Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of the Leadrship Style, Compensation and the Organisational Commitment on Teacher Performance in Sinar Timur's junior high school Batam. Data collection techniques in this study the form of library studies, interview and disseminating questionnaires. Research conducted using samples as much as 10 respondents. The results of the study with a significant level of 5% showed that: (1) The leadership style variable a have effect on teacher performance, this is seen from the significant value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 and the value of Tcount 12,695 > Ttable 2,306. (2) The compensation have effect on teacher performance, this is seen from the significant value of 0.002 smaller than 0.05 and Tcount 5,157 > Ttable 2,306. (3) The organizational commitment have effect on teacher performance, this is seen from the significant value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 and Tcount 2,496 > Ttable 2,306. (4) The leadership style variable, compensational and organizational commitment together affect the teacher performance by 89,1% and the remaining 10,9% in influenced by other factors beyond the research variable used, this is evident from the value of Fcount 100,668 > Fteble 3.862 with significant 0.000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Dunia Rajawali Makmur Batam both partially and simultaneously. The type of research applied in this study is quantitative research, the population in this study was 32 respondents. The researcher used a saturated sampling technique with 31 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and was distributed via google form. The researcher used data analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of the study found that the work discipline variable had a t count of 3.933 > t table 1.696 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, the work motivation variable had a t count of 3.866 > t table 1.696 and a significance value of 0.013 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, the work environment variable had a t count of -2.280 > t table 1.696 and a significance value of 0.031 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The three variables, namely work discipline, work motivation and work environment together have an F count of 6,816, F table > 2.91 and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. This shows that simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Dunia Rajawali Makmur Batam. And the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the independent variables contribute 43.1% while the remaining 56.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Influence of Price, Promotion, and Product Quality on the Buying Interest of Tiktok Shop E-Commerce Users in Students at the Bentara Persada College of Economics in Batam City. This study uses a quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 65 respondents. Data processing in this study uses SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.2. The results of data processing on price variables found that tstatistics were 3.765 > 1.969 and Pvalues value was 0.000 < 0.05, so the price had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. The promotion variable found that tstatistics were 2.594 > 1.969 and Pvalues value was 0.010 < 0.05, so promotion had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. The product quality variable found that the tstatistics were 0.309 < 1.969 and the Pvalues were 0.757 > 0.05, so the product quality did not have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. From the R2 test, it was found that price, promotion and product quality contributed 32.5% to buying interest, while the remaining 67.5% of the buying interest variable was influenced by other independent variables that were not described in this study. Abstract

Abstrak: Kusta merupakan penyakit menular kronis yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Stigma negatif terhadap penderita kusta menyebabkan mereka mengalami diskriminasi dan kesulitan reintegrasi sosial. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan penderita kusta melalui penguatan UMKM dan peningkatan akses pelayanan kesehatan di Panti Rehabilitasi Kusta. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyediaan alat pelindung diri untuk pertukangan, pengadaan obat dan alat medis dasar, serta pembentukan sistem pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada sebagai pengrajin mebelair yang dirawat luka secara rutin. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keselamatan kerja pengrajin mebelair, terfasilitasinya ruang pengobatan yang lengkap, dan terbangunnya sistem pelayanan kesehatan rutin. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas hidup 44 penghuni panti yang terdiri dari 19 kepala keluarga. Keberlanjutan kegiatan PKM dilakukan secara rutin oleh mitra kerjasama lintas institusi. Hal ini terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi masalah kompleks penderita kusta dan diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan penderita kusta yang berkelanjutan.Abstract: Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease that remains a public health problem in Indonesia. The negative stigma against leprosy sufferers causes them to experience discrimination and difficulty in social reintegration. This community service program aims to empower leprosy sufferers by strengthening UMKM and improving access to health services at Leprosy Rehabilitation Center. The activity methods include providing personal protective equipment for carpentry, procuring basic medicines and medical equipment, and establishing a basic health care system. Evaluation was conducted through interviews with furniture craftsmen who regularly treat wounds. The results of the activity showed an increase in work safety for furniture craftsmen, the provision of a complete treatment room, and the establishment of a routine health care system. This program successfully improved the quality of life of 44 residents of the center, consisting of 19 heads of families. The continuation of PKM activities is carried out routinely by institutional collaboration partner. This has proven effective in addressing the complex problems of leprosy sufferers and is expected to become a model for sustainable empowerment of leprosy sufferers.
