Abstract

Digital financial transactions in Indonesia continue to show an increasing trend from year to year, with a sharp increase in the last 3 years.  Observing the acceleration of the implementastion of the development of non-cash transactions and to improve the payment system.  Bank Indonesia launced the Indonesia Standart Quick Response Code (QRIS) on 17 August 2019, which then  as of 1 Januari 2020 required all non-cash payments using QRIS.  QRIS is a QR Code standartd created by Bank Indonesia to facilitate digital payments throught server-based electronic money apllications, electronic wallets, and mobile banking.  The target of the QRIS application is for economic actors, especially those dominated by the millennial generation (students) who demand all aspects of their lives.  So that the literacy and education program for young people or millennials, especially students, regarding the QRIS payment system and also at several erchant in the academic community, the output that is to be achieved is the expansioan of the use of the QRIS application by merchants within the Faculty of Economics and Business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the intention to stay through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population used in this study was the English village teacher or tutor LC Pare Kediri. The type of research data used is quantitative data and the source of data in this study is primary data. Research data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis method of this research is scale range and path analysis. The calculation of the range of job satisfaction scales shows good results, intention to stay shows high results, and organizational commitment shows high results. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to stay of the English village teacher LC. Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment English village teacher LC Pare. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on the intention to stay of the English village teacher LC Pare. Organizational Commitment does not mediate the effect of Job Satisfaction on the intention to stay English village teacher LC Pare. Abstract

This study aims to categorize the dominant concepts or themes in the study of governance in handling the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The dominant concept is categorized based on cluster grouping. This study uses a systematic literature review method by collecting various previous studies to find strategies and problems in managing the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The main data source used is articles from the Scopus database. This research reveals that previous studies on the governance of handling Covid-19 in Indonesia are related to four dominant concepts, namely regional government, economy, impact, and spread. The dominant concept of regional government is related to the role of regional governments in making and implementing policies for handling Covid-19 at the regional level. The dominant concept of the economy is related to the focus of handling Covid-19 which is directed at maintaining economic stability and development carried out through various forms of policies and program activities, both at the national and regional levels. The concept of impact is an effort by the Indonesian government to minimize the negative impact of the Covid-19 crisis on the economy and development. The spread is the Indonesian government's efforts to minimize the spread of Covid-19. The four dominant concepts are interrelated with each other, which confirms that the governance of handling Covid-19 in Indonesia is governance that prioritizes the role of the government, focuses on stability, economic growth, and handling the impact and spread of Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hasil penjualan Batu Intan pada sebelum dan pada saat Pandemi Covid-19 di Pasar Martapura Kalimantan Selatan dan Untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan penjualan Batu Intan peramata sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19 di Pasar Martapura Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptip kuantitatif, Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendapatan yang diperoleh pedagang batu intan di Pasar Martapura. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pedagang batu intan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara , yaitu dengan membuat daftar pernyataan tertulis yang telah disusun (kuisioner terbuka). Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menjabarkan hasil dari kuisioner yang telah didapatkan untuk menjabarkan hasil dari kuisioner yang didapatkan dari responden dalam bentuk angka. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya perbedaan pendapatan yang sangat drastis oleh pedagang batu intan di Pasar martapuka Kalimantan Selatan sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This study intends to categorize dominant topics related to Islamic bank governance and covid-19. This study was a systematic literature review using the Scopus database, from August 2020 to January 2021, as the main reference source to consider that this database have a high reputation in the international scientific field. The steps of study was carried out by summarizing various previous studies in order to find strategies and various problems related to Islamic Bank Governance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Study found that there were three dominant topics related to Islamic bank governance and covid-19 as follows: development, profitability and covid-19. In addition, studies on this theme are also massively discussed based on several other dominant concepts such as Islamic banking, increase, financial performance, human capital efficiency, company and relationship. This study will contribute to enrich the Islamic bank’s resilience towards the negative impact of covid-19 in the future.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance through work procedures as an intervening variable. The type of data used in this study is associative using quantitative research methods. The population of this study was 83 respondents with a total sampling method. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that work motivation, work discipline, and work procedures together affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational justice on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment in PT Kaltim Post Samarinda. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach totaling 54 respondents. The source of data in this study was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires (primary data). The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results show that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on the intention to leave the company and organizational commitment is proven as a variable that mediates the relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to explain several implementations of Human Resource Management to improve the competence of early childhood education teachers, namely: human resource planning, training and human resource development. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation taken from teachers and headmaster. Post-data collection analysis used a data reduction pattern, data display, and data verification. The main points of the research results are: (1) the human resource planning system is carried out by analyzing all activities or workloads that must be carried out by all school components. (2) human resource training and development carried out still tends to be a formality limited to success whether or not the training was implemented, and not yet oriented to the effects of the post-training that was carried out, it was able to change for the better or not the behavior and performance of the participants towards organizational goals

Abstract

Research aims: This study examines the effect of work engagement on the turnover intention with employee trust as a mediating variable in the banking sector in Malang, IndonesiaDesign/Methodology/Approach: This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires that were distributed online and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) using a 119 response data.Research findings:  The findings of this study show that work engagement has a negative effect on turnover intention. Employee trust mediated the effect between work engagement and turnover intention.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study examined the role of employee trust as a mediating variable. Employee trust plays a vital role in maintaining people’s engagement on an organization, affecting low workers' intention to quit from their jobs. The results of this study confirm Maslow's motivational theory if employees are more involved in work and feel fulfilled. Employees will feel comfortable and reduce the level of turnover intention.Practitioner/Policy implication: These findings suggested leaders encourage engagement programs to increase employee trust to reduce turnover intention.Research limitation/Implication: The study had limitations, such as the few samples used and the fact that only Malang's banking industry employees were included.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of cyberloafing and work stress on the performance of accounting teachers and education staff. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples used was 38 respondents. Sources of data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires (primary data). The collected data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study are that cyberloafing has a significant negative effect on the performance of accounting teachers and education staff. Work stress has a significant negative effect on the performance of accounting teachers and education staff. Work stress does not mediate the effect of cyberloafing on the performance of accounting teachers and education staff. This research has an impact on policies on human resources, especially accounting makers in completing their tasks.
