Abstract

Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) is the provision of cash assistance for education from Elementary School to Senior High School to all school-age children. The difficulty of ranking in determining students who are eligible to be recommended by KIP recipients is a challenge for Madrasah Aliyah Darul Qalam, where the criteria for the selection process are parents' income, number of dependents, report cards, parental status and housing ownership conditions. To simplify the process, a system is needed to solve the problem using Simple Additive Weighting which is used to rank students with the same characteristics which can then be used as consideration in making policies. The results of the application of the Simple Additive Weighting method can be used by Madrasah Aliyah Darul Qalam in determining the recommendations for KIP recipients based on the ranking results according to the number of students.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the industrial era 4.0 has affected all aspects of life. The growth and development of E-commerce in the community has been felt by all people in all corners of both cities and villages, both among the general public and students. Judging from the many interests in buying and selling online through E-Commerce, it is necessary to prepare competitive human resources through education and training both at school and outside of school. SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah is a technology-based vocational school, so it is possible through this school to generate interest for students to understand and learn digital business processes through E-Commerce. The subjects in this service activity were students of SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah. The output targets to be achieved in community service activities this time are (1) Students of SMK Negeri 2 Central Bengkulu can understand the use of E-Commerce technology in business processes in the Era Society 5.0, (2) Students of SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah are able to describe the influence, readiness and suitability of industry 4.0 with society 5.0, (3) Students of SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah can know that through the development and utilization of E-commerce applications in the era of society 5.0 this can improve the economy and trade, because buying and selling transactions can occur anywhere and convenient for customers, reduced transaction costs, information is easy and cheap to obtain as long as within the reach of the internet network.

Abstract

Abstract: It is necessary to make an effort to choose a major program at Pancasila High School in Bengkulu City so that those who enter the major are in accordance with the student's abilities, but in reality there are still many who are only influenced by other students or the student's own wishes. This causes subjective work assessments. Assessments based on formal information based on criteria need to be carried out to obtain objective results. This is the basis of research. The research carried out was to create a system that can provide considerations in making decisions about selecting majors at Pancasila High School, Bengkulu City. By using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a basis for data processing for majors. And provide procedures and assist in decision making, because decision making remains with the teacher/school. This decision support system was designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Based on the tests carried out, it can be concluded that this decision support system can provide convenience for SMA Pancasila Bengkulu City in determining majors for students. Keywords: Decision Support System, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), BPJS Pancasila                  High School, Bengkulu City Abstrak: Pemilihan program jurusan di SMA Pancasila Kota Bengkulu perlu di upayakan agar yang masuk jurusan sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa tersebut, namun yang kenyataannya masih banyak yang hanya di pengaruhi siswa lain atau keinginan dari diri siswa tersebut. Hal ini menyebabkan penilaian kerja yang subjektif. Penilaian yang di dasarkan informasi formal berdasar kriteria perlu dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang objektif. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar penelitian. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan pertimbangan dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan pemilihan jurusan pada SMA Pancasila Kota Bengkulu. Dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai basis dalam pengolahan data untuk penjurusan. Dan memberikan prosedur dan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan, karena pengambilan keputusan tetap dari pihak guru/sekolah. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dirancang menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan Databse MySQL. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi SMA Pancasila Kota Bengkulu dalam menentukan penjurusan pada siswa. Kata kunci: Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), SMA Pancasila Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

