Abstract

Kontribusi untuk bangsa dan masyarakat dengan memberikan produk-produk bermanfaat bagi perkembangan bangsa. Suzuki Indonesia merupakan kelompok usaha yang bergerak dibidang industri otomotif yang memproduksi, memasarkan, memperagakan motor, mobil dan motor tempel (outboard- motor). Hal tersebut juga didukung dengan pelayanan purna jual suku cadang serta perbaikan/ pemeliharaan di seluruh Indonesia yang solid dan terintegrasi dalam melayani para pelanggan Suzuki. Abstract

Saat ini, orang-orang membelanjakan lebih banyak uang secara online, yang telah mengalihkan penekanan bisnis ke sumber pendapatan digital digital. Pertumbuhan ekonomi digital membuat masyarakat semakin mengenal produk dan layanan digital, yang mendorong perusahaan mencari keunggulan kompetitif baru di ruang digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan uraian secara lengkap dan mendalam mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran produk dalam upaya mendukung daya jual produk tersebut. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara kualitatif yaitu analisis yang dilakukan dengan memahami dan merangkai data yang telah dikumpulkan dan disusun secara sistematis, kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara peneliti dengan Bagas selaku Mahasiswa di Universitas Bina Sara Informatika dan perwakilan dari pihak mahasiswa yang memiliki usaha kecil kecilan. Kesimpulanya Teknologi informasi memiliki peranan penting dalam memasarkan produk UMKM sudah memanfaatkan hal dengan pengenalan produk di situs mereka. Namun, model pemasaran ini baru dilakukan di situs saja. Belum ada optimalisasi pemasaran melalui penggunaan media sosial.

Abstract

Salah satu dari dampak dari pendemi COVID-19 adalah kemrosotan dalam dunia bisnis dan ekonomi. Dengan demikian pemasar maupun pengusaha harus menemukan alternatif solusi untuk bisa memasarkan produk atau jasa mereka ke konsumen. Para pelaku bisnis mengoptimalkan pemasaran online dan digital branding sebagai sarana komunikasi dengan target konsumennya. Belanja saat pandemi melalui online (online shop) merupakan cara lain belanja yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi internet saat ini dengan berbagai kemudahan yang diberikan, seperti kemudahan waktu dalam melakukan pekerjaan tanpa harus bertatap muka terlebih dahulu. Bukalapak adalah salah satu situs belanja online pendatang baru, jika dibandingkan dengan situs belanja online lainnya. Strategi komunikasi bisnis Bukalapak melalui marketplace. Dengan memudahkan para penjual serta pembeli dalam berinteraksi melalui fitur live chatnya, Bukalapak juga menyediakan banyak produk mulai dari gadget, fashion, kosmetik, elektronik, otomotif dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian pada artikel ini ada dua. 1) Menganalisis strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran online Buka Lapak. 2) Mendeskripsikan pemasaran online dan digital branding Buka Lapak ditengah pandemi COVID 19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian referensi yang pengambilan datanya berorientasi pada beberapa referensi yang sesuai. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif,  dan paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah paradigma interpretif , didapatkan bahwa strategi pemasaran situs online shop Bukalapak yang dilakukan ditengah pandemi COVID 19 dinilai cukup efektif dilaksanakan pada saat pandemic.

Abstract

Currently, the widespread adoption of social media is evident across various age groups, encompassing children, teenagers, parents, and individuals of all ages. Social media platforms are favored not only for their user-friendliness but also for their wealth of readily available information. It is essential for users to exercise the choice of not allowing social media to overwhelm them, recognizing it as a repository of information that can be effortlessly disseminated through various online networking sites. Within moments of an event occurring, we can readily access and consume this information. The realm of communication media has seen rapid growth in tandem with advancements in communication technology. This era offers us numerous options for conveying and accessing information, whether through traditional means like print media or electronic avenues, with social media emerging as the most prominent. Social media can be defined as an online medium that empowers users to effortlessly engage, share, and generate content, including blogs, social networks (such as Facebook, YouTube, MySpace, and Twitter), wikis, forums, and virtual realms. Among these various forms, social networking stands out as the most popular choice among individuals. This platform enables users to craft personal webpages and establish connections with friends for the purpose of information sharing and communication. Among the plethora of social networks available, Facebook and Twitter have garnered the most extensive user bases, primarily due to their practicality, cost-effectiveness, and affordability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji representasi visual terorisme pada film “13 Bom Di Jakarta”. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis semiotika roland barthes yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna secara luas dan membuka ruang bagi penemuan baru yang dapat menghasilkan pemahaman yang lebih kaya tentang fenomena yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa film “ 13 Bom Di Jakarta ” menggambarkan mengenai tingkat keberhasilan pengeboman di Jakarta yang merupakan pertanda lemahnya sistem keamanan yang kuat dan perlawanan dari pihak yang berwenang. Serta, film ini menantang mitos bahwa teroris tidak memiliki moral atau rasa kemanusiaan, dengan menggambarkan karakter yang mengalami dilemma moral.

