Abstract

Celebes Hydroponics is one of the hydroponic vegetable cultivators in Bengkulu City. At Celebes Hydroponics, there are various kinds of hydroponic vegetables grown, namely Pakcoy, Sawi, Kailan, Kale, Pagoda, Lettuce, Spinach, Kangkung, and others. So far, the handling of hydroponic vegetable pests has been carried out by employees at Celebes Hydroponics with the direction of expert cultivators (the owner of Celebes Hydroponics). However, problems occur when expert cultivators are not available when pests attack hydroponic vegetables. This makes it difficult for employees to handle these pests because so far they have always received guidance from expert cultivators. The expert system for controlling pests on hydroponic vegetables at Celebes Hydroponic Bengkulu is used to make it easier for employees to overcome problems faced by hydroponic vegetables, especially vegetable pests. This expert system was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language which can be accessed by Celebes Hydroponic Bengkulu employees. This expert system application was created to help make it easier for employees at Celebes Hydroponics to identify pests that attack hydroponic vegetables by entering the symptoms experienced. Of course this will speed up handling when you know the pests that attack the hydroponic vegetables. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the pest management expert system on hydroponic vegetables at Celebes Hydroponics Bengkulu runs as expected, and the application is able to display the results of pest diagnosis on hydroponic vegetables from the selected symptoms

Abstract

Divorce is the breaking up of a husband and wife relationship, because there is no match between the two. Divorce is basically the release of the bond between husband and wife. In Tais district, based on the Tais Religious Court Annual Report from 2017, 2018 and 2019 it was found that there was an increase in the divorce rate. Based on the divorce rate which continues to increase every year, it is necessary to have data in the form of data to determine the factors that influence divorce. The use of Naive Bayes is that this method only requires a small amount of training data (Training Data) to determine the parameter estimates needed in the prediction process. In this case, it is assumed that the presence or absence of a certain event from a group is not related to the presence or absence of other events. With a system to predict divorce, it can help users who want to know the prediction of divorce. Based on the tests that have been carried out using the Black Box Method, the results show that the functionality of the divorce data prediction application has run as expected and the application is able to display the prediction results of Divorce Lawsuit and Divorce Divorce

Abstract

The application of fuzzy logic in the recommendation of MSMEs to upgrade at the Bengkulu City Cooperative Office can help provide assessment results for MSMEs based on assessment criteria so that MSMEs are obtained that are upgraded feasible or not feasible. The Sugeno method will analyze MSME assessment data by looking at the number of workers, capital, and turnover of each MSME which will then calculate the z value in each rule where there are 54 rule compositions used so that the final value for each MSME can be known. Based on the blackbox testing that has been carried out, it is found that the functionality of the MSME recommendation application for upgrading at the Bengkul City Cooperative Service runs well as expected and is able to analyze MSME assessment data through the Sugeno Fuzzy Method to determine recommendations for MSME eligibility for upgrading..

Abstract

Degenerative diseases are diseases that cause damage or destruction to body tissue or organs that arise due to a decrease in the function of one or more of the body's organs which are very susceptible to elderly people. Considering the large negative impact of degenerative diseases, it is necessary to prevent or seriously treat the dangers of degenerative complications. Efforts to minimize this danger can be made by increasing public awareness about things that can cause degenerative diseases. Therefore, we need a system that can help as an alternative to consulting a doctor for the general public. Therefore, this expert system was built using the Certainty Factor method which can be used as a solution in using an expert system to diagnose this Degenerative disease. In its application, the certainty factor method can provide a percentage level of confidence in a disease, if the user has or selects symptoms so that they can determine the type of disease they are suffering from. Based on the tests carried out, it can be concluded that this expert system application can be used by users to make an early diagnosis of degenerative diseases. Abstract

Abstract :This thesis is the result of research that describes how much influence the Village Consultative Body has on the people of Tanjung Tebat Village, golden flower District, South Bengkulu Regency. The Village Consultative Body is an institution that embodies democracy in administering village governance. The Village Consultative Council can be considered as the village parliament. As for the background, the writer's interest in writing this thesis is based on the results of observations and initial interviews that the writer conducted at the golden flower sub-district office, where the selection of members of the Village Consultative Council still uses manual assessment or it can be said that it is not efficient. Where the author offers a Preference Selection Index method to be used in selecting the best Village Consultative Body.In the Preferences Selection Index method, the results are obtained by minimal and simple calculations as they are based on statistical concepts without the need for attribute weights. From the calculations, it can be concluded that the best village consultative body members in the golden flower District fall into alternative A5, namely Design Women with a total value of 0.9084 which has been resolved using the Prefence Selection Prefence Selection Index method. Abstract

