Abstract

Origin Destination Matrix (O-D MATRIX) is two- dimensional matrix are often to described thepatterns of movement that contains information the amount of intrazone movement. O-D MATRIXformation in this research on simple network with 5 origin-destination zone (O-D) used Gravitymethod with two-limitation . In this research, O-D MATRIX formation on a simple network usingLazarus program. Lazarus is the one of Integrated Development Environment (IDE) from FreePascal Compailer (FPC). FPC that can be used for Window, Linux, and MAC. If the previouscalculations requier a longer time, this program will be quickly and efficiently of O-D Matrix. Ittakes 3 hours to calculate O-D Matrix manualy and input the formula will enhance errorpossibility. Abstract

Faculty of Civil Engineering Department as one of the majors at the University of Lampung whichhas the number of students, faculty and others are quite large, this has resulted in demand forparking at the Faculty of Engineering Department of Civil is a problem that can not be ignoredbecause of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Department as a center of community activityacademic need a good arrangement and the campus community college population continues toincrease each academic year. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of the motorvehicle users both motorcycles and cars in the Faculty of Engineering Department of Civil,knowing parking needs in the Faculty of Engineering Department of Civil, find out if parking andpedestrian facilities in the Faculty of Engineering Department of Civil been sufficient,, analyzeparking management solution and pedestrian in the Faculty of Civil Engineering Department.Characteristics of motor vehicle users both motorcycles and cars derived from a comparisonbetween the accumulation of the highest parking vehicles with the number of parking spacesavailable, vehicle car I is 14 pieces of land, land second car that is 20 pieces, motorcycle land I is20 pieces, motorcycles land II is 27 pieces, motorcycles III, 11 pieces of land and land motorcycleIV is 4 pieces. Abstract

Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan suatu pusat kegiatan yang berfungsi sebagai pelayanan jasa,produksi, distribusi barang serta menjadi pintu masuk atau simpul transportasi bagi wilayah sekitarnya.  Dengan adanya pergerakan tersebut, maka diperlukan sistem transportasi yang memadai. Hal ini menyebabkan bertambahnya moda transportasi dan memberikan efek negatif yaitu adanya kemacetan lalu lintas.   Kemacetan ini menimbulkan banyak kerugian diantaranya dari aspek waktu, finansial serta aspek kesehatan.            Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar kerugian yang dialami oleh masyarakat saat terjadi kemacetan di Jalan Raden Intan, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman dan Jalan Pangeran Diponegoro dengan data yang dibutuhkan adalah data sekunder meliputi penjualan SPBU selama 1 minggu dan data primer meliputi waktu tempuh, waktu tundaan, kecepatan rata-rata, waktu tempuh per 1 liter bensin dan volume kendaraan dengan kendaraan yang ditinjau adalah mobil pribadi.            Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa jenis BBM yang tertinggi adalah premium dengan nilai kerugian sebesar Rp. 1.842.346.532,- untuk Jalan Raden Intan, Rp. 468.853.424,- untuk Jalan Jenderal Sudirman arah Tanjung Karang – Pahoman dan Rp. 563.521.400,- untuk arah Pahoman – Tanjung Karang, Rp. 591.757.412,- untuk Jalan Pangeran Diponegoro arah Tanjung Karang – Teluk Betung dan Rp. 668.644.080,- untuk arah Teluk Betung – Tanjung Karang selama 1 tahun. Kata kunci : Kerugian, Tundaan, Jenis Bahan Bakar Minyak

