Abstract

PT. Budi Bangun Konstruksi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam ruang lingkup bisnis jasa kontraktor, pengadaan barang dan perdagangan. Maraknya perkembangan bisnis tersebut membuat usaha perancangan konstruksi bangunan dan interior semakin kompleks dan menjadi perhatian utama para developer. PT. Budi Bangun Konstruksi bukanlah satu-satunya perusahaan yang memberikan jasa kontraktor, pengadaan barang dan perdagangan. Dalam proses pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas yang diterapkan di PT. Budi Bangun Konstruksi belum sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Maka dari itu, sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas diimplementasikan pada PT. Budi Bangun Konstruksi. Pengguna dalam sistem informasi ini adalah Manager Keuangan dan Staff Keuangan pada PT. Budi Bangun Konstruksi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing diperoleh bahwa semua fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai harapan (valid).

Abstract

A cashier is someone who, in carrying out his work, is responsible for processing payment transactions made by customers. In addition, cashiers can also serve cash and non-cash payments. The role of the cashier is needed in improving the quality of a company institution. In accepting the Cashier must meet several criteria such as Knowledge, Work Experience, Responsibility, Education, Loyalty, Status, and Age. So that in this problem requires a system that can provide the right solution such as Decision Support (SPK) to provide the solution found by using the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis or OCRA method in the process requiring data and cashier acceptance criteria. Abstract

HIBA UTAMA is a company engaged in the transportation sector or often also called PO (Otobus Company) a company that is managed and operated to provide bus rental services and provide convenience to its consumers. The existence of the company has a significant role in providing transportation for consumers to travel and provide comfort and safety on the way. Competition that occurs makes companies vying to provide the best service to consumers. On the other hand consumers are increasingly difficult to understand. Satisfied consumers are not necessarily going to rent again and loyal consumers are not necessarily satisfied with the services provided. Most companies measure consumer satisfaction, but only a few assess customer loyalty and the results of PT. HIBA UTAMA helps increase consumer loyalty. Researchers apply the C4.5 algorithm to predict consumer loyalty at PT. HIBA UTAMA. The variables used are tenant period, rental scale, compliance, tenant loyalty, based on the accuracy results reaching 81%, which shows the C4.5 algorithm is suitable for predicting company customer loyalty.

Abstract

Dalam hal ini ada batasan penulisan diantaranya pencatatan laporan keuangan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual diawali dengan (saldo awal akun, jurnal umum, buku besar, neraca saldo, laporan penyesuaian, neraca lajur, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal dan neraca) sehingga akan diaplikasikan pada Zahir Accounting versi 6 dimulai dari setup awal untuk membuat database perusahaan, data nama (customer, vendor, dan employee), input data rekening, daftar hutang maupun piutang, saldo awal, transaksi dan menjadi laporan keuangan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penulisan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam penulisan diantaranya bukti transaksi, data karyawan, konsumen, pemasok, dan dokumen lainnya. Implementasi zahir untuk pencatatan laporan keuangan mengasilkan output berupa laporan keuangan. PT Media Aguna Kreasi masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan sehingga penulis melakukan implementasi zahir accounting versi 6 terhadap laporan keuangannya. Karena teknologi yang semakin canggih ini, dunia binsis membutuhkan suatu proses  akuntansi dengan hasil yang maskimal tetapi dengan pencatatan laporan keuangan dengan sistem manual sudah tidak efektif lagi. Untuk mengetahui suatu kondisi dan kinerja perusahaan sangat dibutuhkan laporan keuangan yang akurat. Namun masih banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan   , karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan harus membutuhkan budget yang tidak sedikit.

Abstract

This research proposes the use of the Logarithmic Precursor Chain-Driven Objective Weighting (LOPCOW) method to evaluate the best lecturers in universities.  The LOPCOW method ensures that the assessment covers all aspects of lecturer quality and performance, including education, research, community services, discipline, commitment, cooperation skills, and innovation. The evaluation of lecturers using the scores and ratings provided showed that CDE lecturers were the best, with the highest score of 0.715.  CDE lecturers showed high consistency in all aspects assessed, especially in education, research, and community service.  This was followed by MNO lecturers (0.676), STU lecturers (0.668), XYZ lecturers (0.637), and AFI lecturers (0.627). In conclusion, highly ranked lecturers showed strong dedication to the Tridharma of higher education, with consistent performance and a positive impact on the academic community and the general public.  Future research should focus on developing strategies to improve lecturers' teaching quality by applying new educational technologies and evaluating their impact on student learning.

