Abstract

Providing polio vaccine to toddlers is a very important preventive measure in efforts to prevent polio disease, especially in areas with limited health access such as Masat Public Health Center. However, in its implementation, an appropriate decision-making method is needed to determine the priority of toddler vaccination based on various relevant criteria. This study implements the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method as a tool in multi-criteria decision-making related to polio vaccine administration. This method combines two approaches, namely the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and the Weighted Product Model (WPM), to provide more accurate and flexible results. The criteria used in this study include the age of the toddler, health history, previous immunization status, and environmental factors. The results of the analysis show that the WASPAS method is able to provide objective vaccination priority recommendations and can be applied as a decision support system in the Puskesmas environment. Thus, it is hoped that this method can help increase the effectiveness of vaccine distribution and reduce the risk of polio spread among toddlers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply the naïve bayes algorithm for classifying Body Mass Index at the General Polyclinic of the Babatan Health Center UPTD. The diagnosis of Body Mass Index is one of the diagnoses with severe conditions that are often complained about at the Babatan Health Center Polyclinic. However, the problem in its service is still very limited because doctors are only on duty for 2 days in one week. Therefore, a method is needed that is able to classify the level of risk of Body Mass Index that occurs at the Babatan Health Center UPTD so that it can be handled immediately with appropriate actions using the Naïve Bayes method. From the results of the tests carried out, the Naïve Bayes method can be used as a solution in using this system. In its application, the Naïve Bayes method can classify the type of Body Mass Index at the Babatan UPTD

Abstract

Toddler is an abbreviation for babies under five years old, a time when the child's brain experiences rapid growth. Nutrition is actually the most important thing because it is related to human health itself, especially toddlers. In general, toddlers are very vulnerable to nutritional status problems. Therefore, the growth and development of toddlers is an important concern for parents. Classification of nutritional status of toddlers using the Naïve Bayes method at the Sawah Lebar Health Center, Bengkulu City, can help in determining the level of health and make it easier to determine the nutritional status of toddlers so as to provide appropriate and necessary interventions to prevent or overcome nutritional problems in toddlers, and facilitate the classification process to solve problems in large amounts of data using the Naïve Bayes method. Based on testing data in the February Period of 2025, the results obtained are 4 toddlers into the classification of good nutritional status, 3 toddlers into the classification of malnutrition status, and 2 toddlers into the classification of risk of overnutrition. The results of this classification can then be used as a reference for medical personnel at the Bengkulu City Sawah Lebar Health Center to provide appropriate and necessary interventions to prevent or overcome nutritional problems in toddlers.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based drug sales system at Cahaya Farma Pharmacy, equipped with a drug inventory prediction feature to assist the pharmacy in more efficient stock management. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with MySQL database support for data storage, and employs the Multiple Linear Regression method as an analytical tool to estimate future drug inventory needs. Test results showed the method was effective in predicting drug inventory levels. In the January 2025 test, the prediction for Amoxicillin 500mg Tablets yielded 32 results compared to the actual data of 40, with an accuracy rate of 80% (Good category). Meanwhile, the prediction for Paracetamol Tablets yielded 22 results from the actual data of 27, with an accuracy rate of 81.48% (Good category). These results demonstrate that the Multiple Linear Regression method is capable of representing the relationship between sales, purchases, and inventory variables with a good level of accuracy, thus providing a basis for decision-making regarding drug stock management at Cahaya Farma Pharmacy

Abstract

Excellent service is a crucial aspect of commercial success, especially in service organizations. Excellent service is the spearhead in seizing opportunities and understanding consumers or clients who will use the services offered. To produce quality graduates, one of the influencing factors is the service implemented within the faculty environment in serving customers, in this case students. Satisfaction with academic services is something that needs to be considered in order to achieve quality services that guarantee student satisfaction as the main stakeholder in educational service organizations. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of service in the Informatics Study Program at Dehasen University, Bengkulu. From the results of the testing conducted, the Student Satisfaction Level Measurement System for Services in the Informatics Study Program at Dehasen University, Bengkulu has been able to assist in making service decisions for the Informatics Study Program at Dehasen University, Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract: Campus Youth Minimarket is a type of business in the field of selling daily necessities. For decision making in determining the amount of product inventory that can be adjusted to market demand, the Campus Youth Minimarket does not yet use a system and is still calculated manually. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of implementing the Hase Based method in grouping sales data at the Bengkulu Campus Youth minimarket. So you can easily determine and classify high product sales. The system implementation uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database and the method used in this research is the waterfall method. After carrying out the Hase Based process at the Campus Youth Minimarket with data testing, the results obtained were the highest level of product sales at the Bengkulu Campus Youth Minimarket. This can be used as a reference by the Campus Youth Minimarket for product supplies for the following month. Keywords: Data Mining, Hase Based, Remaja Kampus Minimarket Abstrak: Minimarket Remaja Kampus merupakan salah satu jenis usaha di bidang penjualan keperluan sehari-hari. Untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan produk yang dapat disesuaikan dengan permintaan pasar Minimarket Remaja Kampus belum menggunakan sistem dan masih dihitung secara manual. Oleh karena dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Hase Based dalam pengelompokan data penjualan pada minimarket Remaja Kampus Bengkulu. Sehingga dengan mudah dapat menentukan dan mengklasifikasikan penjualan produk yang tinggi. Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Setelah dilakukan proses Hase Based pada Minimarket Remaja Kampus dengan uji data maka didapatkan hasil tingkat penjualan produk tertinggi di Minimarket Remaja Kampus Bengkulu. Hal ini dapat dijadikan acuan oleh Minimarket Remaja Kampus untuk persediaan  produk bulan berikutnya. Kata kunci: Data Mining, Hase Based, Minimarket Remaja Kampus

Abstract

Abstract: Elderly assistance is an assistance program provided by the government through the Social Service for elderly people aged 60 years and over who are in the poor category. However, currently the elderly assistance program is still not optimal because there are obstacles encountered such as limited members and the absence of an electronic data input system so that data collection still uses manual recording on paper making the process of determining elderly assistance takes a long time. Therefore a decision support system was designed to determine the provision of social assistance in fulfilling the needs of abandoned elderly people in the city of Bengkulu using the Promethee method. This decision support system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database. The system created can make it easy for the Social Service to determine elderly recipients of social assistance in the city of Bengkulu. Keywords: decision support system; promethee; bengkulu social service  Abstrak: Bantuan lansia merupakan program bantuan yang di berikan pemerintah melalui Dinas Sosial untuk kaum lansia umur 60 tahun keatas yang masuk kategori tidak mampu. Namun saat ini program bantuan lansia masih belum maksimal karena ada kendala yang dihadapi seperti terbatasnya anggota dan belum adanya sistem input data elektronik sehingga pendataan masih menggunakan pencatatan manual di kertas membuat proses penentuan bantuan lansia membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan pemberian bantuan sosial dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan kepada lansia terlantar di kota Bengkulu menggunakan metode Promethee. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dirancang menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem yang dibuat dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi Dinas Sosial untuk menentukan lansia penerima bantuan sosial di kota Bengkulu. Kata kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan; promethee; dinas sosial bengkulu
