Abstract

Fenomena perangai asusiala oleh oknum guru memang cukup membahayakan dan memprihatinkan. Guru, sebagai agen utama dalam proses pendidikan, tidak hanya bertanggung jawab untuk mentransfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga memiliki peran penting dalam membimbing siswa menuju kesempurnaan ilmu dan adab. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang bagaimana peran guru sebagai penuntun murid dalam menyempurnakan ilmu dan makrifat menurut ajaran KITAB TAISIRUL KHALAQ FIL ILMIL AKHLAQ, dan juga apa syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi oleh seorang pendidik agar dapat memandu murid sesuai dengan ajaran kitab tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif melalui studi pustaka. Tahapan penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menghimpun sumber kepustakaan, baik primer maupun sekunder. Dengan sumber primer berupa terjemahan kitab "TAISIRUL KHALAQ FIL ILMIL AKHLAQ". Sedangkan sumber sekunder yang digunakan melibatkan kitab-kitab, Al-Qur'an, Hadis, buku, jurnal, dan literatur lain yang relevan. Peran Pendidik pada kitab ini menekankan bahwa peran pendidik tidak hanya terbatas pada penyampaian pengetahuan, tetapi juga mencakup aspek-aspek moral dan etika, syarat-syarat khusus yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pendidik. Sikap terpuji, taqwa, tawaddu, kelembutan, dan kesempurnaan menjadi landasan yang harus ditanamkan oleh seorang pendidik

Abstract

Globalization has changed the world rapidly, including Islamic learning. Therefore, this post identifies and analyzes globalization's positive and negative effects on Islamic learning updates. Literature review procedures are used in this article to collect information from reliable sources, such as academic newspapers, novels, and scientific articles related to the impact of globalization on Islamic learning. From the results of the literature review, there are some positive and negative effects of globalization on Islamic learning updates. The positive effects of globalization on Islamic learning updates include increasing access to data and knowledge through technology, expanding the curriculum to include scientific research and modern technology, and increasing women's participation in Islamic learning. Not only that, but globalization also poses challenges that have forced the Muslim world to reform Islamic education so that it fits the changing times and the needs of society. However, the adverse effects of globalization also appear in Islamic learning updates. One of the significant negative consequences is the possibility of Western cultural influences that can interfere with the Islamic values ​​and traditions of Muslim citizens. Another negative consequence is the formation of neglect of aspects of spirituality in Islamic learning due to the influence of secular and materialistic thinking. This post concludes that globalization has had a significant impact on updating Islamic knowledge. The positive effects of globalization have opened opportunities for updating Islamic learning by incorporating data technology into the curriculum, expanding the field of research, and increasing women's participation in Islamic knowledge. However, the negative consequences of globalization such as the influence of Western culture and the neglect of aspects of spirituality in Islamic learning must be handled carefully and wisely.

Abstract

The influence of the era of globalization on current Islamic education has a strong impact as a driving force in the development of education in the modern era. and provides major changes in all aspects of life which include technology and information, the influence of western culture and changes in the paradigm of education. but not all the impacts of the era of globalization are felt by every Islamic education in Indonesia because the education system in Indonesia is still uneven when viewed from its geological aspects so that it needs further research. So this research aims to find out what are the effects of the Era of globalization on Islamic education, especially in children's education parks. This research uses qualitative case study research conducted at the Ciampea Children's Education Park, Bogor Regency. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews with several teachers and students. The findings show that the era of globalization has a positive and negative impact on the development of Islamic education.

Abstract

Leadership is a crucial aspect of organizational dynamics, affecting individual performance, motivation, and development within it. What will be studied in this literature is the comparison of transactional and transformational leadership on the scout extracurricular at 1 Leuwidamar State High School. Transactional leadership focuses on exchanges between leaders and members, with an emphasis on supervision, incentives, and sanctions, while transformational leadership emphasizes the development of shared vision, motivating through inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention. The aim of this literature is to find out the differences between these two models of leadership in the context of practical application, their impact on extracurricular performance, as well as their implications for managing change and creating a sustainable work culture in the scout extracurricular at 1 Leuwidamar State High School. The method used in this research is qualitative research with the Field Research approach. In this case, the author conducted field research on Scout Extracurricular at Leuwidamar State High School 1, which relates to the comparison of transactional and transformational leadership models. Thus, both models also have context and need within the organization to find an optimal balance between maintaining stability and stimulating change in leading an institution. The results of both models can provide valuable insights in developing effective and adaptive leadership strategies, as well as having a significant impact on State High School 1 Leuwidamar.

