Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang dominan yang mempengaruhi munculnya motivasi perilaku prososial anak di lingkungan panti asuhan; dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan mengenai motivasi perilaku prososial antara anak yang diasuh di lingkungan panti asuhan dengan anak yang diasuh di lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian dilakukan di lingkungan panti asuhan “Bait Allah” jl. Binjai KM. 7,5 Medan dan keluarga di lingkungannya, dengan mengambil sampel masing – masing 30 orang. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan skala motif proposional. Kemudian datra dianalisis secara deskriptif dan uji X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Faktor yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi munculnya perilaku prososial pada anak yang diasuh di lingkungan panti asuan adalah didorong oleh dorongan hati atau dengan hati yang tulus (86,67%), sedangkan pada anak yang diasuh di lingkungan keluarga lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh faktor situasi suatu kejadian (53,33%) atau jika tidak ada orang lain yang bersedia untuk menolong atau jika waktu mengijinkan, atau jika cuaca mendukung, ataupun jika pada situasi kejadian ada ornag yang jelas memintabantuanng, 2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan megenai motivasi perilaku prososial antara anak yang diasuk di lingkungan panti asuhan dengan anak yang diasuh di lingkungan eluarg adengan X hitung = 23,34 dan X hipotetik 5,99 pada α 0,05. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan sosialisasi anak berpengaruh terhadap munculnya motivasi perilaku prososial anak.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the teacher has not used illustrated story books in digital form for storytelling activities, so that children are less interested in listening to the stories conveyed by the teacher. This study aims to develop illustrated story books in digital form to improve children's language and cognitive abilities. This type of research is research and development (Research & Development). The ADDIE development model consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The subjects in this study were group B students at R.A. Ash-Sholihah which amounted to 20 people, 10 men and 10 women. Then this research was validated by 3 validators, namely material experts, media experts and early childhood education practitioners. Determination of the feasibility of picture story books in digital form is based on expert validation tests, while effectiveness is based on improving children's language and cognitive abilities before (pretest) and after (posttest) using the media. From the results of the assessment that has been carried out by validator experts, material experts obtained an average score of 82% in the very feasible category, media experts obtained an average score of 84% in the very appropriate category, early childhood experts on average obtained a score of 84% in the category very feasible, educational practitioners obtained by 98.18% very decent category. Then the results of the children's worksheets get a pretest average value of 11.2 while the posttest average value of 17.4 in improving children's language skills using picture story books in digital form. The results of the pretest with an average of 11.0 and posttest with an average of 17.1 experienced an increase in children's cognitive using picture story books in digital form, it can be said that the use of digital media is very effective to use. It is hoped that teachers will be more creative and innovative in making picture story books in digital form, therefore schools must prepare facilities and infrastructure that can support learning.

