Abstract

The current era of globalization is considered very important, especially to improve the quality of education at the Elementary School (SD) level. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has a crucial role in improving the quality of learning by utilizing various applications, one of which is Canva, which is a solution for electronic-based learning. Canva allows learning material creators to create interesting and interactive content.This research was conducted with the aim of implementing Canva as a learning media for Pancasila Education at SDN Ketileng 2 Cilegon City. The research method used is qualitative, which involves an in-depth description of the experiences and perceptions of learners and teachers towards the use of Canva in the learning process. The results showed that Canva is effective in increasing students' interest including Pancasila Education, by providing a more interactive and fun learning experience. The application of technology in education has great potential to create more inclusive and meaningful learning. This research underlines the importance of continuing to develop and strengthen the application of technology in education as a strategic step to prepare the younger generation to face the challenges of globalization and accelerating technological advances. Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of school operators in optimizing the use of the Basic Education Data System (Dapodik) for the administration of educators and education personnel at Little Abdullah School Cilegon Kindergarten. The Basic Education Data System (Dapodik) is a system that manages education data nationally, assisting the planning and evaluation of education programs. The method used is descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that school operators play an important role in entering, updating and reporting data. Challenges faced include a lack of understanding of Dapodik features, time constraints and technical issues. Proposed solutions include regular training and increased technical support. The conclusion shows that the role of school operators is crucial in maximizing the functions of the Basic Education Data System (Dapodik) for better education administration.

Abstract

The integration of digital technologies in higher education has accelerated the adoption of e-learning, particularly in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based courses. However, evidence regarding its effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes remains inconclusive. This study aimed to examine the effect of e-learning on learning outcomes in ICT-based courses using an experimental approach. This research employed a quantitative experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The participants were 43 undergraduate students from the Information Technology Study Program selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using pretest and posttest achievement tests and analyzed through descriptive statistics, Shapiro–Wilk normality testing, paired sample t-test, N-Gain analysis, and Cohen’s d effect size. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes after the implementation of e-learning. Statistical analysis indicated a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores, supported by a moderate N-Gain score and a large effect size. These findings suggest that e-learning effectively improves students’ learning outcomes in ICT-based courses and offers both academic and practical benefits in technology-oriented learning environments. Therefore, well-designed e-learning systems should be further integrated into higher education, particularly in digitally aligned disciplines.
