company will have a very bad impact on the success and sales of buying and selling transactions. To prevent this, a system is needed that can help to find out early about the availability of goods in the store. The method used in this research is the association rule method using a priori algorithm. The a priori algorithm is a data mining technique to find combinations of items in the database, the results of the research conducted, the a priori algorithm can make it easier to find patterns of combinations of items in the dataset. The information obtained can help decision makers to determine the priority of stock inventory.

Abstract

Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) is a connectivity protocol between machines or now better known as the Internet of Things (IoT). This protocol recognizes two basic functions of M2M communication, namely publish and subscribe (pub/sub). The MQTT protocol is designed as a very simple and very lightweight message delivery protocol, designed for devices that are limited and with low bandwidth capacity, high latency or on an unreliable network. The design principles are to minimize bandwidth requirements and device resource requirements, and keep trying to ensure reliability and guaranteed delivery rates. In this paper, VerneMQ performance reliability is tested - one of the MQTT brokers, with several stressing levels using ESP-32 as a publisher and notebook with the python application as a subscriber.

Abstract

Pola komunikasi antar manusia menjadi semakin berkembang di masa kini. Semula pola komunikasi dilakukan secara langsung dan melakukan percakapan (voice), berkembang menjadi komunikasi melalui pengiriman pesan. Pengiriman pesan ini sekaligus ditandai dengan munculnya aplikasi jejaring sosial dalam jaringan (Online Social Network). Aplikasi yang dibangun berbasis kebutuhan dalam komunitas, sehingga aplikasi ini disebut sebagai Community Messenger. Kebutuhan komunitas dan karakteristiknya akan didapatkan dalam tahapan Requirement Gathering. Perancangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan Use Case Diagram sesuai dengan konsep aplikasi yang ringan (lightweight) dan sederhana (simple). Selain itu perlu juga diperhatikan aspek desain dari User Interface mengingat aplikasi ini berupa mobile application yang akan digunakan dalam sebuah smartphone yang memiliki keterbatasan pada ukuran layar. Penempatan menu diusahakan memudahkan pengguna dalam mengoperasionalkan aplikasi ini. Selanjutnya aplikasi ini memungkinkan pula untuk dikembangkan sebagai Machine to Machine bagi fitur-fitur lain.