Abstract: Gym milk is milk that can be used as the best source of protein because it has complete amino acid content and has sufficient nutritional content to help in muscle development. For men, having an ideal body is described as having strong, dense and full body muscles. Those who are thin or too fat have many benefits that men want to get by building their body muscles. Apart from supporting a more attractive appearance compared to those who do not build muscle in their bodies, Green Fitness always recommends the best gym milk to all members. The Vikor method (VLSE Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje in Serbian, which means Multicriteria Optimization and Compromise Solution) is a ranking method using a multicriteria ranking index based on a certain measure of closeness to the ideal solution. The main aim of this method is to carry out rankings by compromising the results of alternative values and contradictory criteria. Application of the Vikor Method in Recommendations for Selecting the Best Gym Milk, this application runs on the Android operating system which was created using the Dart and Flutter programming languages. This application can be used to assist in the process of selecting the best milk at Green Fitness Bengkulu City. This application consists of several main menus, namely data processing and report menus.Keywords: gym milk; vikor method; green fitness bengkulu city Abstrak: Susu gym adalah Susu yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber protein terbaik karena memiliki kelengkapan dari kandungan asam amino dan memiliki kandungan gizi yang cukup untuk membantu dalam perkembangan otot. Bagi para pria memiliki tubuh ideal digambarkan dengan memiliki otot tubuh kekar, padat dan berisi yang memiliki badan kurus, atau terlalu gemuk banyak manfaat yang ingin di dapat oleh pria dengan membentuk otot tubuhnya. Selain menunjang penampilan yang lebih menarik di bandingkan mereka yang tidak membentuk otot di tubuhnya, untuk itu Green Fitness selalu merekomendasi susu gym terbaik kepada seluruh anggota. Metode Vikor (VLSE Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje dalam bahasa Serbia, yang artinya Multicriteria Optimization dan Compromise Solution) adalah metode perankingan dengan menggunakan indeks peringkat multikriteria berdasarkan ukuran tertentu dari kedekatan dengan solusi yang ideal. Tujuan utama metode ini adalah melakukan perankingan dengan mengkompromi hasil nilai alternatif dan kriteria yang bertolak belakang. Penerapan Metode Vikor Dalam Rekomendasi Pemilihan Susu Gym Terbaik, aplikasi ini berjalan diatas operating system android yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemerograman Dart dan Flutter. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam proses pemilihan susu terbaik pada Green Fitness Kota Bengkulu. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari beberapa menu utama, yaitu menu pengolahan data dan laporan. Kata kunci: susu gym; metode vikor; green fitness kota bengkulu.

Abstract

SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City is one of the schools located in Bengkulu City, where several data processing systems still use manual systems, one of which is new student registration. Every new school year, the officer fills out the sheet of students enrolled in the school one by one in the registration book. This takes a long time when the officer wants to make a report of students registered, because they have to retype the data in the registration book into the computer. In addition, after conducting interviews, it was found that the students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City experienced a decline every academic year. The application of forecasting the number of new students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City can be used to predict the number of new students in the next academic year based on the results of the analysis on old historical data. This forecasting process is carried out through the Non-Linear Trend Method approach, so that the final forecasting result is obtained from the stages of the process that occur. It was made using the VB.Net programming language and SQL Server database which can assist the school in managing school quality assurance, in order to attract interest from prospective students to enroll in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City, and can arrange school promotion strategies for prospective students. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional application of forecasting the number of new students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City has been running properly and the application for forecasting the number of new students at the school which is able to display forecasting results in the next academic year.

Abstract

Chickens are the most widely bred livestock because of the many benefits and advantages. As with other livestock, chickens have various types of diseases. For some breeders who want to raise chickens, especially ordinary people, they are faced with several problems, one of which is disease. To diagnose the disease, the symptoms that appear on the chicken's body are needed. Seriousness and fast action are needed before it's too late and suffers losses. Therefore, the purpose of this program is to assist farmers in obtaining some information about chickens. The sooner chicken disease is detected, the sooner they can prevent it. An expert system for diagnosing chicken diseases using the Case Base Reasoning method at the Bengkulu City Office of Animal Husbandry and Health was built using the PHP programming language and MySQLi database. The application is divided into two parts, namely the general user page and the administrator or operator special admin page. The results show that the diagnosis results from the selected symptoms, the application also displays the possibility of other diseases detected based on these symptoms. In addition, there are also details of the disease, along with suggestions that must be done by farmers to the sick chickens. In addition to diagnosing diseases, this expert system application can also provide information about chicken diseases and how to handle them, as well as in all disease and symptom relationships between data from sources and the application is appropriate.