Abstract-Bengkulu City 11 Public High School is one of the State Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City. The student's pass rate refers to the final score obtained for each subject, then calculates the average score to get the student's pass rating. So far, the school does not have an application that can help provide a predictive picture of student graduation. Where this needs to be done in order to evaluate the teaching and learning system so that students are able to face the final exam given The K-Nearest Neighbor application for classifying graduation rates for students at State Senior High School 11 Bengkulu City can help provide an informational description of the graduation rate for students at State High School 11 Bengkulu City and can provide information on the results of the classification results for high school graduation rates. Abstract

Rafflesia Bengkulu Hospital is one of the health facilities in Bengkulu City. At the Bengkulu Rafflesia Hospital, every month there are patients diagnosed with febrile convulsion (febrile convulsions), some experiencing inpatient and outpatient treatment. The application of the Case Based Reasoning Method in early detection of febrile convulsions at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu can be used as a forum to help patients find out the initial or early diagnosis of febrile convulsions based on the symptoms felt by the patient through web-based expert system which can be accessed online via the URL link https://sistempakarkejangdemam.my.id/ with an internet connection. Based on 3 (three) cases tested on the expert system for early detection of febrile convulsions at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu, it was concluded that the expert system application was able to detect early febrile convulsions according to the symptoms that had been selected. Based on the system testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional application of the Case Based Reasoning Method in early detection of febrile convulsions at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu has been running well and can provide consultation results based on symptoms that have been answered by the community through stages of the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method.

Abstract

The Kaur Regency Regional General Hospital is one of the health institutions where the majority of patients are members of the Social Security Administering Agency for Health. The problem with data management is that it is still done manually, where the data is captured and written in books, so that the goal is to make it difficult for hospital management to make decisions related to optimal service for patients, as well as the lack of information obtained by the hospital regarding information on the diseases most frequently suffered by hospitalized patients. inpatients, especially patients participating in the Social Security Administration. Applying the K-Means Clustering Method in grouping data on inpatients participating in the Social Security Administering Agency at the Kaur Regency Regional General Hospital can find out information on the results of grouping data on inpatients participating in the Social Security Administering Agency which is divided into 2 groups, namely few and many based on age, gender and class level of the Social Security Administering Body, and can also help evaluate data on the most and least inpatients at the Kaur Regency Regional General Hospital based on grouping results by looking at age, gender and class level of the Social Security Administering Body and the patient's illness. . Based on the results of testing on 30 data on inpatients participating in the Social Security Administration, grouping results were obtained, namely Cluster I with 20 patients and Cluster II with 10 patients. Where Cluster I (a lot of treatment) is dominated by women in the age group 40 – 59 years and the Social Security Administering Body class level III with Type 2 DM. Abstract

White oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a type of mushroom that is semicircular in its hood so that it is similar to an oyster shell with a slightly concave center. In the oyster mushroom cultivation business, it is not free from the risk of losses that arise if the cultivator is not diligent and careful in maintaining oyster mushrooms. New cultivators have difficulty identifying pests or pests that attack oyster mushroom plants so that the prevention that will be carried out in handling the maintenance process of oyster mushroom plants is less precise. The implementation of certainty factor method in detecting pests and diseases in white oyster mushrooms at Rafflesia Mushrooms can make it easy to find out information and procedures for dealing with pests and diseases in White Oyster Mushrooms by entering the symptoms experienced by the white oyster mushroom. The application of the implementation of certainty factor method in detecting pests and diseases in white oyster mushrooms at Rafflesia Mushrooms is made using PHP programming language and MySQL database, which can be accessed online via the link http://hamapenyakitjamurtiramputih.my.id. To determine the level of confidence in the symptoms felt against pests and diseases of white oyster mushrooms based on the user's CF value and the expert's CF value. Based on the black box method testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional of the application has run well and can provide consultation results on diagnosing pests or diseases experienced by white oyster mushrooms based on symptoms that have been selected by the user through Certainty Factor method stage.
