Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan Perusahaan Digital Printing yang ada di Kota Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pelanggan, sikap proactiveness terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan kapabilitas pemasaran sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dan sampel penelitian   ini adalah pemilik perusahaan digital printing yang ada di Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 38 orang. Analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif dan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa   orientasi pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Sikap proactivenes tidak berpengaruh signifikan kinerja pemasaran. Orientasi pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapabilitas pemasaran. Sikap proactiveness bepengaruh signifikan terhadap  kinerja pemasaran Variabel. Kapabilitas Pemasaran bepengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Variabel Kapalitas Pemasaran mampu menjadi mediasi antara Orientasi Pelanggan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, demikian juga variable kapabilitas pemasaran juga dapat memediasi antara sikap proactiveness dengan kinerja pemasaranThis research was conducted by a Digital Printing Company in the city of Semarang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer orientation, proactiveness on marketing performance with marketing capability as an intervening variable. The population and sample of this research are the owners of digital printing companies in Semarang City, totaling 38 people. Data analysis with descriptive analysis and Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that customer orientation has a significant effect on marketing performance. Proactive attitude does not significantly affect marketing performance. Customer orientation has a significant effect on marketing capabilities. Proactiveness has a significant effect on marketing performance. Variable. Marketing Capability has a significant effect on marketing performance. The Marketing Capability variable is able to mediate between Customer Orientation on marketing performance, as well as the marketing capability variable can also mediate between proactiveness and marketing performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress. Selain itu untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress melalui nilai perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 perusahaan dari populasi sebanyak 45 perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI 2019-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan eviews versi 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. (4) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. (5) Nilai perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. (6) Nilai Perusahaan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan profitabilitas terhadap financial distress. (7) Nilai perusahaan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress.This study aims to determine the direct effect of profitability and company size on financial distress, in addition to knowing the indirect effect of profitability and company size on financial distress through firm value. This type of research is quantitative, with a sample of 33 companies from a population of 45 transportation sector companies listed on the IDX 2019-2021. This study uses secondary data published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative approach using Eviews version 12. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Profitability affects firm value. (2) Company size does not affect firm value. (3) Profitability affects financial distress. (4) Firm size does not affect financial distress. (5) Firm value affects financial distress. (6) Firm value cannot mediate the relationship between profitability and financial distress. (7) Firm value cannot mediate the relationship between firm size and financial distress.

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to develop a basic conceptual model for predicting the best relationship between management resources, management process, strategic alliance, market orientation, and performance. This study would like to outline the strategy for enhancing performance of SMEs through alliances. The study of strategic alliances is a business strategy that has been adopted by various large organizations for improving the company performance. However, the application of strategic alliances in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) has not been examined comprehensively. Primary data were collected from 105 SME managers in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia. The study employed structural equation model (SEM) to set up the relationship among variable. The results indicated that strategic alliance did not influence directly to the company’s performance. In addition, indirect effect of market orientation as a mediating variable might increase the company performance as compared to the direct effect of strategic alliance. The contributions of the theory support the strengthening of Resource Based View that proved the influences of an exchange of management resources as a perspective of strategic alliance to motivate the company for impoving its performance. This research provides managerial implications to improve performance of SMEs, whereby company must not only simply form strategic alliance, but also must also have access vital resources so that market orientations can be strengthened.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri di lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Demak dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Data diambil dari para Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada lima Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri di Kabupaten Demak sebanyak 203 responden. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis SEM, dan alat analisis adalah AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel rotasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja terbukti berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, tetapi motivasi kerja terbukti tidak berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh total terbesar terhadap motivasi kerja dan juga memberikan pengaruh total terbesar terhadap kinerja pegawai.This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work rotation on the performance of Civil Servants at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri within the Ministry of Religion of Demak Regency with work motivation as an intervening variable. Data was taken from Civil Servants at five State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Demak Regency, totaling 203 respondents. The approach in this study was quantitative, using the SEM analysis method, and the analytical tool was AMOS 22. The results showed a significant influence of leadership and organizational culture variables on work motivation and employee performance. Meanwhile, the work rotation variable does not significantly affect work motivation and employee performance. Work motivation is proven to act as an intervening variable mediating leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. However, work motivation is proven not to act as an intervening variable mediating job rotation on employee performance. Leadership has the most significant total influence on work motivation and also has the most significant total influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literasi keuangan dan pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif, dengan gaya hidup sebagai variabel moderating pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang. Metode yang digunakan metode penelitian kuantintatif menggunakan SEM-PLS (inner dan outer model) untuk uji hubungan antar variabel dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan literasi keuangan berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku konsumtif, sedangkan pendapatan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif serta gaya hidup mampu memoderasi literasi keuangan dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Berdasarkan nilai Adjusted R Square menjelaskan bahwa literasi keuangan, pendapatan dan gaya hidup mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif  sebesar 0,512 atau 51,2 % dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian. Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang menunjukkan gaya hidup yang sederhana dengan pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan pendapatan yang cukup sehingga menghasilkan sikap perilaku konsumtif yang rendah.