Abstract

One of the public transportations in Bandar Lampung is the BRT Rajabasa-Panjang corridor. However, due to the lack of interest of the community to use public vehicles specifically for BRT, only one of the seven corridors operated.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of BRT Transport Service Routes in the Rajabasa-Panjang corridor with the effect of effectiveness measured by service frequency, load factor, head way, travel speed, and standardized departure time as service performance indicators.The results of this study are the average speed of BRT Rajabasa-Panjang route, which is 26.25 km/hr, and from Panjang-Rajabasa route is 27.87 km/hr. For the average value of Load Factor on the Rajabasa-Panjang route is 38.23 % and on the Panjang-Rajabasa route is 38.80%. From the results of the data obtained, the Time Headway value is obtained at 16.5 minutes and the value of service frequency is equal to 4 vehicles/hour. The average cycle time on BRT is Monday and Friday, which is 2 hours 49 minutes and Saturday is only 2 hours 28 minutes. The number of bus fleets needed is 10 units for one cycle. Keywords: load factor, time headway, service frequency, speed, fleet requirements, bus effectiveness.

Abstract

University of Lampung (Unila) is the only one state university in Lampung. There are severalparking areas scattered in each faculty which serves as the campus facilities. The purpose of thisstudy is to find solutions for handling the parking problems in faculty of medicine(FK) andFaculty Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Unila.This study consisted of two phases, which collects parking data, such as a vehicle license platenumber, time of entry and exit of vehicle, and then analyze it with some formula that is used as aparameter conclusion. Some of these parameters are accumulation of vehicle parking, parkingindex, duration of parking, parking capacity, as well as parking turnover rate (PTO).From the analysis conclude that motorcycle parking area at FK can accommodate vehicleparking. While in the existing car parking area can't accommodate parking of vehicles. Then inFMIPA motorcycle parking area can also accommodate parking of the vehicles, whereas theexisting car parking area can't accommodate the vehicles parking neatly. As a solution of theparking problem, we will make plans of car parking area at the FK that can accommodate parkingof car vehicles in both faculties.Keywords : FK, FMIPA, parking index, parking duration , parking capacity, PTO

Abstract

ABSTRAKEVALUASI KINERJA SIMPANG BERSINYAL(Jl. Soekarno Hatta – Jl. H. Komarudin – Jl. Kapten Abdul Haq)OlehMUHAMMAD AGUNG SETIA DARMAPertumbuhan dan perkembangan penduduk memicu peningkatan aktifitas mobilisasi lalu lintas, hal ini memicu masalah kemacetan pada ruas jalan, terutama pada pertemuan ruas persimpangan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukannya pengaturan kinerja simpang bersinyal agar lalu lintas dapat berjalan secara lancar dan optimal.Penelitian dilakukan di simpang Damri pada Jalan Soekarno-Hatta – Jalan H.Komarudin – Jalan Kapten Abdul Haq, Kecamatan Rajabasa, Bandar Lampung. Tujuannya yaitu untuk menganalisa kinerja simpang Damri dalam kondisi eksisting serta memberikan solusi alternatif agar kinerja simpang tersebut lebih optimal. Analisa kinerja simpang menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997.Hasil penelitian didapat pada simpang Damri bahwa pada pendekat utara, selatan dan barat, memiliki nilai derajat kejenuhan (Ds. >0,75) masing-masing sebesar 1.90,1.23,0.82, sedangkan pendekat timur 0.65. Panjang antrian tertinggi pada simpang sebesar 824,68m. besar nilai angka henti seluruh simpang adalah 5,82 stop/smp. Tundaan rata-rata simpang yang dihasilkan adalah 314,38 det/smp. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja simpang Damri dilakukan alternatif perbaikan dengan melakukan Pelarangan Belok Kanan, Pelebaran Geometrik, Perubahan Fase dan kombinasi antara Pelarangan Belok Kanan dan Pelebaran Geometrik serta Kombinasi Pelebaran dan Perubahan Fase. Dari alternatif tersebut solusi perbaikan yang paling efektif yaitu Kombinasi Pelebaran dan Perubahan Fase, Kombinasi Pelarangan Belok Kanan dan Pelebaran Geometrik Serta Pelarangan Belok Kanan.Kata Kunci: Simpang Bersinyal, Derajat Kejenuhan, Panjang Antrian, Tundaan.

