Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze partnership management in early childhood education institutions (PAUD) through a multi-site study conducted at TK Negeri Pembina Banjarmasin Tengah and TK Negeri Pembina Banjarmasin Timur. The research explores partnership management in PAUD institutions through three main focuses: (1) the leadership of the PAUD principal in managing partnership programs, (2) the principal’s communication in establishing partnerships, and (3) the principal’s strategies in building a culture of collaboration. This study employs a qualitative approach using a multi-site case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that the principals at both TK Negeri Pembina Banjarmasin Tengah and TK Negeri Pembina Banjarmasin Timur demonstrated collaborative, participative, and communicative leadership in designing and implementing partnership programs. The institutions’ vision and mission served as the foundation for all partnership activities and were developed democratically by involving all stakeholders. In terms of communication, the principals established open, adaptive, and sustainable two-way communication through various formal and informal channels. This approach strengthened trust and active participation from parents and external partners, enhancing synergy in supporting school programs. Meanwhile, the strategy for building a collaborative culture was implemented by fostering an inclusive atmosphere, establishing mutual trust in partnerships, and expanding networks of cooperation with external institutions. These strategies effectively nurtured a sense of ownership, increased stakeholder involvement, and created a sustainable collaborative culture to support the holistic quality of early childhood education services. The study concludes that the success of partnership management in PAUD institutions highly depends on effective school leadership, harmonious communication, and a structured collaborative culture. This research contributes to the development of partnership management practices as an effort to improve the quality of early childhood education. Abstract

Ecological Economics has many benefits related to the right to life of organisms, cost and benefit factors, and aesthetic factors for humans. The value of ecological economics is as a protector of the balance of the hydrological cycle and water management, a guardian of soil fertility through the supply of nutrients from forest litter, preventing erosion, abrasion and controlling microclimates. The purpose of activities to increase community independence through optimization of agricultural land based on ecological economics is to realize the active role of the community in increasing food production, maintaining environmental sustainability based on ecological economics so as to increase use value, there is harmony between aspects of use and maintenance, improving aspects of health and community welfare and forming an entrepreneurial spirit. Need Assessment through a survey method approach, socialization, mentoring (workshops, counseling and training), active participation, monitoring and ending with program evaluation is expected to be able to increase community independence regarding the importance of land optimization based on ecological economics. The main programs implemented include community empowerment, increasing production, organizational management, marketing management, facilities and infrastructure and socio-culture. The results obtained are that the community periodically monitors agricultural land based on technology applications, the application of polyculture-based planting patterns to maintain the balance of soil fertility and is active in environmental conservation efforts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leading sector GRDP and special autonomy funds on poverty in Aceh Province. This study employs quantitative techniques by regressing quarterly time series data for the years 2010 to 2022. The agriculture, mining, trade, transportation, real estate, administration, health services sectors are the leading sectors obtained from the Location Quotient (LQ) calculation. The results showed that the agriculture, trade and transportation sectors have a negative effect on poverty. the real estate and administration sector has a positive effect on poverty. Meanwhile, the mining and health services sectors have no effect on poverty. Special autonomy funds have a negative effect on poverty in Aceh Province. The agriculture, trade, transportation sectors are considered as sectors that should be the focus of development and funding from the allocation of special autonomy funds by the Government of Aceh.

Abstract

Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) are community-driven business sectors that have demonstrated significant contributions to economic development. They play a crucial role in providing alternative and productive economic activities. This study focuses on the Department of Industry and Trade of Cilegon City, which faces challenges in collecting data on SMIs across districts, compiling records of supervised enterprises, and monitoring their progress. The objective of this research is to design and develop a Management and Data Collection Application for SMIs in Cilegon City to enhance the efficiency of SMI development activities. The application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, aligned with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The design process employed an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Unified Modeling Language (UML), specifically a Use Case Diagram. The system is web-based and implemented using the Code Igniter framework, PHP programming language, and a MySQL database.

