Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai pengaruh manajemen talenta dan keahlian kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang mengambil informasi dari online, Mendeley. Analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian tinjauan pustaka ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Abstract

Pembentukan karakter individu seyogianya dimulai sejak usia dini. Hal ini didasarkan pada premis bahwa karakter yang kuat akan melahirkan perilaku yang positif secara otomatis. Fokus utama tulisan ini adalah pada pentingnya menumbuhkan kesadaran akan lingkungan sekitar pada peserta didik. Mengingat lingkungan hidup merupakan salah satu aspek krusial dalam kehidupan manusia, maka perhatian terhadap isu lingkungan ini patut menjadi prioritas. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menginspirasi peserta didik agar lebih peduli terhadap lingkungannya. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program ini adalah penyuluhan dan praktik langsung. Data yang diperoleh melalui dokumentasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan pada peserta didik, yang tercermin dalam berbagai inisiatif kecil yang mereka lakukan. Meskipun demikian, disadari bahwa program ini masih memiliki sejumlah kekurangan.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, innovation in education is crucial. As one of the key pillars of human and societal development, education must continuously evolve to address the needs and challenges of modern times. Preparing the younger generation for future challenges necessitates prioritizing educational innovation on the global policy agenda. The philosophical foundation of education is essential in providing a framework for understanding the purpose of education, teaching methods, and the relationship between education, individuals, and society. This research aims to serve as a reference for educators, curriculum developers, and policymakers in designing effective and relevant learning strategies and to contribute to the academic literature on the intersection of education and technology. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative techniques. The research begins with a qualitative phase, where in-depth interviews and literature analysis are used to explore integrating educational philosophy with technological advancements in learning. This qualitative step identifies key challenges, opportunities, and needs within current educational systems. In the subsequent quantitative phase, surveys and questionnaires are distributed to a larger sample of educators and students to gather data on their experiences and perceptions regarding the use of technology in education. The study results confirm that a deep integration of educational philosophy with advancements in learning technology is crucial for creating a holistic and effective education system. This approach fosters character development, enhances critical thinking skills, and prepares learners to face future challenges with empathy, critical thinking, and wisdom. The data collected through qualitative and quantitative methods reveal significant correlations between educational philosophy's application and technology's successful integration in fostering an adaptable, forward-thinking educational environment.

Abstract

Human Resources is an asset for a company that has an important role, thus proper training is very important in managing the workforce. High competence in an organization certainly determines how good the quality of human resources it has and determines the competitive ability of a company. The purpose of this research is to analyze the selection of appropriate training for human resources at Agung Food where these MSMEs have processed tuna products. Agung Food's address is in Sukorambi District, Jember Regency. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach by collecting data using questionnaires. The analytical tools used are the AHP and COPRAS methods. The results obtained through this ranking system put creativity training in the first rank, while the second rank is cross-functional training and the last rank is skill training.

Abstract

Petani merupakan pelaku utama untuk mewujudkan ketahan pagan baik didalam rumah tangga maupun masyarakat secara luas. Namun regenerasi petani semakin tahun megalami penurunan, dikarenakan profesi petani dianggap tidak bisa menjamin hidup yang sejahtera. Kelompok masyarakat petani menjadi wadah bagi petani-petani didesa untuk menyampaikan inspirasi mereka. POKMAS Al Fatihah Farm merupakan salah satu POKMAS di Desa Jelbuk yang mencoba untuk mengkoordinir hasil pertanian para petani untuk dijual dengan harga yang lebih mahal. Akan tetapi, POKMAS ini mengalami permasalahan.yaitu POKMAS Al Fatihah Farm belum memiliki manajemen usaha tani yang baik; Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut tim pengusul memberikan solusi berupa Pelatihan manajemen usaha tani mulai dari proses tanam sampai pada pasca panen. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) yang merupakan sebuah metode untuk meningkatkan kemajuan para individu dengan berlandaskan aset lokal yang terdapat dalam suatu wilayah.Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan anggota POKMAS dan petani Desa Jelbuk dalam memanajemen hasil pertanian.

Abstract

Purpose The aim of this study is to examine how ambidexterity capabilities (exploration and exploitation) and entrepreneurial orientation contribute to competitive advantage in East Java's tourism industry. Methodology/approach: The research was conducted in East Java's tourism sector, involving a survey of 230 tourism managers selected through purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using path analysis with mediation tests and t-tests through SmartPLS to examine the relationships between the study variables. Results/findings: This study found that Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) enhances both exploratory and exploitative ambidexterity, which promotes innovation and efficiency. Although EO directly enhances competitive advantage, its impact varies across the dimensions of ambidexterity. Exploratory ambidexterity weakens the relationship between EO and competitive advantage, while exploitative ambidexterity strengthens it. This suggests that balancing innovation with execution is key to sustaining success in the market. Conclusions: The research concludes that tourism organizations in East Java should focus on developing ambidexterity exploitation capabilities to maximize the benefits of their entrepreneurial orientation for achieving competitive advantage. The balanced management of external challenges proves more crucial than internal resource management in this context. Limitations: A limitation of the study is its focus on East Java's tourism industry and its use of purposive sampling, which may affect the generalizability of findings to other regions or sectors. Contribution: This study contributes to tourism management literature by empirically testing the ambidexterity-competitive advantage relationship in an underexplored context. The findings provide practical insights for tourism managers on strategically allocating resources between exploration and exploitation activities to enhance their competitive position.

Abstract

Era digital pada saat ini telah membawa tantangan bagi kehidupan manusia, salah satu nya di dunia bisnis. Era digital menandai era baru dalam perdagangan dengan munculnya e-commerce. Generasi milenial, sebagai generasi yang lahir dan tumbuh di era digital, menjadi pengguna utama e-commerce dan memainkan peran penting dalam perkembangan bisnis online. E-commerce membuka peluang usaha baru, meningkatkan pendapatan dan taraf hidup, serta memperkuat ekonomi kreatif. E-commerce merupakan alat yang powerful bagi generasi milenial untuk mengembangkan bisnis mereka di era digital. Dengan strategi yang tepat, generasi milenial dapat memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk mencapai kesuksesan dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif. Ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran generasi muda agar memanfaatkan media sosial sesuai dengan perkembangan dan peluang bisnis saat ini dan masa depan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Awareness, Electronic Word of Mouth, dan Celebrity Endorsement terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Somehinc Skincare di TikTok Shop. Populasinya adalah setiap orang yang membeli produk skincare Somehinc di TikTok Shop. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu metode penentuan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dengan jumlah responden minimal 21 x 5 = 105 responden. Untuk menganalisis data penelitian digunakan metode regresi linier berganda (analisis regresi berganda). Analisis regresi linier berganda merupakan analisis yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suatu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Brand Awareness mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Somethinc di TikTok Shop; 2) Electronic Word of Mouth mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Somethinc di TikTok Shop; 3) Celebrity endorsement mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Somethinc di TikTok Shop