Abstract

Research aims: This research aims to investigate the influence of traditional environmental management practices on corporate performance and determine the mediating role of ecological product diversification in this regard.Design/Methodology/Approach: To achieve these objectives, a research design was developed and tested using a sample of 138 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the batik industry in Central Java, Indonesia. Observation data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing Amos software.Research findings: The analysis results demonstrated that traditional environmental management and ecological product diversification had a direct positive impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises. However, these results did not confirm the mediating role of ecological product diversification.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study provides convincing evidence regarding the impact of environmentally friendly product diversification on MSME performance. Therefore, MSMEs, especially those operating in the batik industry, are encouraged to diversify environmentally friendly products to increase competitiveness and adapt to people's concern for the environment in the current era (green economy). Practitioners/Policy implications: It is acknowledged that the overall results obtained from this research provide a significant contribution to the understanding of the importance of environmental management practices and environmentally-friendly product diversification to increase business efficiency in the context of MSMEs.Research limitations/Implications: This study had a limited scope and only covered the Central Java region. Subsequent research can further expand the scope of the research field.

Abstract

Diversification is a strategic choice to improve company competitiveness sustainably. This paper explores strategies and suggests a suitable diversification strategy for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) on a theoretical concentration and resource-based view.. Blora batik creative industry in Central Java, Indonesia, is selected as a case study. We use descriptive analytic derived from quantitative SWOT framework by combining matrix from Internal Factor Analysis (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis (EFAS). We collect data from field surveys and study literature. Respondents are selected purposively based on a result from a focus group discussion (FGD). This paper finds that Blora batik has both positive IFAS and EFAS scores, 0.42 and 0,26, respectively. These indicate Blora Batik has a strong positional value in "quadrant I", which means this industry has suitable strength to exploit opportunities.. Diversification strategy options proposed in this research can help owners and managers of micro, small and medium enterprises to expand the diversity of their markets and products. This study can also be used as a consideration for the government in implementing policies to empower the Batik creative economy through the MSME diversification strategy

Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bagi sebuah rumah sakit dengan didasarkan pada standar nasional pelayanan yang sudah ditentukan oleh pemerintah yaitu menilai kinerja dari aspek keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa, menguji dan mengukur kinerja RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal dengan menggunakan 4 perspektif dalam Balance Scorecard. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dan pasien/keluarga pasien RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal pada tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Tekjnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dari perspektif pelanggan, retensi pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal masuk dalam kategori baik. Sementara dari proses bisnis internal, perlu adanya perbaikan proses bisnis internal di RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal terutama dari sisi BOR, ALOS, NDR dan GDR. Sedangkan dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, retensi karyawan, tingkat pelatihan, kepuasan dan motivasi karyawan RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal ada pada kategori baik.Performance measurement is a very important factor for a hospital-based on national service standards that have been determined by the government, namely assessing performance from a financial aspect. The purpose of this study was to analyze, test and measure the performance of Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal General Hospital by using 4 perspectives in the Balanced Scorecard. The type of research used is a case study. The population in this study were all employees and patients/families of Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal Hospital from 2019 to 2020. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study it is known that from a customer perspective, customer retention and customer satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal General Hospital are in the good category. Meanwhile, from internal business processes, it is necessary to improve internal business processes at Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal General Hospital, especially from the BOR, ALOS, NDR and GDR side. Meanwhile, from the perspective of learning and growth, employee retention, level of training, employee satisfaction and motivation of Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal Hospital are in a good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari pentingnya penerapan good governance dalam menghasilkan kualitas tata kelola yang baik. Salah satunya pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah secara elektronik (e-procurement) di Biro Administrasi Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian penerapan good governance pada pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa secara elektronik (e-procurement) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah tergolong transparan, akuntabilitas, bersaing, terbuka, efektif dan efisien. Selain itu terdapat faktor yang bisa menghambat pelaksanaan pengadaan antara lain adanya gangguan server / maintanance sistem, padatnya intensitas penggunaan sistem dan indikasi peretasan, kurangnya komputer, terbatasnya anggaran dan potensi intervensi dari pihak lain. Penelitian ini tidak terlepas adanya kesalahan dan kekurangan, dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu informan dalam wawancara dan keterbatasan tempat penelitian guna pengambilan sampel.This research is based on the importance of implementing good governance in producing quality governance. One of them is the implementation of electronic procurement of government goods/services (e-procurement) at the Regional Secretariat of Central Java Province's Goods/Services Procurement Administration Bureau. The qualitative research method used to produce phenomenology uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results on the implementation of good governance in the electronic procurement of goods/services (e-procurement) within the Central Java Provincial Government are classified as transparent, accountable, competitive, open, effective and efficient. Apart from that, some factors can hinder the implementation of procurement, including server/system maintenance problems, heavy system usage intensity and indications of hacking, lack of computers, limited budget and potential intervention from other parties. This research is not free from errors and shortcomings, due to limited time for informants in interviews and limited research space for sampling

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi mengenai strategi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kemudahan layanan perizinan melalui sistem OSS RBA di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan arisp/dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat faktor penghambat dalam penerapan sistem OSS RBA yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal berupa kendala pada sistem, integrasi sistem dengan berbagai kementerian belum terlaksana dengan baik, adanya regulasi yang tumpang tindih, adanya jenis izin yang belum diakomodir, terbatasnya room upload persyaratan serta terbatasnya jumlah petugas layanan. Faktor eksternal berupa ketidakmampuan pelaku usaha mengakses OSS RBA. Strategi yang di gunakan dalam meningkatkan kemudahan layanan perizinan berusaha di Jawa Tengah melalui strategi teknologi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui kanal zoom, email serta kontak langsung dengan Kementerian Investasi. Strategi inovasi berupa inovasi digitalisasi layanan perizinan melalui SIAP Jateng dan Lakon-e Pandu. Strategi operasi melalui melalui Gerai Provinsi, klinik investasi dan kegiatan pendidikan serta pelatihan bagi petugas layanan perizinan.This research is a study on the strategies employed to improve the ease of licensing services through the OSS RBA system in Central Java Province, using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings reveal inhibiting factors in the implementation of the OSS RBA system, both internal and external. Internal factors include system constraints, incomplete system integration with various ministries, overlapping regulations, unaccommodated types of permits, limited room for uploading requirements, and a shortage of service officers. External factors involve the inability of business actors to access the OSS RBA. Strategies used to enhance the ease of licensing services in Central Java Province include technological strategies utilizing information and communication technology through Zoom channels, email, and direct contact with the Ministry of Investment. Innovative strategies include digitalization innovations in licensing services through SIAP Jateng and Lakon-e Pandu. Operational strategies involve provincial outlets, investment clinics, educational activities, and training for licensing service officers