Abstract

There are three intersections that are within 1.3 km of study focused on Jalan Z.A. Pagar Alam.  The problem that sometimes occurs is vehicles must stop at every intersection because it always gets a red signalThe data collection was done by a direct survey at all three intersections. The data that taken from the intersection are geometric and volume intersection.  The first intersection released from signal coordination between intersections, with a cycle time of 63 seconds was obtained degree of saturation on average 0.7378 and the queue length 70.23 m. After three planning between the intersection II and III intersection obtained the best cycle time of 99 seconds. The average degree of saturation of intersection II is 0.77 with queue length 146.71 m and the third intersection is 0.85 with queue length 82.03 m. Because the degree of saturation is approaching 0.8 and 0.8 exceed existing special construction needs to be done.

Abstract

Pangeran Antasari road is an urban road with 2-ways 4-lanes type (using median). In this median was found U-turn facility near of Ganesha Operation. Based on preliminary observations at the study location (Pangeran Antasari Road), it was seen there vehicles that could’t make a smooth U-Turn movement and other vehicles that were obstructed when passing through this facility, especially during peak hours when traffic volume was high.The objevtives of this study is to know the effect of U-Turn on delays in Pangeran Antasari road, which is near of Ganesha Operation. The method used is Gap Acceptance. It was to determine the value of vehicle travel time that is affected by U-Turn movement vehicles, namely the gap time and follow-up time.Based on the data analysis carried out at the U-Turn near of Ganesha Operation, it can be concluded that the effect of delay is due to the average time of gap accepted and follow-up time. The average time value of gap accepted was 3.64 seconds and 4.35 seconds in the morning and 9.59 seconds and 8.78 seconds in the afternoon. The average follow-up time of the vehicle is 12.72 seconds to 18.2 seconds in the morning and 14.01 seconds to 17.87 seconds in the afternoon.

Abstract

Choosing the right mode of transportation is something that passengers want, but with the advantages and disadvantages of existing transportation modes can affect the number of users of these modes of transportation. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors and probability of choosing the mode of passenger transportation between trains and buses with the Bandar Lampung - Palembang route. The method used in this research is the Discrete Choice Model method, with the analysis used is linear regression analysis of the two models used, namely the difference binary logit model and the binary logit ratio. Based on the research results, the probability value from the bus mode selection analysis is known if the value (∆C) = 0, the probability value with the binary logit model is the difference = 35%, and if the value (∆C) = 100000 then the probability value increases to 41%. Meanwhile, if (C1 / C2) = 0.1, then the probability value with the binary logit model ratio = 58%, and if the value (C1 / C2) = 1 then the probability value increases to 35%. From the results of the analysis carried out, the dominant factors influence the choice of mode of transportation by route Bandar Lampung - Palembang is the cost of transportation cheap, and comfort level of service.Keywords : modal choice, binary logit, discrete choice model, probability

Abstract

Development of population in Bandar Lampung City and the demand for vehicles from year to year was increasing, such as private vehicles, public transportation, buses and others. This had an impact on the development of facilities and infrastructure of transportation which facilitated the movement occurring on the Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam road section. One of the facilities found on Z.A Pagar Alam road is the Median Opening (U-Turn) which changed direction by turning 180°. One of the effects of the U-Turn movement was going slowly or stopping vehicles. This would affect the movement of other vehicles on the main road. In addition, there were also many cases where the vehicle couldn’t rotate directly because of less radius of rotation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Median Opening (U-Turn) on the traffic performance at Z.A Pagar Alam road with the Gap Acceptance Method. The use of the Gap Acceptance Method would get the Queue Length value, Gap value and Wait Time (Follow Up Time). Based on the analysis and calculations carried out at the Median Opening (U-Turn) in front of Wisma Bandar Lampung, it could be concluded that the effect of the U-Turn on Monday morning from Tanjung Karang to Rajabasa and vice versa was the biggest effect on traffic performance where the gap was 439 vehicles and queue due to a gap was 899 vehicles, follow-up times was 309 vehicles and queue due to follow-up time was 1449 vehicles.