Abstract

Effective communication between teachers and early childhood children plays an important role in forming significant and meaningful relationships. In this article, the author discusses the role of effective communication in building meaningful teacher-early childhood relationships. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and analysis of symbolic interaction theory. The research results show that effective communication between teachers and young children requires the characteristics of teachers who are patient, willing to make sacrifices, attentive, firm, and able to attract the attention of young children. In addition, teachers must understand the diverse characters of their students and use effective media to achieve meaningful communication. Thus, effective communication can help in developing early childhood social skills, improving the quality of intrapersonal relationships, and avoiding conflict. Therefore, it is important to stimulate effective communication in children from an early age to build meaningful relationships between teachers and young children.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using mini theater media on the communication skills of children aged 5-6 years at Kindergarten Karunia Medan Johor. Communication skills are an important aspect of children's development, which involves the ability to speak, listen and interact effectively with other people. However, based on initial observations at Karunia Kindergarten, many children do not have good communication skills, such as lack of eye contact, unclear speech, and impoliteness when interacting. Mini theater as a learning medium has great potential to improve children's communication skills through role play that involves dialogue and interaction. This research uses an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design in one group. The research sample was all children aged 5-6 years at Kindergarten Karunia Medan Johor, totaling 15 children. The research results show that the use of mini theater media significantly improves children's communication skills, especially in the aspects of speaking clearly, maintaining eye contact, and participating in conversations. Mini theater media has proven to be an effective tool in developing communication skills in early childhood.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengelolaan kelas di pendidikan anak usia dini dengan fokus pada peningkatan disiplin dan kesiapan belajar peserta didik. Studi dilakukan di TK Lely Medan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan kelas indoor dan outdoor dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak serta mengidentifikasi hambatan dan solusi dalam pengelolaan kelas tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kelas indoor dilakukan dengan sistem klasikal terkendali yang mengutamakan tata tertib dan pembiasaan, sedangkan pengelolaan kelas outdoor menekankan pembiasaan tata tertib dan penerapan hukuman bagi pelanggar disiplin. Hambatan yang ditemui antara lain kurangnya alat peraga, minat anak yang rendah terhadap kegiatan, serta masalah kecelakaan dan berebut permainan di kelas outdoor. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup penambahan alat peraga, kreativitas guru dalam merancang kegiatan, dan pengaturan rasio guru-anak yang ideal. Kesimpulannya, pengelolaan kelas berbasis manajemen yang efektif dapat meningkatkan disiplin dan kesiapan belajar anak usia dini dengan dukungan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dan pengelolaan kelas yang kondusif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning) terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru PAUD di TK Cerdas Ceria. Profesionalisme guru dalam pendidikan anak usia dini mencakup kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional yang saling terintegrasi. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek dipilih karena mampu mendorong guru untuk terlibat aktif, kolaboratif, serta mengembangkan kreativitas dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimen menggunakan model one group pretest-posttest. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam indikator profesionalisme guru setelah mengikuti pelatihan berbasis proyek. Guru menjadi lebih reflektif, inovatif, dan berorientasi pada pembelajaran yang kontekstual serta berpusat pada anak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat dijadikan alternatif strategis dalam program diklat PAUD untuk meningkatkan kualitas profesional guru, sehingga berdampak langsung pada mutu layanan pendidikan di tingkat taman kanak-kanak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Pendidikan dalam bidang kurikulum, Sarana dan Prasarana dan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SDN 106199 Kotasan. Sampel penelitianini adalah guru yang bekerja di SDN tersebut. Dalam penelitian iniinstrument yang digunakan adalah angket. Angket yang digunakanadalah jenis angket tertutup. Angket tertutup adalah angket yang di dalamnya mengandung pertanyaan atau pernyataan yang biasanyamengharuskan responden untuk menjawab dengan pilihan jawabanya/tidak dan setuju/tidak setuju. Adapun teknik yang penelitilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode Angketatau Kuesioner. Kuesioner atau angket adalah teknik pengumpulandata yang dilakuka dengan cara memberi seperangkat pertanyaanatau pernyataan tertulis kepada responden untuk dijawabnya. Tujuan dari pemberian angket adalah untuk memperoleh informasidari responden tentang apa yang ia alami dan ketahui.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of principal-led academic supervision on the implementation of deep learning-based instruction among teachers at MTs Az-Zahroh Sendang Rejo. Using a quantitative correlational method, data were collected through a structured questionnaire comprising 30 items distributed to all teachers as respondents. The academic supervision variable included indicators such as planning, implementation, feedback, and evaluation-follow-up, while deep learning was measured using Michael Fullan’s 6Cs: character, citizenship, collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking. Descriptive analysis revealed that academic supervision was generally perceived positively, particularly in feedback and planning aspects. However, the evaluation and follow-up components scored lower. In contrast, deep learning implementation showed moderate results across most indicators, with creativity and critical thinking receiving the lowest percentages. Regression analysis using SPSS showed a strong positive correlation (R = 0.962) between academic supervision and deep learning, with 92.5% of the variance in deep learning practices explained by supervision. The findings indicate that effective academic supervision significantly enhances teachers’ ability to implement deep learning. The study recommends strengthening the principal’s role as an instructional leader to promote deep learning competencies more holistically and sustainably.

One of them relative teacher friendliness Still need improved. Because based on results observation and questionnaire beginning, there is some teachers have not understand mark Batak Naraja philosophy which has an impact to lack of teacher friendliness in learning. This is influence results Study students and teacher performance in the classroom. For that, it is necessary improvement understanding about Batak Naraja and its application in learning. Batak Naraja Indicators that want to improved is mark friendliness that is caring and wise. Method qualitative used​ is questionnaire and observation. Abstract

This research aims to explore effective communication strategies and techniques in early childhood education to improve children's social and cognitive skills. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation and interview methods, the research location was carried out at Harapan Islamiah Kindergarten. The results of the research show that effective communication can improve children's social skills such as the ability to communicate, interact and participate in the learning process. In addition, good communication can also effectively improve children's cognitive skills, such as critical thinking skills, analysis, and good social development. This research also shows that effective communication strategies and techniques used by teachers such as the use of clear language, giving examples, and have a big impact on social awareness. and children's emotions. This research shows that effective communication is important in early childhood education to improve children's cognitive and social skills.