Abstract

The aim of this research is a description of the character education development strategy at the selected sites which, among other things, has an influence on the indicators used, including the management strategy used, the process of empowering human resources (teachers), the existence of partnership participation, and the evaluation process of implementing programs. character building. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method which shows the results of the social situation in a comprehensive and in-depth manner based on analysis carried out by means of in-depth interviews with the sources used. The results of the research show that between the two sites (1) the strategy used in the character education process is preparation before implementing KBM and habituation to character education, (2) there are regular activities carried out to support the skills and professionalism of human resources (teachers), (3) Active collaborative participation among the school community (committee, parents/guardians, related agencies, and local residents), and (4) Periodic evaluation activities as material for improvement and development for the future regarding character education habits. Among the cross-site findings, there are differences between the two sites, namely (1) In site I, cooperative participation has not been carried out in a unified manner, in contrast to site II, there is awareness among related parties to advance the quality of character education, (2) other differences are in the determination of the parties involved. In the character education habituation process, site I empowers appropriate and competent parties to be involved in character education, unlike site II, there is implementation first followed by an evaluation, so that the results of the evaluation lead to decisions on the sustainability of the human resources (teachers) who carry out the education habituation. character, (3) the success of character education which is used by the parties (teachers) in site I, there is still a gap in self-awareness to develop themselves following training, and in site II there is a sense of interest in each teacher to participate in self-development.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Tingkat Pengetahuan Siswa Tentang Permainan Bulutangkis Kelas VIII Di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Baru Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 218 siswa dengan teknik probability sampling yang mengacu pada metode simple random sampling, serta menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Tingkat Pengetahuan Siswa Tentang Permainan Bulutangkis Kelas VIII Di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Baru Kabupaten Karawang termasuk ke dalam kategori “cukup” dengan skor rata-rata (mean) 17, meliputi 4 kategori diantaranya yaitu, Pengertian dan Manfaat, Teknik Dasar, Sejarah, dan Peraturan. Dengan uraian sebagai berikut: “Pengertian dan Manfaat” sebesar 27%, “Teknik Dasar” sebesar 51%, “Sejarah” sebesar 13%, dan “Peraturan” 9%.

Abstract

The ability of third-grade elementary school students in the West Banjarmasin sub-district in understanding the vocabulary of the Indonesian language field is exactly at the KKM and that is very worrying because if learning is not managed properly, the score could drop to a number below the KKM. The research was conducted to find out how the students' understanding and ability among school clusters was in understand the vocabulary of the Indonesian language field. The research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative methods in the hope of producing more accurate and meaningful information. The results of the study showed the ability to understand the vocabulary of the Indonesian language field with an average value of 58.29 with details of the ability to understand the vocabulary of the Indonesian language field in urban elementary schools 61.24 and suburban areas 52.66. Based on the results of the comparative test, the ability of students in urban and suburban areas is significantly related and the inter-cluster relationship is also significant.ABSTRAKKemampuan siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar se-Kecamatan Banjarmasin Barat dalam memahami kosakata bidang ilmu bahasa Indonesia nilainya persis pada KKM dan itu sangat menghawatirkan karena jika pembelajaran kurang dikelola dengan baik, nilai  itu bisa saja menurun ke angka di bawah KKM. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mencari tahu bagaimana pemahaman dan kemampuan siswa antargugus sekolah dalam memahami kosakata bidang ilmu bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif  dengan harapan dapat menghasilkan informasi yang  lebih akurat dan lebih bermakna. Hasil peneitian menunjukkan kemampuan memahami kosakata bidang ilmu bahasa Indonesia nilai rata-rata 58,29 dengan rincian kemampuan memahami kosakata bidang ilmu bahasa Indonesia SD Negeri daerah perkotaan 61,24 dan daerah pinggiran kota 52,66. Berdasarkan hasil uji komparasi terhadap kemampuan siswa daerah perkotaan dan daerah pinggiran berhubungan secara signifikan dan begitu juga hubungan antargugus juga  signifikan.Kata Kunci: bahasa Indonesia; kosakata; pemahaman Â