Abstract

Pada kantor imigrasi, terdapat berbagai urusan seperti pembuatan paspor biasa, penarikan, pencabutan, pembatalan, dan penggantian paspor biasa, pembuatan paspor bagi jamaah calon haji, pembuatan surat perjalanan laksana paspor, rekomendasi visa bekerja dan berlibur (work and holiday visa), serta biaya keimigrasian bagi WNI, dan lain sebagainya. Namun, dalam proses-proses tersebut, seringkali masyarakat mengajukan komplain yang belum tertangani dengan baik. Pencatatan dan penanganan komplain masih belum terorganisir dengan baik, sehingga data komplain sulit ditemukan ketika dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan penelitian, penulis berkeinginan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat menangani komplain di kantor imigrasi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan data komplain yang terintegrasi, efektif, dan efisien. Selain itu, sistem ini akan memfasilitasi pengakomodasian dan perekaman data komplain, sehingga penanganan dapat selesai dengan cepat. Peneliti juga berharap agar data komplain diarsipkan dengan baik, sehingga mudah ditemukan ketika dibutuhkan. Yang terakhir, laporan komplain akan dibuat sebagai acuan perbaikan prosedur di kantor imigrasi. Metode kanban digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi ini. Dengan memanfaatkan metode kanban, pengelolaan komplain di kantor imigrasi dapat ditingkatkan, menciptakan sistem yang terintegrasi, efisien, dan efektif dalam menangani komplain masyarakat, serta mengelola data komplain dengan baik.

Abstract

Pada bulan Oktober 2010 layanan Transportasi Online di Indonesia (Go-jek) sudah dibangun, dimana dimulai dengan sebuah Call Center dan 20 pengemudi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan layanan Transportasi Online, serta untuk menilai apakah sistem layanan Transportasi Online ini sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan para pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini, akan digunakan model analisis Framework COBIT. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) adalah salah satu alat dalam pengukuran IT Governance. COBIT memiliki 4 domain, yaitu Rencana dan Organisasi (PO), Akuisisi dan Implementasi (AI), Pengiriman dan Dukungan (DS), dan Monitoring dan Evaluasi (ME). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk domain Deliver and Support pada proses Menetapkan dan Mengelola Mutu Layanan (DS1). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tingkat kematangan (Maturity Level) layanan Transportasi online berada pada tingkat 3. Ini berarti bahwa tingkat kematangan saat ini berada pada  tingkat yang diharapkan. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk evaluasi dan pengembangan Layanan Transportasi Online berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Along with the developments of the times and technology then the education level of community has been an increase in , this is proven by the increasing interest on the part of high school graduates who want to continue the level of education to college. The development of a collegecan be seen at the rising numbers of students from year to year. At this point in time leaders the top of college difficulty receive information related to the number of student who in conformity with the wish because they still relying on parts that perform data processing student , as a result have to wait to get the information relating to data student. In addition, dataset students such abounding actually has information or knowledge can get or analyze, so as to from a collection of the data can be obtained a pattern or knowledge that can be used by a college to better understand the condition there are. Based on the knowledge obtained from data analysis students , leaders universities can make strategic plan better to embodied in the work program forward. This research was intended to produce a system that can be used by the leader of universities to an analysis of data students to design application olap data the warehouse. The method or approach that is used in the design this system is the approach top down. The result of this research is the establishment of application OLAP data warehouse to enable to the college in do the digging information on and analysis of students data so that it can be speed up the decision-making process, and can provide independence in choosing a form of report desired.

Abstract

The use of information systems requires setting up and management of a specific nature, so that the system is commonly referred to as management information systems. In which there are a variety of activities ranging from system planning, maintenance, until measurements of performance. In carrying out the necessary information system software and hardware as well as the human operator. Above components should be interconnected so that library activities can run smoothly. To determine whether the components of the information system running properly, should require the evaluation process. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the system during run and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the library information system that has been used for in using the PIECES Framework, as well as to determine whether there is any effect on the level of profitability for the use of the system so that the company can do a follow-up to business prospects to face the global challenges. The method used is the method of analysis PIECES Framework, which consists of point analysis: Performance, Informations and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service where the point - the point is a reference evaluation and analysis of an information system. The results of this study indicate that the library information system that is being used already has some advantages and strengths that can support the operations of the library, but there are also some disadvantages and shortcomings so that the library information system still needs to be improved.

Abstract

The availability of raw materials is one of the important components in the production process. The availability of raw materials is also key in the production process at coffee shops/coffee shops. The process of recording raw material stocks in several coffee shops is still conventional. Meanwhile, in the process of ordering raw materials using social media such as Whatsapp. But there is no system between ordering raw materials and recording stock that is mutually integrated or computerized. This resulting in many discrepancies between data and items that do not match. Therefore, an information system is needed that can be used in the process of purchasing raw materials for making coffee. This study aims to design and implement a raw material purchasing information system in Coffee Shops that can assist Coffee Shop entrepreneurs in managing and monitoring raw material purchases in a structured and efficient manner. The research method used is the data collection method and the system development method Rapid Application Development (RAD). The result of this research is the creation of a web-based raw material purchasing information system that can minimize errors in the data processing process, make coffee shop performance more effective and efficient, and the raw material purchasing process becomes more accurate.