Abstract

The situational leadership style is a unique style that can be applied in various conditions. This leadership style has an important role in that a leader must be able to adapt to various levels of maturity of both individuals and groups in different situations and conditions, to produce flexible and efficient behavior. Leadership is an ability inherent in a leader, which is influenced by various factors, both internal and external. The leader's ability must be able to influence, motivate, inspire, direct and coach employees in achieving the goals that have been set. This research uses a qualitative research method based on a literature review known as a literature review. while the research subject in this method discusses the application of theoretical studies of situational leadership styles in the Ministry of Religion office in Serang district. This aims to clarify and make it easier to explain and convey the main points of research. The research data sources were obtained from journals and articles and writings related to the research subject via mendeley.com, the publish or perish application and Google Scholar. So the research results show that by using 4 (four) styles in leadership, namely; Intuition, consultation, participation and delegation styles have a big influence on employee performance in an institution or company where effective and efficient leader behavior will always provide support and guidance to employees in developing themselves from not understanding to understanding so that leaders can achieve their leadership goals well.

Abstract

A thought in a management system is related to the thought of an integrated quality management system in a quality management or total quality management (TQM). This management can create effectiveness and high quality. The quality of a service that is made for efficiency in terms of financing and efficient service as possible. This management requires a reference to become an alternative in creating customer satisfaction guarantees. Total Quality Management can also help a structural division to improve quality, with this all continuous efforts get attention to become more qualified. Total Quality Management is an application approach in integrating all functions and processes in an organization in order to improve the quality of goods and services together. This management concept directs the way to create an innovation in order to present customer satisfaction. Innovation and improvement in service must be interconnected. A purpose of this discussion is to analyze in aspects; 1). History of Total Quality Management; 2). Definition of Total Quality Management; 3). Quality of Total Quality Management; and 4). Elements in Total Quality Management. This discussion gets the result that the concept of Total Quality Management is an effort to improve quality dynamically in terms of products, services, which can meet customer expectations.

Abstract

Penguatan manajemen pendidikan di lingkungan madrasah menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di MIN 1 Jakarta Barat dengan fokus pada penguatan kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebagai upaya strategis dalam pengembangan lembaga dan komunitas sekitar. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah 35 orang guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan, serta diskusi terfokus yang melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, dan staf. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam manajemen kepemimpinan serta pengelolaan SDM, yang berdampak pada meningkatnya motivasi kerja, efektivitas pengajaran, dan keterlibatan aktif warga madrasah. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam memperkuat peran madrasah sebagai pusat pembelajaran dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui praktik manajerial yang kolaboratif dan profesional.

Abstract

The benefits of free health checks in the community are to prevent infectious diseases and further illnesses. Health checks are an effort to detect abnormalities in the body. Health checks should be carried out routinely with the aim of preventing and treating them as quickly as possible. Early detection of disease is a form of education and free health check activities so that the community has awareness to carry out regular health checks as part of promotive and preventive efforts. The main goal of this service is to detect possible diseases and reduce the risk of the disease or treat it more effectively. This service method includes providing health education through the distribution of brochures related to educational materials, accompanied by the implementation of free health checks that involve meetings with Posyandu cadres and the local village head to initiate this service activity. There were 46 participants who took part in the free health check activities. The purpose of this activity was also to help participants better understand the importance of maintaining good health. To help participants better understand the importance of regular health checks to prevent negative impacts in the future, the results of the health checks are used as a guide. On July 30, 2025, the Sukamanah Village community held a free health check socialization program with the aim of increasing public awareness and knowledge about health. The program uses Participatory Action Research (PAR) as a method, benefiting Baros students, the general public, and the community. Outreach efforts have demonstrated that this method has successfully increased public awareness and understanding of health issues. This highlights the need for a more comprehensive health intervention model and research on the program’s long-term impact to maximize positive outcomes for public health.

Abstract

In an era of technological dynamics and increasingly fierce competition, educational institutions are faced with the challenge of increasing the range of educational services. Marketing mix planning strategy is crucial in dealing with this change. The background to this issue reveals the need to understand the impact of marketing strategies on educational outreach amid an ever-changing environment. The purpose of this study is to find out what a marketing mix is, how the role of marketing mix in increasing the reach of educational services amid the dynamics of technological development, and to find out what are the main challenges in implementing a marketing mix planning strategy. This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on literature review. Through a critical analysis of literature related to marketing mix planning in the marketing of educational services, this study aims to develop a solid theoretical foundation to understand the strategic role of marketing mix in the context of education. From the analysis of the literature review, the results of this study present an in-depth understanding of how marketing mix can affect the increase in the reach of educational services. The findings of this study provide insight into effective integration strategies, key challenges faced by educational institutions, and efforts to overcome these barriers. This research is expected to contribute new thinking in the context of marketing educational services, providing a foundation for the development of more effective and sustainable marketing strategies.

Abstract

Education is a valuable investment for the future, and marketing educational services is an important aspect in making educational institutions high quality. This research was conducted to determine aspects of human resources in marketing educational services. This research uses qualitative methods and the data collection technique used in this research is library research, namely the research object used by searching for and collecting data or literary information in the form of books, journals, magazines, reports, and the others. The results of this research show that marketing educational services is very important in improving the quality of education. Product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process are important elements in marketing educational services. Meanwhile, in practice there are several marketing strategies for educational services, namely; market identification, market segmentation, product differentiation, and school services.