Abstract

Management Study Program is one of the study programs at the Faculty of Economics, The University of Dehasen Bengkulu. Every academic year, students who have fulfilled the credits or are in semester 6 or 7, submit a file for submission of titles to the staff of the study program, then the Head of Study Program will check related to the title submitted, if possible and in accordance with the disside of science, the title is issued will approved and the study program will appoint supervisor 1 and supervisor 2 from the student concerned. The application of the pattern for selecting students’ thesis titles at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, The University of Dehasen Bengkulu was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. In the application, the Levenstein Distance Algorithm has been applied to the new title submission form, where a comparison will be made against previously accepted titles that have been stored in the database. The title is accepted if the similarity level is below 50%, while the title is Rejected if the similarity level is above 50%. Based on the trial for submitting a new title, the application is able to provide information on whether the title is accepted or Rejected based on the Levenstein Distance Algorithm approach. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionalities of the application run as expected and the application is able to display the results of the analysis through the stages of the Levenstein Distance Algorithm for the submission of new titles.

Abstract

Duta Ponsel is one of the largest stores in Bengkulu City that sells various kinds of smartphones and accessories according to the type of smartphone. Duta Ponsel has implemented information technology in its store business therefore it can facilitate data processing and sales of goods. However, the application is only limited to data management. In fact, these data can help support the sales strategy at Duta Ponsel. This comparison application of the Tsukamoto Method and the Sugeno Method can predict the number of requests for smartphone accessories by entering the amount of inventory and the number of sales. In this application, the processing time that occurs in Fuzzy Tsukamoto and Fuzzy Sugeno has been integrated, making it easier to see the comparison between the two methods. Comparative study of Tsukamoto Method and Sugeno Method in Determining Total Demand Based on Sales and Inventory at Duta Ponsel Sukamerindu seen from 2 (two) aspects of comparison, namely the final result of demand prediction and processing time. To assist the comparison process, an application was built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language with SQL Server 2008r2 database. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application is able to display comparative information between the Tsukamoto Method and the Sugeno Method through 2 (two) aspects, namely the final result of demand prediction and processing time. Based on the processing time, the Sugeno Method is faster than the Tsukamoto Method

Abstract

Gunung Megang Village is one of the villages located in Semidang Alas District, Seluma Regency. Every year the Village Head will record the population for data archiving and reporting, where the process has utilized a computerized system, namely by using office applications. However, the current population data collection only records the number of residents in Gunung Megang Village (data attached), so it cannot find out population information based on economic status. Economic status is the position of a person or family in society based on monthly income. However, the economic capacity of each community is different, some have a high economic status and some have a low one, this is seen in terms of income and expenditure. The application for determining the clustering of the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database by applying one of the data mining methods used, K-Means. The grouping is based on data on the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village (data attached) which is divided into 3 clusters, namely Cluster 1 (High), Cluster 2 (Medium) and Cluster 3 (Low). With this application, it is hoped that it can help the Gunung Megang Village Office in finding out information on the economic status of the population. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the application for determining the clustering of the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village is running as expected, and the application is able to provide information on the grouping of data on the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village.

Abstract

The Patient Medical Record Data Search application is used to assist the Bintunan Air Treatment Health Center in finding medical record data with faster time efficiency, where so far the search is still done manually by looking at the books. The Patient Medical Record Data Search application is used to assist the Puskesmas in managing patient data, doctor data and patient medical record data every time for treatment, so that the processed data is stored in the application database. Applications for Searching Patient Medical Record Data at the Bintunan Air Treatment Health Center have implemented one of the search algorithms, namely the Turbo Boyer Moore algorithm, where the search process is carried out per string / word through a shift in data matching between keywords and data in the database. Based on the results of black box testing, the functionality of the Patient Medical Record Data Search Application at the Bintunan Water Treatment Health Center has been running properly and is able to display medical record search results using the Turbo Boyer Moore Algorithm.