Abstract

Visual narrative or visual storytelling can also be understood as telling a story using pictures. Just like the meaning, visual narrative is structured in two stages, namely the narrative stage and the visual stage. At the narrative stage, we must start by compiling a story that has a clear plot or line starting from the opening message or introduction, content or main information and ending with a conclusion or conclusion. This stage may sound cliche, but the stage of composing the story is the most important part in preparation of visual narratives. If the narrative can be completed well in the sense of being able to contain a message and having a narrative structure that is easy to understand, visualization will be easier because it already has a reference. In fact, with a good story, we can choose various visual media that are appropriate to their function. Since the popularity of social media as an alternative medium for information and interaction in the digital world, various public institutions, both government and non-government institutions, have joined the timeline on social media. In contrast to personal or brand accounts, social media accounts belonging to public institutions are more oriented towards disseminating public communication content such as disseminating policies, study results, or social campaigns containing appeals.

Abstract

This program aims to improve basic English vocabulary and simple communication skills for PKK mothers at RPTRA Pinang Pola, South Jakarta. Given the important role of PKK mothers in families and communities, English language skills are an urgent need, especially in the current era of globalization. The method used is community-based mentoring which is carried out for two months (October-November 2024), with a direct practice approach and interactive discussions. Mentoring is carried out intensively through lectures, discussions, and conversation simulations in small groups, which allows participants to learn in an atmosphere that is supportive and relevant to everyday needs. The results of the program showed a significant increase in basic English vocabulary mastery. The post-test showed an increase in scores of up to 30-40% compared to the pre-test. In addition, participants experienced increased confidence in using English for everyday conversation, with 75% of participants being able to construct simple sentences independently. Feedback from participants also showed that the community-based mentoring method was more effective and comfortable than the formal training method. This program successfully met its main objectives and provided positive impacts that can support the sustainable development of participants' English language skills.

Abstract

Writing is a fundamental skill that is crucial in both academic and everyday life. One strategic writing skill is writing persuasive paragraphs. Persuasive paragraphs require not only the ability to construct well-formed sentences, but also the ability to construct logical, convincing, and relevant arguments. Through persuasive paragraphs, one can convey ideas more effectively, while simultaneously practicing critical thinking skills in developing reasons and supporting evidence. However, many students still struggle to compose good persuasive paragraphs. These challenges typically arise from a lack of writing practice, limited insight into argumentation techniques, and a limited understanding of the logical structure of conveying ideas. As a result, many pieces of writing are purely descriptive without incorporating elements of critical analysis or strong persuasive power. In this fast-paced and competitive digital era, persuasive writing skills are becoming increasingly important. This ability is not only useful in academic contexts, such as writing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of intercultural interactions on social media, particularly differences in language, symbols, values, and norms, and their impact on the mental health of multicultural students. A qualitative approach using library research methods was used to understand the dynamics of intercultural interactions on social media and their impact on the mental health of multicultural students. Data were collected through literature reviews from books, journals, research reports, and credible online sources related to intercultural communication, social media, digital literacy, and mental health. The analysis was conducted systematically using content analysis and thematic analysis to identify key themes and synthesize the findings into a comprehensive and holistic analytical framework. The results show that intercultural interactions on social media are complex and influenced by differences in language, symbols, values, and norms of multicultural students. These interactions have a dual impact on psychological well-being, both expanding intercultural understanding and tolerance and causing stress, anxiety, isolation, and self-dissatisfaction if differences are not managed properly. Students' abilities to adapt, understand the communication context, and build positive social support have proven crucial for creating harmonious, inclusive, and supportive interactions in the digital environment.
