Abstract

This community service program aims to promote the use of APE media for children's motor development. Motor skills are fundamental to a child's development, especially for children aged five to ten years, enabling them to develop more fully. This program focuses on children's motor development, which consists of fine and gross motor skills, through the use of simple media, namely APE (Educational Toys). Through this media promotion, it will be possible to assess the extent of children's motor skill development relative to their age. This community service initiative has a specific target: to promote the use of APE media in schools and at home to support the healthy development of children's motor skills, including both fine and gross motor skills. The methods employed include lectures and demonstrations. The results of the data summary table show that the average pre-test score was 52, while the average post-test score was 85.3. The percentage increase in knowledge about children's motor development was 33.3%. From this data, it can be concluded that there was an increase in knowledge about the modification of Educational Toys at MI Muhammadiyah Ciputat.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, development relies heavily on the economic sector as a benchmark for governmental success. Society's contribution to national development, particularly in the economic realm, is embodied by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs occupy a crucial and strategic position within the national economy. ​MSMEs have continued to grow year after year since the economic crisis. This also proves that MSMEs can survive amidst economic turmoil. Thus, MSMEs are considered to play a strategic role in reducing unemployment and poverty. Given the contributions and roles of MSMEs, the government must continue supporting MSMEs through reinforcement so that their role as pillars in building the nation’s economy can function optimally. This study aims to understand the contribution of MSMEs to the economy. In addition, this study identifies the challenges and obstacles faced by MSMEs in the national economy. Library research was used, utilizing articles published in international and national journals related to the role of MSMEs in improving the national economy. The results of this study show that MSMEs contribute significantly to the national economy, although their implementation faces challenges. However, the government is striving to provide a range of stimuli to address these issues, so that MSMEs can continue to grow and become empowered.

Abstract

The objective of this research is new development in desktop-based program of futsal sport measurement test. The method used in this research is max method of qualitative, quantitative and development of brog and gral with ten stages. The results obtained in the large scale expert test material is a lecturer of sport measurement tests by 90%, media experts who are tested by computer experts by 87% and the test of Asian licensed trainer practitioners with 90% results. With results of more than 80% in the three initial test stages, small scale tests and up to large scale test stages, it can be concluded that research development is a new product in the futsal branch measurement sport test. Based on the result, it can be stated that this tool can be used effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The definition of inventory according to the Big Indonesian General Dictionary is (a list of) items used in an office, company, and inventory is the making or compilation of a list of items in an office, house, ship. imagine how complicated it would be if we wanted to find out what items were purchased by an institution in the past 05 or 10 years if we had to open files or records regarding these items in a book, perhaps more than one large stack of books would have to be we read them one by one and it will take quite a long time. In modern times like now, if these manual things are still done, we will be increasingly left behind by other people and will not be able to progress because we will lose in the competition. Fast, precise and effective work has become the main requirement for completing work in the current era of globalization. The inventory data collection application is an application that is used to control inventory items and planned expenditure. This application is designed to improve the performance of the DKM Jami' Baitul Mutaqqin Mosque, because up to now the process has been carried out manually so the time required is more long time to approve replacement of inventory items that must be replaced. This application was built using the PHP programming language and uses a MySQL database.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme pengajuan dan implementasi kenaikan pembiayaan murabahah pada produk Griya iB Hasanah di masa covid-19 di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Tangerang 2. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data dari penelitian ini dihimpun dari dokumen internal Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Tangerang 2 berupa file, wawancara serta dari sumber-sumber pendukung seperti buku, jurnal dan sumber lainnya. Yang kemudian dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa mekanisme pengajuan, calon nasabah diharapkan membawa dan memenuhi syarat-syarat yang telah ditentukan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Tangerang 2, pemberian pembiayaan di masa covid-19 ini hanya diberikan kepada karyawan tetap pada perusahaan yang tidak terdampak pandemi dan pegawai negeri sipil. Adapun dalam proses analisis data Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Tangerang 2 memangkas waktu analisis dari 14 hari kerja di masa normal menjadi 5 hari kerja di masa covid-19. Adapun implementasi kenaikan pembiayaan murabahah pada produk Griya iB Hasanah di masa covid-19 adalah dengan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan nasabah yang dilakukan dengan fokus nasabah pada karyawan tetap, pemberian pembiayaan tanpa Down Payment (DP), pemotongan margin dari 5,99 % menjadi 3,3 % ditahun pertama dan 10,5 % ditahun kedua hingga pelunasan, pendekatan nasabah melalui online. Adapun implementasi akad murabahah pada produk pembiayaan di Griya iB Hasanah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Tangerang 2 juga telah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang murabahah. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya mekanisme pengajuan yang diupayakan untuk menarik minat karyawan tetap yang tidak terdampak dan adanya upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Tangerang 2 ini berhasil meningkatkan pembiayaan pada produk Griya iB Hasanah di masa covid-19. Abstract

Fair compensation has been increasingly recognized as a strategic lever for enhancing employee motivation, satisfaction, and performance in contemporary organizations. This study systematically synthesizes theoretical perspectives and empirical evidence on the role of fair compensation in improving employee performance, with particular attention to how strategic human resource management (HRM) fosters a productive and harmonious work environment. Drawing on a systematic literature review of peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) between 2014 and 2024, complemented by foundational theoretical works, this study applied predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria covering distributive, procedural, and interactional fairness, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and individual and team performance metrics to identify relevant studies. The synthesis demonstrates that (1) financial and non-financial compensation jointly predicts employee performance, with non-financial recognition strengthening the effect of pay-for-performance on engagement; (2) perceptions of internal and external pay equity mediate the relationship between compensation systems and discretionary effort; and (3) effective HRM bundles, integrating workforce planning, training, performance appraisal, and transparent reward design, constitute the boundary conditions for compensation to translate into sustainable performance. Although classical scholars (e.g., Rivai, 2015) emphasize direct financial compensation as the principal driver of short-term productivity, contemporary meta-analytic evidence (Cerasoli et al., 2014; Gerhart & Fang, 2014) suggests that the joint optimization of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards yields superior long-term performance outcomes. This study contributes to HRM theory by integrating equity, expectancy, two-factor, and self-determination perspectives into a coherent fairness–performance framework and offers practical guidance for designing transparent, performance-based, and contextually fair compensation systems.
